This was my first visit to the Mini Pet Mart and I was very impressed by the amount & variety of products there (from dozens dog & cat foods and toys, to pet health products and excesories and typical human 'mini mart' staples such as drinks and snacks - who knew that a "mini" mart could stock so much? They even have frequent shopper punch cards for discounts on future purchases!Truly I was impressed by my first experience here and, if future experiences go the same, I'll increase my rating to match (rarely to I give 5 stars after the first experience)

This is an amazing place for all things pet. We personally shop for a pet rat and a very special cat. Everyone is so helpful and kind. We highly recommend this wonderful establishment.

Staff seems knowledgeable and helpfully. Unfortunately was out of the product I was looking for but offered to call across town to see of it was instock there - it was. However the Grange was closer.

I wanted to get a new harness for my pup so I stopped into here. There was one I was interested in but wasn't in the size I needed. I asked the employee if they knew the other store might have it. She immediately called over and they had it, putting it on hold for me. Both of the employees were very nice and friendly.

Some of their prices on animal products are a bit more expensive than you would find at a big chain store (gigs are cheap). I usually receive knowledgeable and helpful service every time, and I appreciate being able to support a local business. They will also order and keep stocked specific items upon request.

This place should be reported for price gouging. It's astonishing the nerve they have. $8.99 is what I paid at Fred Meyer for the identical bag of Kaytee brand Timothy hay, where mini pet mart wanted $14.99. WHAT?!!I will never set foot in that store again, and I'll be warning others who buy dog food and other over priced items there to stay away from such a greedy merchant.

Excellent selection! All kinds of crazy brands and alternative foods for your cat or dog. Bird section is limited but that's not really their specialty. Also, expect to pay more for all the premium foods they have, but that's too be expected. With the selection they offer, however, you can pick from a variety of low-end, middle quality, and high-end brands. Friendly staff.

We come in every month and the food we buy is always bought out.. (just started this last summer) we have them order more for this reason and it is still gone. Thank you for the beautiful workers that tried to help us price match the same brand... but the manager... next time risk the $5 loss (or even 10% discount) to a loyal customer that pays your paycheck. I will be finding another location to buy and will be informing my community members.

Their prices are a bit high, but their selection is great. The staff is very helpful and courteous. The two stores in Medford are always clean and the shelves are well stocked. They also offer a nail trimming service for dogs twice a month at both stores.

This place has friendly knowledgeable staff that will help you find what is right for you and your pet. With rewards programs coupons and punch cards they have many ways for you to save money. This company knows how to reward loyal customers and if you are a loyal customer you will save through their programs and in other ways. This is one of the places I can walk in get recognized and always have a pleasant experience.

Wonderful service! I asked for a small bag of good quality but inexpensive dry dog food. I did not know any brands or anything else. The gentleman not only helped me find exactly the right food-he also helped me find a sqweeky toy that was perfect for my furry friend! That's what I call excellent service!

Friendly and dknolwedgable staff which is great when you need recommendations for your pet.It was a bit expensive but most pet stores are. I love their treat bags they sell, only downside is my dog is so picky she wouldn't eat them. She only eats things if she sees us eat it apparently hahaha

I have gotten my dogs' nails cut every first Sunday of the month for ten years and won't get them done anywhere else. I also but Call of the Wild brand food here and there aren't a lot of places around here that carry that brand. Good prices and friendly staff.

I have shopped at Mini Pet Mart all my life. I usually go to the one on Crater Lake, but I was near the Stewart location and thought I would try it out. A young girl was working there and was wonderfully helpful. But as I was about to check out the manager came over and talked down at the girl for helping me too long! She was loud and rude. She even talked rude to me, a paying customer! Nobody should treat their employees or customers that way. She tried to rush me out the door and did not even try to answer any of my questions! The young lady was so nice and helpful. I will not being going back to that location as long as that manager is there!

Lived a few blocks away from the mini pet Mart. Would take my dog on daily walks from Columbus to the end of Stewart and let's just say about at least an 1/8 of my weekly income was spent their! Very kind and generous employees work their. Decent prices for dog supplies if you have a pitbull like mine that can't make a toy last but one day!

This place is great my mom's dog was having some pain and issues walking because of hip dysplasia and they can not afford surgery. These guys helped me find some joint supplements with glucose and some CBD treats for him too. Also they let me bring my own doggo in and helped me find a good "indestructible" toy for her. Btw it's been 2 day's since purchasing the supplements and my mom's dog is having so much more mobility and seems more spry and my mom and husband are extatic.... Cudos to mini pet Mart
