It is very easy to get in and out of this store. My first stop coming into Lincoln City to get some drinks for the time spent at the beach. The store is very clean and well stocked. Friendly staff will help you find what you need. Great experience!

I will never shop here again. Saturday 4:16 pm no ground beef anywhere. Hardly any shredded cheddar left. Hardly any items stocked. Prices outrageous. $140 for 3 bags of plain, no fancy groceries. Been shopping Fred Myers in Newport, will continue to. Would of gotten at least 6 bags for that cost at Fred Myers.

Safeway is always great. A little pricey ,but it averages out if you shop well. Also,we get discounts on our gas with our purchases. The staff are OUTSTANDING!!!! We are local,and when needed,they're there!!!

Safeway in Lincon City is a great grocery store. Safeway always has fresh fruit and vegetables. A robust meat selection. Today, we visited to select fish seafood from their fresh seafood case.If you find my review helpful, please give me a thumbs-up 👍 Thank you!

The Safeway in Lincoln City has been remodeled and is now easier to shop in. Things are now easier to find, and they have more check out registers. Still a great store to shop at. They also have a Starbucks, so you can cafinate while you shop ...

Observed a customer harassing a female cashier Saturday afternoon April 6, 2024. The customer yelled for a manager and had a tantrum, insinuating she had been rude to him somehow (she wasn't). Manager approached, and after man left threateningly told the cashier he would be speaking to her later. We approached the manager on our way out to let him know she in fact had done nothing, but he brushed us off with a creepy wink. Gross and condescending. Misogyny is alive and well at Lincoln City Safeway. I don't support businesses knowingly that don't support their employees. The other options in town will do.

Safeway App doesn’t work. Bottle drop doesn’t work. Customer service call line is a joke. The people that work Safeway Lincoln City are saints, 5 stars, give them all raises. But the company and its services offered has gone down hill. Hold onto your pensions if they still even offer those. Boo 😒

Cashier named jack way to talkative and puts down the safeway rewards card that I happen to like he actually reached in to he own pocket and pulled out a circle k gas card I don't like circle k gas I like chevron gas and I also like the just for you deals and gas rewards the guy seems to hold up the whole line of people with his drag on conversations literally stops running food threw the scanner to talk can't double task I won't go in his line ever again.

Safeway always seems to be a reliable store to find what we are looking for. The bakery and deli are usually visited. Today the store seemed to be out of stock on a lot of items. Most of the deli and bakery items were gone. We left not getting what we were looking for. We did find alternatives, though.

One of 3 grocery stores in Lincoln City. Located right as you come into town on the north side of town. Prices are typical for Safeway and the area. Earlier in the morning is usually the best time to go. Weekends are super busy with tourists.

I came in to grab a water bottle for my dog before we headed home and I noticed there X-large sized grapefruit so since I have to eat them for health reasons I grabbed a few of them and I said to the produce guy how wonderful they looked and how in Portland there not this big and he laughed. I walked over to the meat section and there prices were the same as mine back home and then I headed towards the check stand. When this sweet lady asked if I could help her get the 2 liter pops down for her. The shelf was to high and she clearly needed help. So I helped. And I said well if I needed something on the bottom shelf I would ask for help because I get dizzy and do a head dive so I have no problem helping people. She kept apologizing for asking for help. She was very kind. We have been to Lincoln 3 times and no body in this city has been rude to us. They always seem nice and friendly. When I did get up to my checker later she had Shasta hair. Well that's what I call it anyways lol lol blue, purple, and some other colors. She was also very friendly. I was looking for something in the store one of the workers knew it before I even had to say it and he said back of the store on the right side corner and I laughed and said thank you. Out of all the times when I needed to change my clothes from the beach cause I got soaked the bathroom was at the back of the store and not the front lol lol.

Well kept store with good selection and ample self checkout lanes to keep it efficient. Very impressed by the friendliness and attentive customer service by the associates of this location. For example, Yesterday we were there looming for yogurt and a nice gentleman with a beard (we don't remember his name) asked if we found everything and we asked about a flavor that we didn't see. He offered to check the inventory and confirmed that they were still waiting on the shipment. Then today we were back for a couple of other items, and were browsing in a nearby aisle, and he politely approached us and asked if we were still looking for that flavor. Very amazing that he remembered and took the time to chase us down and ask.

I had come in a while ago to pick up a cake, when I arrived they had lost my order ticket, I spoke to one of your managers named Nathan, (he has huge gauges) and he was amazing not only did the bakery get me taken care of right away but then, Nathan offered to totally comp my cake! I was so impressed with his customer service that I declined the free cake. You guys have a wonderful employee!

**PSA**DO NOT BUY THE ORGANIC BANANAS!!!Safeway recently just changed their supply of organic bananas. These ones are from Mexico and contain a disease called Nigrospora. It is a fungal disease that is harmful to humans.

I'm never going back. Ever since Albertsons bought Safeway, things have been crappy. Many shelves are inadequately stocked or empty, they have displays stacked in front of the check out belt making it hard to unload groceries, etc. Today I was charged for a produce item that was three times the cost of what I actually bought (when I pointed out to the cashier that I was buying jicama and not Kohlrabi greens, she said, "Oh, they're coded the same way"!); she took a person's item from their order and put it onto mine instead; and then when I wanted my $9 refund, made me try to run down the manager instead of calling him on the speaker. And she loaded my one bag so heavily I couldn't lift it and I had to disperse items into other bags to get the food into my car! And that was just today! Not once was I offered an apology for any of it: not the poor service, not being charged wrongly, not being able to be corrected, not charging me for someone else's item (and not giving it to the rightful customer, mind you), making me run back to the produce section instead of getting a worker to try to figure out why the charge was wrong, and for inconveniencing me by at least 20 minutes. Never again, never again.I did give two stars though because the store was at least clean and well-lit. But that was about the end of it.

They are always very good to us. Chris ran in the back 2 times to find things we were looking for that had bare shelves. He explained that with weekends, often it is hard to keep up in a tourist area with shelf restocking. He rocked it!!!

Biggest complaint is the way discounts are taken of at the register - some before, some after. In the end it's hard to tell if you got all the discounts and coupons you spent time downloading.
