Had a pizza made there got it home it was completely doughy and cooked on the wrong setting. We called back to the worker that was working and he wanted us to drive it all the way back so he can put it in the oven again. I returned the pizza with one slice missing and he could not even refund my money. I left my name and phone number and the pizza box and was told someone was going to call this morning. No call from anyone not a way to treat a repeat customer.I wrote this review the next day when I didn't get a phone call but I did not post it becauseI like Corey your manager. Now it's 4 days later still no phone call from anyone. Its not the price i am out its the i don't care. If i walked out without paying they would care. This store needs new owner and since the front windows are boarded up makes me think someone else agrees. Go to any coos bay 7/11 and Bill will treat you right.

This 7-11 does NOT!!! upload cash to cards .. like Cash app or Step cards. LAME!!! Very inconvenient .

I am a everyday customer at the North Bend 7 11.Your employee with all the black hair in his face, to the point of not seeing his face at all, is one of the ruddiest people. I m 75 years old and do not expect to be talk to in the manor in which he has. Not only myself but I've been in your store when he has been rude to other people. I told him he was rude and his response was, (dont really care what you think).

I love these guys they always keep the line moving the best they can. Even if just 2 people are in line the other clerk hops on the second register. The machines are always super clean and stuff is always in stock.

The owner is untrustworthy and the customers are crack heads. This store constantly has homeless people loitering outside, items are not properly priced, employees are not trained properly. Mask and sanitation policies are not enforced. All together a sad representation of 7-11.

Historically the store is very clean, well maintained and always stocked, friendly and professional staff, store owner on top of safety and sanitation and keeping employees trained on covid- prevention. I get my coffee only at this location because I know it is always fresh!

I was curious concerned and did not have a pleasant vist . The store at the north bend location is not taking safety precautions as the other locations are. I believe this needs to chance for the safety of not only the customers coming in but also the employees. There should be plexy glass over the registers to start with. And I believe there needs to be take on floor to distance people .this is a serious matter and it wont be fixed without these safety precautions. This is unacceptable only this location is not taking these steps. Highly unsafe. There should be only certain amount of customers in at a time. This will be reported I'f nothing gets done I will report it to someone higher. You as a company are not giving any kind of care for your employees without supplying them with gloves and masks .

That place is the s***iest place I ever been to in all my life I been there when I was a kid but now today I had to leave my large backpack at the front... and they don't even care if a backpack would be stolen when customer is looking around an that place was shoplifted by local people.So I am writing this review and saying that place sucks trash and no way I shall never set 1 foot in there till they change their stupid law as well I shall never set foot in no more7/11's as long as I live.
