I just want to express my gratitude for the excellent and attentive service I received the other day. I have been a customer since Walgreens opened it's doors here. I have had nothing but great experiences with the staff. Diane Taggart and Greg Johnson went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that my immediate needs were met. Celeste hase assisted me on many occasions as well as many other regular staff. Looking at the reviews I feel like the staff do not receive the recognition they deserve and I want to make sure that that they're kindness and hospitality is acknowledged as it should be.

If you need medication immediately, just know it'll take at least 3 days to get it. In my case, 5. Prescriptions were called in by my doctor on Wednesday morning. After calling the pharmacy a few times to find out when they might be ready, got a notification on Saturday afternoon at 4:41. They close at 5. Closed Sunday. Moving my service. This is the norm with wallgreens it seems. Not going back .

Absolutely HORRIBLE PHARMACY !!!!im so done with this place..Never a time that ive gone to pick up my prescription that there hasnt been a ridiculously long wait or issue ...I dont understand how a place that is primarly based the business structure around its pharmacy(its in the name)has really gone downhill.

This was my #1 place to shop in this small town. Prices were competitive, lovely staff. It’s the 3rd of January 2024 and prices have SPIKED outrageously. For KT tape it was $9.99 went up to almost $17. Same with other items, almost doubled everything in price. I sadly can’t afford to shop here anymore. Do better Walgreens!

Most of the people here are very nice but they are severely understaffed, in 15 years of monthly Rx refills I’ve never encountered anything like it… after about two years with this place I don’t think there was a single month where there wasn’t some kind of issue that required me to go back at least one extra time. This wouldn’t even be so much of an issue if the wait wasn’t so long or if the drive thru was actually open (the only reason I stayed for so long was because it’s the only pharmacy with a drive-thru) it’s gotten to the point where there’s about a 50/50 chance the drive-thru isn’t even open when I go to pick up my medications… several times the actual pharmacy has just been closed during business hours with no notification whatsoever. I had to cancel a trip one month because I went to pick up my meds the morning before I left and it was just empty. Anyone with medications that you can’t stop for 3-4 days with no warning should stay far away (any medications that will cause dangerous withdrawal symptoms if you miss a dose or two). I can’t imagine if I’d needed pain medication or had a surgery recently…To reiterate, this is not the fault of the employees. If you can’t find anyone to hire you need to offer more money until the situation is resolved. This isn’t fair to the employees or the patients.

I appreciate the reputation that Walgreens as a corporate entity is striving to achieve.However as a former CPhT I wish to bring up some things of note. My visit was 7/8/23 Saturday. Apparently short handed on this weekday for the line was long and took me a 1/2 hour to be waited on. But my concern was the lack of confidentiality of the sales person regarding customer personal information.I was able to hear everybody’s name, dob, medication used. Wow in this world what a wonderful start for an invasion of privacy 😱

I was nervous asking help finding the right makeup for me because I'm trans, and the person who was at the cosmetics desk was extremely helpful and really kind! They helped me pick out some colors that worked with my complexion and gave me some info about the differences between liquid, dry, and powder makeup!Also, whenever I need to get my meds, Thomas is always very polite and helps explain anything I don't understand about them! Another good employee!Very good experiences uvu

I asked an older lady technician why my price had changed so much in cost she told me to bring it up with my congress men very rude lady and the wait is ridicules the only one there who has actually helped is a technician named Sue very nice and helpful.

I went to pick up my inhaler and was told they need an hour to get it ready. Said alright no problem, came back in an hour, they told me it wasn't ready yet and to wait 30 more mins. Came back 30 mins later and was told they're out of stock.The way this pharmacy does business is absurd.Edit: Still a terrible pharmacy. I've been on hold for an hour and 2 minutes now.Edit: Celeste and Diane need to be retrained or something needs to be done about the way they speak to customers.

I gave this store one star only because I couldn’t give it a zero. Pharmacist is rude. Prescriptions are never ready when they say they will be. Have to wait a hour to 3 hours for them to fill when prescription was called in 3 days prior. I don’t live in town so have to hang around and wait…and then I sure when I get back in line they will close for them to take their “lunch”.

This pharmacy is very short staffed. It is not their fault that employees leave and they can't find replacements. Yes it is critical customers get their meds, no doubt but again, they are trying very hard to accommodate everyone, give their current employees their required break times which then leads to no coverage and having to close the pharmacy for a lunch break, etc.), make sure each and every prescription is read and double checked for accuracy, etc. They also have a back up of customers wanting their booster shots now. I work with doctors' offices daily and I can tell you, they are all experiencing a severe staff shortage.

This store has always had issues in the pharmacy. They are aggressive and can’t ever seem to locate insurance information ever , rite aide never has this problem so we have transferred everything to Rite Aide now! We don’t even go to Walgreens anymore.

Terrible pharmacy experience EVERY TIME. Cluster and nightmare now that the bimart customers have been transferred to Walgreens. Waiting DAYS for my prescriptions, and waiting in a 2 hour long drive through line when they are ready. UNACCEPTABLE! Heed my advice, get your Rx elsewhere! The cashiers are pleasant, but that is not enough to erase the rest of the experience. Will be transferring to another pharmacy in the area. I have been trying to get my pain medication refilled for 5 days. A Rx I already had refills on. I have been suffering for 5 days!!!!!! What if I needed anti rejection drugs? Who is going to be accountable for this unacceptable treatment of patients with medical conditions?????? Being short staffed is not an excuse. My prescriptions that have been there for a year are getting filled 10-15 days late. These are on auto fill. Absolutely no excuse. Period.

I get understaffing problems that exist everywhere right now, but this Walgreens pharmacy is the absolute worst. They take days to fill prescriptions. Their hours are horrible. Heaven forbid you need an emergency prescription. You won't get it on a weekend and may not even get it for several days. And don't even bother trying to call in. I'm literally sitting on hold right now and have been for AN HOUR AND FORTY FIVE MINUTES. Further, they don't bother to reach out to a doctor's office to refill a prescription. They don't care if anyone is waiting on them. They'll go on break or lunch or just leave for the day and leave you waiting without informing you that no one is there. Go literally anywhere else.

"Use to be" the best pharmacy in town and now its just as bad as the others if not worse!! Their hours have changed, and they are closed random days whenever! Don't fill prescriptions on time. Say prescriptions are filled and then after waiting in line for an hour they tell you to come back because they are not filled!! If you change Dr's good luck getting your meds filled on time by your new Dr. even after telling them several times you have a new Dr and giving them that Dr's info and having that Dr even send in for refills!! I've gone over a week without my diabetic and blood pressure meds because of their lack competency!

Dangerous for your health if you have continued health concerns. They WILL lose prescriptions and blame other parties. I really want to blame corporate and understand the POV of the employees, but they don't shoot straight. Requests with personal info and health situations written on sticky notes to "be looked at later" usually is never followed through. °°°°there are multiple bad reviews°°°° Please head this warning. They are a danger to their customers. This review does not even get into wait times. In this world times are tough. Good employees are hard to find. I get it. This is not about any one person. This is a warning. Drive 30 miles away. For real.

After irresponsibly buying out the Bi-Mart pharmacy in our small town they're criminally unable to keep up with their customer. Drive thru usually closed. Pharmacy completely closed today with no warning. Open tomorrow? Who knows? This isn't the first time this has happened. Some of us need life-critical meds, and there are only two other pharmacies within 30 miles. Walgreens management should be up on charges.

Two days in a row the pharmacy clerk has told me to park and come inside. First time my prescription wasn't ready, when they know I have I have replied to a text REFILL over a week ago.The second time was first thing this morning, I was there when they opened the drive through window at 9:08 am. They had my prescription wrong on the dosage because last month my physician had uped my dosage from 60 to 90 mgs a day. That was at 9:14 am, my reason this morning was I needed to be at work at 9:30 am.Your reviews for this pharmacy are really awful. Corporate needs to step in and figure out something. It has been in local papers and many people are now searching for new pharmacies with in the community.Yes I am angry!

The employees at this store are under a lot of stress with the pandemic. I had a bad experience yesterday when I observed the manager treating one of the employees badly. I called her today (Courtney) and she apologized to the employee and myself. I was glad that Courtney did not get defensive and admitted to be in a stressful situation. There are very few employees at corporate stores like Walgreens, Safeway, RiteAid, etc. and I think we all need to give them some sympathy and patience for having to work in very busy stores with very little support from the corporation. Also, it is very difficult to find employees in Lincoln City since there is not affordable housing, so a lot of stores have very little staff and are required to work long hours with very little time off. Also, because this is a tourist town, the employees are under a lot of stress from rude visitors. I really appreciated Greg’s help and I am glad to hear that Courtney also apologized to him. I was glad that Courtney appreciated my call and concern. I was really upset about it overnight and decided to call her this morning. I would recommend anyone that has difficult situation in the store to talk to Courtney. She is doing her best and is responsive and appreciative of concerns from customers.

Go anywhere else for your prescriptions. They are the most unprofessional pharmacy I have ever dealt with. My sons breathing treatment took a full day and almost 5 hours of waiting in the drive thru line and making multiple phone calls. All this with a very sick 3 year old in the car. My sons pediatrician confirmed they had the prescription a day before we made the drive to come and get it. Their automated prescription status line confirmed they where working on it. A pharmacy tech confirmed they had the prescription and gave me a time quote. I waited in line for 30 minutes and a different tech said they didn’t have it. More phone calls. More waiting. Don’t go here ever!

Lincoln City, OR. Horrible pharmacy service. Not the employees fault. Blame management and the chain. Waiting for an hour plus, multiple times, only to be told your prescription isn't ready, come back in an hour or so. Yesterday, 2/25/22, my wife went to pick up meds only to find the pharmacy CLOSED UNTIL MONDAY. No mention on the website. All, unacceptable, even in pandemic /post pandemic times. Do yourself a favor, go elsewhere. In the turmoil, mistakes are going to be made. Be aware, take care.

The negative reviews of the pharmacy have actually been too kind. My husband was on hold for 2 hours today in an effort to fill a prescription. When he decided to try in person, the pharmacy was closed without notice on the recorded message or on the website. You don't do people like this.

The service in pharmacy is a disgrace. They were slow here even before Bimart closed its pharmacy, now it is a joke. Sitting in line for over two hours to pick up a prescription is stupid. I have tried subscribing to their mail delivery feature. According to their website I am successfully signed up, but it isn't working. Unfortunately my insurance makes me go to Walgreens. Not happy.

Horrible store! Half of the shelves are empty. I couldn’t get what I needed, then when trying to check out with the one item they had the line was long and not moving due to having one cashier. When I asked if there were anymore cashiers she started screaming at me that someone had called in sick and what did I want them to do have sick people working? The cashier with shoulder length curly hair and glasses was a nasty witch. I then saw a lady in the photoshop so I went over there and she was much better to deal with. Management needs to fix this store before I ever go back!

I needed help looking for an item the website said was in stock but I could not find and saw no employees on the floor so asked the cashier. Huge mistake. She rudely explained she has no control over what the site says they have, didn't tell me when I could check again, and didn't suggest similar products. After getting no help I went and looked again and here's the only redeeming part of this experience and the only reason for the extra star is, I stumbled across a vendor who doesn't even work for them and got FAR more help than I did from their own employees. Walked me over and showed me where to look (there was more than the one spot the cashier pointed out), explained to me that the cashier can in fact fix the inventory it shows online, and kindly told me when I can check back for the product. Wish I knew who she worked for so I could give their employee a glowing review.

I've always had a decent experience in walgreens but the last time I was here with my husband, my medications after my surgery weren't available at this branch yet when we were ready to pick them up. I missed hours of my next due pain medication because for some reason they had an issue when it comes to the prescription that was sent to them. We patiently waited for an hour and a half and went back home to burn a few hours away and I just tried to endure the pain I was having at the time after all 4 of my wisdom teeth were extracted on the same day. We went back after 3 to 4 hours because they didn't call us back, they told they did but maybe that was only once, how about do that more than once you know, just to make sure. Anyway, I wanna believe they tried their best to eventually give us what we needed. Finally after an entire day I got my prescribed medications, it took like almost 12 hrs or more before I had some pain medication again right after surgery. Hopefully, this won't happen again. So far that has been my only bad experience in walgreens so far. I would still recommend it, just try and improve your customer service and make sure all your employees are very knowledgeable at what they do. Thanks for the assistance anyway, I appreciate it.

This location works hard to keep the store clean, well stocked and staffed. The pharmacy gets very busy at times, but they try very hard to accommodate you if you need to wait for a prescription on the spot. The employees are always very courteous.

Hands down worst pharmacy ever. Spent two hours on hold getting hung up on repeatedly to find out they misinformed me about my sons prescription that I was waiting for. Then told me the prescription expired and they couldn’t refill it 20 minutes before the pharmacy closed and doctors have been out of the office for almost two hours. I’ll switch to Rite Aid and hope for better.

I was a bit dismayed although I shop at Walgreens and enjoy the store do you find that one employee in particular has a face mask but close it down over her face off of her nose and just has it over her mouth and keeps touching the rest of her face and then touching the mask and playing with it . This kind of defeats the purpose and I find it very unsanitary especially when trying to discuss anything with her and she’s not socially distant. Their policy from corporate clearly states that they’re all supposed to be wearing their mask and I assume they mean properly.
