I purchased a car key a little over a year ago for $260. The key portion fell out of the fob. This is definitely faulty manufacturing. The key should never fall out of the fob. They told me it has been more than a year, so even though this should not have happened, they cannot fix or replace it. DON'T SELL ME JUNK FOR $260. DON'T SHOP HERE, THEY SELL JUNK

Shout out to new employee Marcos! I was in the store on Saturday, April 20th, 2024. Marcos was right there to greet and help me... friendly and cheerful. His nametag indicated he was in training. He did a great job finding an item for me by asking fellow employees where the item was located in the store, then assuring what we found was the right part for my needs. Kacie at the paint desk was equally welcoming and helpful, as was Brian in the lawn and garden section. Trinity at the checkstands was also cheerful and friendly and was training a brand new employee. These employees all went above and beyond while helping all the customers in the store on a very busy day. I saw no evidence that there was any help from the manager on duty that day.

Knowledgeable staff, decent selection, fair pricing. They've been treating me right since they opened. I appreciate when they offer to share their experiences, but also refuse to make up nonsense just to make a sale. Of course, if you are not the type who likes a floor associate showing you to your items and sharing ideas, they absolutely won't push you and are happy to let you find your own way. There are a few here who have saved me a lot of time and money with their knowledge, loyalty coupons, etc. I am very glad they are here in Pendleton, OR.

Always a helpful staff and well stocked. Special orders for STIHL parts seem to be difficult through this store so, don't be in hurry. Very good hardware shop.

It had the hardware i needed they were trying to help out but longboarders and skateboarders normally know what they are looking for. Dont tell them they have the wrong hardware when they have the original hardware for the board. I grabbed exactly what i needed also i recommend going to the local hardware stores not bigger ones unless the locals dont have what you need

Nice to have a local hardware store that usually has what you need. If they don't, you can go to home Depot, but often you can save time even if it's a few cents extra.

I was greeted with smiles as I walked into a very clean and organized store. The staff immediately read the expression of wonder on my face, and asked if they could help. Although they didn't have exactly what I was looking for (it was a long-shot anyways), they tried their hardest to assist me. I'd DEFINITELY recommend this store to anyone!!

Neat, clean, friendly, just didn't have the matching lock sets I need.11-2-22 Bought 2 Weber grills for Sunday's Oregon Guard Christmas Party. Disappointed to fid that Weber doesn't make them in yellow, just rusty orange.11-30-2023 Got a lovely Trager grill for the Guard party this year.

Zero Stars Given. When i go to the cashier counter they demand my phone number Then they complain because i am not Elliot like it says on their computer. It,s very clear that someone who had my cell number before me had an account with Ace. Then the sales people just want to stand there and complain and argue with me about it. This burden happens every time i go to pay for my purchase & I have No time in my life for this and please stop mailing me sale ads. Good bye and leave me alone please.

Wide variety and plenty of stock. Large store and well organized. Less customers than I would expect but it later in the day. Not crowded, but the rows were a little narrow. Made up for the narrow rows with lots of material. Positive experience! Very clean.

Stopped here to buy a small screw and 2 washers for an RV cabinet. Had no idea of what to expect as we are just passing through Pendleton. Excellent service from Carlos as he immediately found what we needed. Great experience!

The manager, Paul, impressed me quite a lot with his breadth of knowledge concerning a Rototiller for my large garden. I chose to rent this year because it made more sense financially, but this store (and Paul) will be my go-to resource for anything and everything hardware related moving forward!! 10/10 would shop again. 💯

These people are AMAZING!! My husband and I were driving on a road trip from Seattle to Salt Lake when a rock all of a sudden smashed our sun roof to pieces. It was a Sunday so no car shops were open and we went in to see what temporary options we had. They cut a piece of acrylic for us to tape over the damage so we could finish out our road trip until we got home. Multiple people came to look at the damage and to figure out how they could help us. Don’t know that I’ve ever had such caring service in my life, thank you!!!

Last time going to ace. Very disappointed. I was told by there salesman that I needed a certain hose for a faucet. So I unwrapped in the store to look at it an I bought it. It was the wrong fitting size. So I turned around with the receipt to return it. They wouldn’t take it back and let me get the correct one. Because I didn’t have the ace sticker on it. It got left in the store…So I just left the correct one there and took my money to Zimmerman. I have bought bbqs and spent thousands of Dollars in the little bit of time you been here. No more buisness from this family.

Ace Hardware located in Pendleton Oregon is the best place to go for anything you need in yard hardware tools whatever to go to Ace Hardware they pretty much have everything you could ever want or need plus they have someone that can help you if you don't know exactly what you need to get from there like I did tonight they were trying to close that store they never even mention closing if it's what I left I noticed that the doors were turned off the automatic doors let's go to In and Out of the Ace Hardware they were very helpful and I got exactly what I need to fix my clothing washer when I get home with it tonight super helpful definitely recommend them A+ in my opinion!!!

Walked in, someone greeted me with a smile, I asked if they had a specific fitting, she told right where to find it, it was there, I walked up front and paid for it. Smoothest hardware store run ever. That never happens at other places!
