Very cute inn and excellent managers! Record players were a nice touch. I had a snafu with my wallet and had to get help with Apple Pay, my credit card etc… they were patient and very very kind. She felt bad for me and gave me her last ten dollars. I was very grateful to have such a nice place to stay and kind people working with me! Thank you again. Made the few nights we stayed over a lot easier and more enjoyable.Food & drinks: A few excellent places to eat and drink within walking distance.Noteworthy details: Record players and the double room set up was nice! Beds on opposite ends of the room.

We stayed here the last two nights- had an absolutely incredible time. The room was perfect. Bathtub, large TV with Netflix, very very clean. Service was great. The town of Pacific city is small, but it has all that you need. Breathtaking beaches, hiking, pubs/brewery, surf shop, markets, etc. It’s amazing! Very close to the larger Lincoln city (20 min drive.) We couldn’t recommend it more. Within walking distance is 2 diners, coffee shops, etc. If you want a romantic seaside getaway stay here!

A stone's throw from the beach, the S&S Inn boasts a retro vibe, and it delivers! It's seriously a throwback to the 40's and 50's. In each room, there is a record player, and one can take vinyls (records...lp's) from the lobby to play in the room. It's comfortable and quiet. The cost per night is very affordable. This is truly a great place to stay while in Pacific City.

I always love staying here. We come with dogs, and always have a great experience. They do ask you not to leave pups solo in the rooms. Our younger one likes to whine if left alone, so not something we ever do anyway. Just good info for other travelers with pups to know. Our favorite room so far is the Corner Suite. It has a couch, chair, desk with chair, small dining bar with stools and a fold down futon. Extra blankets and pillows already were in the closet. Plenty of room for our family, and the added bonus of a full kitchen and all needed cooking items, plates, etc. I feel everytime we've been here, it's been the same couple working, and they do a great job. The rooms have some nostalgic updates over the last year. Retro colors, record player, etc. But it also has smart TVs, wifi, single serve Keurig... so great mix for our needs.

Basic motel amenities, but it's extra cozy and cute with its vintage seaside feel! The room has a record player and you can just grab a record or two from the check-in lobby -- a nice way to wind down for the night. Comfortable bed, soft pillows, clean space. The little touches (like the records and bedside white noise machine) really elevate the experience. We were very pleased with our stay!

This place is GREAT! SOOOO clean and cute. Record player, record library, post cards...I loved the slightly retro feel and it's obvious that there have been upgrades. I loved it and will come back. Great service and hospitality. They are doing it right (and I'm in hospitality!). Great access to walking all over PC and to the beach, too.

Reasonably priced and quick access to the beach but was disappointed that our room did not have a reliable air conditioner and the bed in the guest room was not fat girl friendly and broke as I slept. The guest room also did not have a air conditioner and it was stuffy all night. Smelt damp in our rooms. No real table to sit and eat at for our kids. Toilet got clogged in the middle of the night and had to wait till after 8AM to get a plunger. Not fun.

We stayed the night in Pacific City during a road trip from Eureka, CA to Beaverton, OR. We stayed here for one night and it was SOO cute and cozy. The room was clean and the innkeeper was very polite and courteous. He also made suggestions on food and where to go for coffee the following morning. We travel with a dog and Scout was welcome as well. Highly recommended!

The room is adorable, spacious and extremely clean. Lots of towels, extra blankets, a great regular-sized blow dryer...all of the toiletries you could ever need. You can park right outside your door which I love because it’s easy to pop out to your car. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I will stay here any time I’m in Pacific City. They also have a very reasonable pet fee for dogs!

This is a wonderful small hotel. Very very clean and quiet with nice size rooms and amenities. The staff is amazing and extremely helpful. They went above and beyond making sure our stay was pleasant and even let us do our laundry at their facility since the closest laundromat was about 20-30 minutes away. Highly recommend staying here if passing through or visiting Pacific City.

Justin was super welcoming, the rooms were clean and very up to date. They have a record player in each room with records to borrow in the office. Great place to stay and at a great price

We were very pleasantly surprised with our room. We stayed in #10 which has two queen beds and a fully loaded kitchenette. It’s been remodeled. It’s very quaint and peaceful with a separate sink area and toilet/shower area. The room and bathroom was very very clean. Definitely worth the price. We got food right down the road at sportsman’s pub and grub and it was pretty good too. There is no “lobby” here but there is an ice machine and they sell some snacks in the office for $1.00 each. There is no central air, that is my only complaint. It was a little warm and the tiny ceiling fan doesn’t help. We turned the stove fan on for some white noise, it was perfect.

I’ve been staying here for years and have always loved it, but on this most recent visit they’ve added some really lovely touches. Record players in the rooms, keurig coffee, local info, LPs and paperbacks to borrow for the night. Friendly service, dogs allowed, and they let me check in early. There’s a few spots to eat within walking distance, nothing fancy but I don’t come to Pacific City for fancy, I come for small-town charm— and the Surf and Sand Inn has just that!

We stayed for 5 nights and were very pleasantly surprised by this cute little motel/Inn. The beds were very comfortable, the decor was updated. Good water pressure, very clean. The only issue was the ceiling fan was a bit too noisy to run at night. Everything else was great and we would surely stay again. We took day drives up and down the coast and spent a few days on the beach. Family was staying in a cottage nearby so to have an inexpensive but comfortable place to start and end the days was great.

Very expensive for what you get.We stayed here for one night on a week long trip. This place is more expensive than some of the bigger hotels that we stayed in, yet you don't get breakfast and the rooms are basically cheap motel level. No drinkable coffee in the room. They do have acceptable coffee at the check-in desk but they clearly didn't like us taking coffee there. We had a very bad night and I get cranky when I don't get enough sleep. The couple in the room next to us were snoring, keeping me awake and they later started fighting. We could hear every word they said. I maybe would have slept better in my car.

Spotless clean, super comfortable mattress, superb location, friendly staff.I recommend you book as early as possible! We booked several weeks before and we were glad to noticed the “no vacancy” sign knowing our room was guaranteed!Definitely a great option in the region!
