Lousy service the lady at the drive-through does not listen asked for a carton of cigarettes. She sold me one pack, gave me change back for $100 bill in fives then when I went inside to straighten it out, they charged me individually pack for pack and a carton of cigarette cost me 79 instead of 62 something And the dark haired chick was absolutely rude, and I will never go back there. Watch a change watch your money watch your orders.

Their vapes are pricey and poor quality for this Big Smoke location. I haven’t had the same issues in Hermiston and Tri cities. I’ve given this one several chances thinking maybe it was a one time issue, but it’s not.

Both cashiers implied I was somehow breaking a law, obviously wasn't except maybe one they made up in there heads. In front of 5 or 6 people none the less, possibly slander (for each person who saw) checking into it now. Wouldn't suggest, service is so so when you even get it. Try bare bones! They're always friendly and won't give you a hard time.

I’m sorry, I don’t typically write posts or reviews that are negative. However, I have to let people know what has happened to my friend. One of the women at the window, I believe she wears glasses, waited on my friend and told her that she needed to hurry up or come inside the store to cash in her lottery tickets and buy more. My friend informed her that she has mobility issues and is not able to walk freely on her own. That’s why she uses the drive up window. the girl that was waiting on her quickly, said, “well you got your car, didn’t you?“ I feel that this is totally inappropriate for anyone to pass judgment or make a comment regarding someone’s disabilities. My friend has been a loyal customer to big smoke for many years and her husband buys all of his cigarettes there. My friend reported this to the manager, but yet I took my friend through the drive-through just yesterday January 4, 2023 and the same woman waited on us and I witnessed firsthand this employee roll her eyes at my friend as we pulled up to the window. My friend gave her the lottery tickets to cash in and was going to buy some scratch off tickets. However, the woman waiting on her cut her off and handed the tickets back and looked at the car behind her and would not speak ….as if to push her along because she had taken up too much of her time. Like I said, I don’t like to post negative things, but this just needs to be said. I hope the owners of big smoke make this right.

Ladies that work here are always friendly and helpful. They are almost always out of stock of the vape pods that I use, which are popular ones. I've had to wait a whole week at times for them to have them and they're the only place in town that carries them.

I love this shop! I only wish the state of Oregon hadn't banned the fruity flavors of oil for vaping! I only liked the fruit flavors when I used vaping to quit smoking. Now I won't have anywhere to go in this state so will have to stock up when I'm out of State.

Love this place. The employees are nice, the prices are fair, and they have a huge selection.My main goal was to buy vaping related stuff before juice gets banned again. This place sells juice, mod kits, atomisers, etc. The selection is limited, however, they carry good brands and inexpensive mods.The juice here is pretty sweet too, as again, while the selection is limited, they still carry about 12 brands with various flavours and they are ALL (or so from what I saw) priced at around $12 for 60ml. I think the priciest stuff I saw was only $9 for 30ml.Furthermore, I found out that even when juice was banned in Oregon they still sold atomisers and mods. So even if juice gets banned again and we have to resort to making it ourselves (please be safe), this place would still be a good option for picking up atomisers locally.

I Vape. I buy my supplies at BigSmoke. Except...They never stock the vape juices I like for more than a few months. Always switching to Cheaper (nastier) product. Don't buy a Vape Pen there. They won't stock the replacement parts and they change inventory so you have to buy a different unit way too often.I bought a vape kit two weeks ago. The reservoir cracked and there is no replacement part available. They told me I'd have to buy another kit. I told them I spent $75.00 and don't want to do it again. I was offered NO Customer service what so ever. The HERMISTON store is top notch by comparison. I like to support the local businesses but I'm going to have to buy online.Big Smoke you disappoint me greatly.

This place is a fun place to go and buy tobacco products. They also have alcohol, snacks, sodas, pipes, cigars, and the stuff you need to go with these things. The ladies that work there are friendly, kind and and willing to wait on you. One of my favorite things is to buy empty cigar boxes. They sale for $5 and $2. They have loose tobacco and machines, if you want to roll your own cigarettes. It is a good place to shop. I am glad it came to Pendleton. Cigarettes are $4.10 a pack for Sonomas now. After $10 pack for cigarettes in Seattle, it is a relief to be home where I am not basically taken advantage of for being a cigarette smoker. Thank you, Big Smoke.

Not very knowledgeable about vape products. Bought some pear flavored juice thinking it was going to be good. Turned out to be the worst tasting juice I've ever bought. Didn't have the coils for my tank.

Took a coupon in for 2 packs of American spirits for 7.50. They scanned it and it took 7.50 off they did not honor what the coupon said and they had wrote on it so I couldn't say forget it. And charged me an extra 1.50 that's not what the coupon said

A good place to get your smokes. They even have a drive through so it's covid safe. They carry CBD for pets and the price seems fair. Friendly people.

The staff here was completely selfish and sold me two defective items and flat out refuses to replace my defective items and forced me to replace the defective items myself and refused to stand behind their item and flat out refused to replace the defective items. Very very rude to me. I don't recommend their store to anyone and never intend to.
