Not impressed. Urgent care sent 2 prescriptions to Walgreens at 7pm May 20th, just as the pharmacy was closing. Obviously I knew I wouldn't get them filled that evening. However, and having not heard anything by 2:20 pm May 21st, I called. I was told only one was filled & they were 'working' on the other, and it would be 3pm. I explained that I need to start those meds ASAP in order to find out if I can travel. She said they are short staffed; basically what can she do about that? Not her exact words... but along those lines. Another 40 minutes? Meaning they weren't actually working on it. I told the lady that I'm traveling back home and can't travel in my condition without those meds that hopefully combat my situation. I needed to get that medication I'm my system ASAP, because if my issues continue, I have to postpone my trip back home so the doctor can order further tests. Time is of the essence in my situation, and I fail to understand why one Rx was filled early and one was waylaid. So what can she do about it? 🤔 I dunno, maybe close the pharmacy and have a big fat lunch, hopefully it'll stay down. In the meantime, I've lost 7 pounds in 7 days an can't keep anything down. I'll be posting in other reviews where my sister and I contracted this food poisoning and ecoli causing this entire mess.

Ran in to snag a medicine and I could barely tell they were open, all parking lot lights and sign were off. It was 8:15pm at that point. Google said they were open, and they were. Walking around in the store and suddenly they turned off half the lights above and all in the coolers. They close at 9!!! It wasn't even 8:30pm! We couldn't see anything in the coolers because they were pitch black. I rounded a corner and a gentleman said "We close at 9, just so you know." I said I know... Why are the lights off I can't hardly see to even shop? He said they 'have no control' over that. Bull! That's a safety hazard. I worked retail for 20 years I super know they have control over their own lights and didn't appreciate being lied too. They should be closing at 8pm if they are behaving this way. A surprising experience for a chain store.

Isabel and the pharmacist here do an Amazing job helping you when you're out of town. I needed a prescription filled early and they work together as a team to contact my physician and get my medication in a timely manner. Isabel tracked me down as I was leaving to get me my medicine. I am blown away with how caring and thoughtful this entire staff is. My mother passed and they changed my entire day.THANK YOU ❤️

I was actually scolded by the pharmacist for speaking during my injection. I've been getting shots in my arm for over 68 years and have NEVER been told I should not speak during the procedure. Walgreens will no longer be my choice for vaccinations.

The service is usually pretty good at this Walgreens, however this morning the pharmacy tech with pink hair was extremely rude.. I understand they are under pressure but when a customer is sick and miserable and waiting for antibiotics, it is not ok to be spoken to in a rude abrupt manner.. I have choices of pharmacies. I might consider moving to another..

I don't quite understand this store. My experience with other walgreens is generally positive.But here, I get rude, inconsiderate, unhappy, unwilling, argumentative, mean spirited staff 90% of the time.Besides the hateful attitude, their knowledge base is nil'C'mon Walgreens!

The girl who rang me up today was surprisingly rude for genuinely no reason. I walked up, smiling, and she immediately demanded that i put my basket away for her (about a 40ft distance), which I would have totally done if she wasn't rolling her eyes at me the whole time I quietly and politely checked out. She had short hair, a yellowish color. I would never be rude or even demanding to a hard-working service person (i've been one myself for many years), so she was clearly unhappy from something prior. I didn't put my basket back as demanded solely because she was so annoyed by my audacity to buy stuff. I heard her make an audible sigh as she put the basket away as I walked out. 😆

Checked out by Cierra today. Treated horrendous. No greeting. She presented and acted completely miserable and angry. Chucked my receipt in my bag without saying anything. Completely horrible and non-existent customer service and basic human decency.

Maybe the counter associate was just having a bad day, I know I was. After having to leave and come back with a shipping label she quickly scanned over it and said it wasn’t gonna work, refused to manually enter the number stating that “my abilities are limited here”. I got lucky right at that time the FedEx delivery driver showed up and he was able to scan the barcode just fine not to mention he also said he could enter in the number manually too should they need to. All in all won’t be back in to this store I hope at least not while that lady works there.

I was in the store yesterday and was checked out by Cierra. She was so helpful and helped me find everything I needed. She went above and beyond to help me. She was very sweet. I'll definitely be doing a majority of my shopping there from here on out.

If I could rate this place with zero stars I would. You'd think with Walgreens recently buying out Bimart pharmacy that they would have had plenty of notice and been prepared for the influx of prescriptions to handle by maybe hiring more staff? Extending business hours/days?? This entire switch has been nothing but a mess for my family. I have several complaints....Today I was in line for the drive thru pharmacy at 4pm (they close at 5). There were several cars in front of me and several more behind me by the time it was my turn. I got to the window to see that they'd put their closed sign up for the vehicle in front of me!! So I wasted an hours worth of time, gas, etc.....for NOTHING! Who on earth has time to sit in line waiting for more than an hour in the first place??? And then after all that time pretty much have the door slammed in my face?! I'm also unhappy with my experience with trying to reach anyone in the pharmacy by phone. I tried calling Friday and again today (Monday) and sat on hold for over an hour each time. Had to call for a second time today and after 35 minutes on hold, I had to hang up so I could make some other calls. Maybe hire some staff to answer the phones! Next issue is I switched to another pharmacy for my son's routine medications and Walgreens was faxed 4 days ago asking to transfer the records....no records have been sent yet! Why?! This is ridiculous and not how customers should be treated. I will be taking my pharmacy business elsewhere, will not recommend them to anyone and will no longer spend money inside their store. It's obvious that greed runs this corporation and that customer service is not a priority. Pull your heads from your bums, Walgreen's Execs!

Rudest people I've ever encountered. If you ever want to feel like you are imposing on a customer service worker...come to this Walgreens... they will make you feel like you are a bother. I'll never set foot in this business for medication or anything else ever again!

I bought a photo magnet in December and it turned out great. I bought one for a Valentine's gifts and they have cheapened the quality of the magnet they use and the darn thing just slides down the refrigerator. So disappointing.

This is, by far the most incompetent pharmacy I’ve ever had the unfortunate obligation to. I contracted in this town for 6 months and this was the only pharmacy I could use. The hours changed all the time, one day you could access in store, some days they changed on a whim and it was “drive thru only” todays adventure? I went into the store only to be told that Saturdays are now drive thru days. Waited in the drive thru for an hour only for the pharmacy to close when I got to the window. My medications are always held hostage at this place. Wildly mismanaged and honestly god help you if you need your prescriptions…have them prepare your refills weeks in advance bc they can barely manage anything.

I am all the way in Alaska and needed to order a banner same day for my daughter currently attending school in Coos Bay. I called a few times and the staff was so friendly and helpful! The banner was done before close and it’s perfect! Thank you!

45 minute wait after checking in and prescription sent in 3+ hours ago. Multiple staff talking with one another about daily life. Very unconcerned about patients/customers. Don’t recommend.

Appt via computer made for Immunizations. Confirmation received. Arrive, told no appt on their computer. Same scenario last year. Would not give my flu and Covid shot. Rude employees!

Called ahead to check pricing and limits of COVID tests. They said two per person. When we arrived they said two per household. It's important to give people accurate information when they're driving to your store for specific reasons.

Pharmacy is closed on Sundays, hours have not been updated on the phone system or on Google. The employee AJ in the store is unhelpful and rude to customers and should be spoken with or fired.

My experiences at this store have been mixed. I had called and asked if they had a certain product. When I checked online it had said that they had 5 available in store. The lady that I had spoken with was extremely rude and told me that she had never herd of what I had asked for and the store didn't carry them. The next day we decided to just go check the store since we were in town anyways, the product was there. In fact they had multiple. I told the cashier what had happen and he apologized on her behalf. But it doesn't excuse how rude she was. We avoid going there if at all possible, but they carry certain things other stores don't.

The last time I went to this store, the service was so slow. unhelpful and generally crummy that I swore I wouldn't go back. But Walgreen's is running a special on photo printing of $.10 each. I called this store and was told by an"associate" that the price only applied to "on line" purchases; the price in store was $.15 each. My order would be for 200 identical prints, a simple and profitable order. I asked to speak to a manager, and when I did, I told him about the way I'd been treated the last time around and said that I'd think that they would be delighted to give me the same price to shop in their "bricks and mortar" store. He put me on hold for a while to see if he could figure out a way to do this, and at last came back on the line and said that on a one time only basis, he would do it. Immediate problem solved, but only after a LOT of time and effort on my part; most customers would simply have gone elsewhere. And why does top management set rules in their system that makes it so difficult to satisfy a customer on an order that obviously makes good sense for them to do?

Waited for a product for a month, associate told me by scanning shelf upc product would be ordered in a couple weeks. This is after two weeks of calling and being told I need to check in every Sunday after truck is unloaded. So numerous Walgreens associates flat out lied to me and wasted my time. Asked for an explanation from associate who originally scanned tag, I was told "I don't know". So a store that doesn't carry products it's suppose to, and employees that don't understand inventory system. I really miss days when retail establishments actually carried products to sell to customers in order to make money. Now it's retail establishments trying not to piss CEO off so he can do another stock buyback and make more money, who cares about the customers.

Since bimart quit having a pharmacy, it's nuts trying to get your prescription. Two different days around three pm, 8 people in the pharmacy line in the store and cars from the drive up all the way to the street. At least 7 cars. One leaves another gets in line.

Closed on weekends, sometimes without warning. Always takes 2 hours or more to fill anything. Walgreens cares about giving shots more then filling Prescriptions. Very uncaring.

The blonde pharmacy tech is extremely rude and the girls up front seemed very sedated. Over all zero help from any staff
