We visit monthly to get our k9 nails trimmed. The ladies who do the trims are fast and friendly and best of all they're frugal! You can't beat their price of $5 / pet! While there, we stock up food, treats and sometimes even a toy! The friendly guy at the counter even loads my bags of food into my car for me! You can't ask for a better way to start a Sunday 🐾😉

I stopped at the other location first, to find a harness for my pup. That store didn't have the size I was looking for but they called over here and they had it. When I came in, both employees Chris and Lavonne (hope I have these right) were incredibly friendly and attentive. They took the time to get to know my dog and help me try on a variety of harnesses, since the one I came in for didn't end up fitting well. My pug mix has a weird body and finding a good fit for him is hard. I really appreciated both of their help and attention.

This is the cheapest place I have found that sell my cigarettes. Light blue American Spirits. Staff is kind, courteous and knowledgeable on a variety of topics like pet diet, medications and litters. Kind of difficult to pull in and out of during peak times like 8am & 5pm but you gotta risk it for the biscuit 😂

I try to support these smaller shops the best I can instead of going to Petco. However, every time I come in and that woman is working, she's never friendly. In fact, she treats me quite cold, as if she thinks she knows me as someone who did something to her. I was buying specialty $40 cat food bags every week for 8 months, but I've since changed brands to avoid shopping here. I'm super nice & well dressed when I come in, but this chick just can't get over herself enough to return the service. I know I don't look like a homeless shoplifter, and I'm over her attitude.

Good variety. Good service. And the nail ladies are the best at what they do. My pups only lets the nail ladies trim her nails. Not me. Not the vet. Not another groomer. Tip them well. (They only charge 5 bucks)

I live within walking distance as they are located very near a residential area. Friendly and helpful. Prices are good. They offer a “frequent buyer” option on dry food, as well as punch cards with scratch-off discounts. Enjoy shopping here very much.

Mini Pet Mart has a pretty good selection of various pet products. The only reason I couldn't give it five stars is because I feel their prices are a little on the higher side. However, for those seeking excellent prices on tobacco products, this place is hard to beat! Their staff are always quite helpful and friendly.

The best pet store I have ever seen. I asked them to hold an expensive item for two days as I travel from Yreka to Medford to shop. The item was there and the lady in the front of the store who helped me won a customer for life.

This place is awesome with quality (tested) durable and diversity in products at reasonable to low prices... How do they manage to do this? They sell nicotine products so they can provide pet needs for their community... Excellent smart buissness model. If your going to be addicted to tobbacco might as well put it for our fury friends

Great local business. They carry food and toys for all your creatures. We always go here for our dog food. Good prices on grain free food for our sensitive pup. They usually beat the The Grange by a couple dollars.

Mini pet mart is a family-owned establishment, and they treat their employees accordingly. Employees will go above and beyond to meet customers expectations, order special products, or have items transferred from other stores to the location you wish to pick them up from. They make it a priority for a complimentary carryout service.The absolute best part of shopping here is that all of their products are guaranteed. This means that if for any reason you or your pet does not like the product purchased they will take it back, even if it has been opened! They will kindly either give you your money back if you present a receipt, or offer an in store gift card or exchange (with the exception of opened wet caned food).Another perk of shopping here is they have a feeder program you can sign up for at no cost. There are certain brands of dry and canned pet food that will qualify for the program, and if you purchase either 10 or 12 products you will get one free.Shipments come in every Tuesday, and the stores are very well-stocked.All animals are welcome and are greeted with the same kindness the customers are.This is a wonderful pet store to explore.

Stopped at the crater lake hwy. Store. Out of the 5 things I needed ( which I usually get at the Stewart Ave. Store ) they only had two of the items there. They said that they weren't sure why each store doesn't carry the same things. Bit the customer service was great.

I probably visit this establishment at least twice if not three times a week.The employees are very very helpful and super courteous!!I probably spend about $100 a week here.we bring our dog down there all the time and as long as he's on a leash and throwing to the other dogs everything is copacetic!!!

The staff is always friendly and while the concept might be unique, a pet store that also sells tobacco products, the prices are great and they have locations all over. If you're in Brookings, you can get the same experience as you'd get in Medford or any other location.

Had an excellent variety of pet supplies. It is the only place that had Pill Pockets that allow us to get our dog to take his meds.Was surprised they also carry tobacco products. Maybe that is what really pays the bills?!
