Small town convenience store. A lot more expensive than driving into Springfield, but a good place to get staples in a pinch. Fountain sodas, hot fryer food deli.

I live this place. It only am I an employee there but also have been shopping g there for many years. Our place is clean and all staff are friendly. Everyone has a bad day so if you experience anyone grumpy that day just come back in. We all stay positive during this pandemic and sure some stock is low but we can only furnish what we can get. Things will be looking up-I’m sure of that. Until then enjoy our little market to the fullest and keep on smiling.

Friendly, small needs support. Your cab tell they are not doing as well as they can. If you reed this post, and you are in that area. Stop in and get a soda or something. I myself don't live a round Markola, but when I stay around there or driving through. I stop you never know who you might meet. Meet a Korean War veteran. Was very honored to be able to speak with him. Great community. 👍

This place is alright. I don't choose to shop here because the prices are high and it's really just got junk food in it, but the people who work here are really nice.
