Only giving two stars because of view of ocean and the sound of ocean. Room 18 rating would be a 1 star or no star. Room very very dated. Lots of furniture falling apart, very uncomfortable. Struggled to get TV working. TV older and kept crashing. Bed is the most uncomfortable bed we have ever attempted to sleep in. We left in the middle of the night. Not worth the price! Not sure if decor is 70s or 80s, but it seems nothing has been maintained or repaired since the 80s. Cabinets in kitchen falling apart. A layer of dust throughout the surfaces. Very weird musty smell. Such a shame... We won't be returning. Way cheaper to stay in hotel and be comfortable.

Our rental through Grey Fox was super easy and convenient. I was impressed by the condo we stayed in. It was unit#11, a first floor 1 bedroom/2 bathroom unit with beach views and easy access to the beach. Our condo was clean and airy. The beds were very comfortable. The bathrooms were clean and I particularly enjoyed the walk in shower.The view could not be beat! Would definitely go back!

Stayed here over the weekend - loved it! You can tell that it's an older place, but in my opinion that didn't reduce the quality at all & at least in my case the style really suited it. Gorgeous view, comfortable, my idea of a beach vacation!

This was one of my favorite places to stay on the coast! Right on the beach with close, easy access! Open your windows and all you hear are the waves crashing down on the beach! Great, clean place with about all the conveniences you could ask for! Very comfortable beds too!!! Will definitely stay here again. Close to Lincoln City and great places to eat!

A friend and I just stayed 3 nights at Pacific Sands. We had a wonderful time. Condo #21 is a beautiful place. Spotlessly clean, homey and the view from the private deck took our breath away. Everything we could have needed was there from dishes to cookware, to books to read, games to play and movies too. Hot showers and a fire place too.

The only reason I'm giving this resort two stars is the view and location is amazing. However, the place itself is so bad it is laughable. We arrived right at check-in only to be told it would be an hour wait as the housekeeper wasn't done with our room. The housekeeper was friendly and we were glad she was there as we never received an email with instructions on getting our keys. Once we got inside, we were very disappointed with the state of the place. The housekeeper probably did an okay job for the time she had, but it was clearly a rushed job. The counters were still dirty in areas, the showers didn't look like they were cleaned well, and there was carpet debri throughout condo. Most alarming was the thermostat, it was sticking out of the wall. This definitely seemed like a safety concern. The kitchen utensils had rust all over them. The drapes were held together with duct tape. There were some very suspicious looking hairs on our bedding as well. The couches were just gross! We draped sheets on them so we didn't have to sit directly on them. Also, the remote batteries were dead so we were forced into watching Meatloaf, Live from the road. 🎵 I would do anything for new batteries, but I won't do that 🎵. Just embarrassing that they would rent their place out like that.

Great experience. Clean room that was really something special. Right on the water (just down a set of rock stairs) and not very crowded at all. Quiet at night with thick walls. Management was hard to reach (didn't call back quickly) when we called (key wasnt working in the lock when we arrived) but once we got someone on the phone they were great and very quick to help fix the issue so I didn't take off a star. I would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay! Our room was very immaculate and well appointed! There are no ocean views, but the beach is only a few feet away. Neskowin was a great little seaside town.

I stayed in unit 22 with my mother and husband. This unit has a spectacular view of Proposal Rock, the best in the complex. However, the unit was dated and in disrepair. The carpet and couches were worn and smelled of urine (it was a dog-friendly unit), the wifi was spotty, and the state of the shower was completely appalling. We definitely won't be coming back.

The view is incredible, so the moment you walk in this place looks great. Upon closer inspection, this place is scary. The unit needs a ton of updating and the furniture was decrepit, old, and tearing to the point that the stuffing was coming out. The wifi was terrible and even just browsing the web was difficult, let alone if you want to stream Netflix in the evening - not a chance. Bring your own DVDs. The worst part was the showers. They looked like they'd never been cleaned, mold between the tiles, and just generally unsanitary.

Great ocean front view with rock stairs down to the beach. Reasonable amenities, nothing fancy but everything functional. 5 adults plus infant fit with no problem.

A bit pricey but you are right on the ocean. The base price looks good but by the time they add the booking fee, cleaning fee and taxes, you can add another 30%. Quiet and relaxing.
