I went in here to buy something to drink and some lottery tickets today. I was told by a lady that I had to wait 5 min until shift change to get the lottery tickets and that was fine. When I went back in the store to buy my lottery tickets the man "helping" me was very very rude! As soon as I said I'm getting lottery tickets I felt his energy change to complete annoyance towards me. I had asked for, 3 of 2 kinds. He informed me that they were all out of one and then I took a few seconds to figure out what other 1 I wanted and that is when I asked what am I at now, $17? He became very irritated with having to do his job and help the customer. I said okay well I'm pretty sure it's $3 I have left so I'll take three of the frog ones up here and he even had attitude about that meanly saying what one do you want? I did not make it difficult. I did not make him wait. I was there simply to get $20 worth of scratch offs. While he was ringing the cards up, he was tossing my tickets around and they are now landing on the floor. And God knows what is tracked back there on that floor! I was mad so when it came time to give him my money I kind of pushed the $20 bill towards him and he mumbled something underneath his breath That's when I said well you had attitude first and then he proceeded to tell me to get out of his store. Now, call me at Karen but to me that was the worst customer service I had ever experienced in my life that man should lose his job! And to top it off, as I was driving away he had the tenacity to stick his head out the drive-thru window and yell offensive language towards me!! I will be contacting the manager and I will make sure this man hates me and hates coming to work until I received an apology!

It's an excellent place to get a cold beverage and that gas attendant Thomas is just the nicest gentleman that you could ever have pumping your gas he washes every customers window he helps everyone he can he's. He's the greatest thing sinced bread

I know it’s hard to find good employees right now but you should really expect more out of people you employ. “Mr USA sunglasses” needs a class in how to treat customers. Guy was yelling at me over the microphone in the parking lot telling me I’m a mean guy and not to come back 😂 really?

The customer is Not right @ the circle k. My mom has been taken advantage of twice by employees at this circle k. After the latest incident that happened less than 10 minutes ago 10/14/20 a 6 am. I had to post a complaint about them. The kid at the gas pump tried to steal my mom's change $10 of a $20 used to get $10 in fuel, and when she asked him for it.. he denied that I gave him a 20 and when I went inside to speak with the manager (who acted like my mom was lying, said she would have to check the camera and get back to me later) suddenly the gas attendant meekly came in to return my change which he had pocketed and the manager behind the counter simply said "op, there it is" as he handed it back.. sorry busted boy better luck next time. Like I said this is not the first time something like this has happened.. the employees at circle k are in cahoots to take advantage of people and are shady characters we will never go there again and warn anyone who does.

Came in to take my daughter to the bathroom and not only was the lady rude about how she was going to be in there for a while and made us use the men's restroom. The men's restroom was probably the worst bathroom I've seen in my life. I was going to get a drink on the way out but was so grossed out that we didn't get anything

The Local people will not go in there with them all saying the same thing that they don,t feel safe going in there especially at night because of all the high traffic of drug users that are welcomed with open arms by the assistant manager and being inappropriately mean to all the other people.

I have been going to this "inconvenience store" for over 2 years now and am thankful I can finally review this place and express my very regular dissatisfied experiences. I gave it a complimentary 2 stars because it's within walking distance of my home and there are two employees that still work there who are friendly. At first I brushed off the filthiness of the coffee and soda machines thinking maybe they just had a rush before I arrived. But after 2 years I doubt this is a coincidence. Everytime I go here there is a machine I wanted to use that was empty. Whether it be the nacho and chilli dispenser, cappuccino, whip cream, biscuits and gravy, hot dogs or coffee creamer that I like. I have to open the machine(s) now and look to see if there's anything in there first and 3/4 of the time there isn't. This morning I went there to get coffee and of course the creamer variety was about 2. I tried to top off my coffee with some cappuccino and I got hot water. And yes, the employee had to check it and sure enough it was out and so was the whip cream dispenser for the at least the 3rd time. I was in the night before to buy cigarettes and a soda and noticed sticky mess all over the floor, machines and cups, it was so gross I passed on the soda and took notice the employees didn't seem to have anything to-do. When I went in again this morning the mess still wasn't cleaned up. They sell old food from the hot case at night at full price and it is nasty... Never again. I'd rather walk to the other convenience store further away from now on because I'm sick and tired of this pattern as well as the homeless and sketchy people they let hang out that beg for money and cigarettes every time I've gone there. I've been to better Circle K's in the ghetto who actually care. I'm going elsewhere from now on and wouldn't ever send someone there for anything. Visit at your own health risk and safety.

I noticed a negative high turnover with employees got Reid of the old pop machine an with the snow on January 14 the manager dropped the ball big time wasn't prepared didn't have chicken strips or jojo's deep fried because the cook couldn't make it to work weather if I was the manager I would've cooked it myself $$ deli was broke down no Sandwich our burrito and didn't plow the snow off the station lot couldn't get in to get gas probably not making much money the last few days but on a good day I like it a good place
