We will not go back in this store due to the lighting. It is so dark its hard to shop. Further more the led lights are horrible for your eyes. Come on corporate ir it were your kids working there I bet you would change that eye damaging light. If you dont care about your employees then I dont care to shop there

Well you get about what you'd expect with this Dollar Tree. It's very comparable to other Dollar Trees, in that it's reliable and convenient. I've been coming here on and off for around eight years. It tends to have around one or two cashiers at any given time, and the wait in the line isn't long. Alsp I'll commend them for keeping the place really clean over the years. Overall I'd highly recommend it if, yah know, you gotta get some household/holiday stuff; or snacks. Oh, and the bathrooms are pretty nice.

What's the deal here I come in your store slot. And everytime I go in the shelves are totally empty. They have the freight in the back because I sometimes go back and get my own car food. This is sad plus the store is so dirty and messy stuff piled in the wrong spot. But the dirtiness makes me uncomfortable. I will go elsewhere to shop I will pay more for stocked shelves and clean stire

Your Dollar Tree store in Madras is very dark, dingy and dirty. It grosses me out to enter the store. I feel sorry for The Dollar Tree employees subjected to the bleak, depressing and cold environment. Clean it up, brighten it up and warm it up. Its gross and sad as it stands.

Love shopping at dollar stores. But this one has really cheap lighting that makes the entire building, which is rather big for a dollar tree, very depressing. It's like the lights are broken, it's really bad.

I love the Dollar Tree, but almost every time I go which is 2 to 3 times a week, there is never a stocked store, and it’s messy. I know there are people employed there who want to work but only get little hours, I don’t understand.

I live in madras and for the past two months there is nothing on the shelves. When I ask a worker what is going on there is nothing on the shelves they say they are only allowed 8 hours a week to stock the shelves so the freight sits in the back. I am tired of hearing excuses they are short on people or they have the mgr from prineville come and help. Dollar general is going in across the street. They will loose business because unless they stock just stock up your shelves or the stuff gets out if date.

Madras dollar tree is a mess its always very busy and never has more then one checker!! Every visit is a long wait in line and so many complaint!! I worked in redmond at dollar tree and you could never have lines !! Ive seen lines in madras and watched people steal thing becuse there are never employee's around i stoped shopping there becuse of the long long lines of people!!!im only giving it one star only because it makes you befor you could post your review.

Great place to shop and it's bigger than any other Dollar Tree in the area they have so many things that I didn't even think they would carry and the customer service there is so wonderful the lady helped find everything and more I will be shopping there again

Have a hard time seeing inside,lighting is very dim.There are usually nice people there, but the isles are always a mess. Most the time I can't find what I am looking for.

For cheap, mostly made in China items, it's a great place to shop. The line is usually long and they rarely call a second checker to help. If you're on a tight budget, check it out.

The store has a better selection than most Dollar Tree locations I've seen. They do seem somewhat short staffed as there is rarely more than one checkout open.

There was 20 customers in the line. We all asked for a 2nd checker we were told NO. This happens everytime you go to the Madras store. This has to stop. I have filled a complaint to the corporate level.

I stopped shopping here. To many tweeker employees doing the meth dance. My children love dollar tree but, I dont want them around that anymore.

This one is my favorite. They usually got a wider selection of things then other Dollar Trees. Usually well stock with good customer service.

I'm assistance manager in another location.. wedding in Madras , July 8th,2017. 1130-1145 went into get balloons for honeymoon suite(20) she was amazing (associate) juggled several task with a big smile, but what was also refreshing the floor, toys, and party was clean😁😁 great job Madras,Or. Great place. Large store with many diverse items, everything from frozen foods to auto items to cards for all occasions, and everything in between. And it's just one dollar per item!

If they would turn lights on it would be a good store,you have to struggle to read the cards! Not enough lights!!
