I have been a customer for about one year and have always found their pharmacy staff to be patient, pleasant, and efficient, despite how busy I know they are. I have prescriptions here, and have had two rounds of vaccines here, and all has gone well. And now, today, I just had to pick up a prescription for a cat (yes, a cat) and the pharmacist was able to find a coverage option that saved HUNDREDS of dollars. She did not have to take that extra step to do this, but she did, and I am so grateful. Thank you, Rite-Aid staff!!!

Pharmacy deliberately ignores phone calls. I walked in straight to the counter, still on the phone, and it was just ringing, literally watching them ignore my phone calls over and over again. I asked them if their phones were down and they gave me attitude, and were very unprofessional. Customer service is terrible and staff is purposefully negligent.

Hello?!! Is Rite Aid on Logan rd. in Lincoln City still open for business or have they closed indefinitely?Have been trying to call pharmacy for a few days now and no answer. Looked for store phone number and reach pharmacy instead. Just wondering.....

If I had another choice I would use it. My prescriptions are rarely ready, which usually means I have to wait for 30 minutes. After waiting in line for who knows how long.

Unfortunately I waited over an hour for my vaccination and 2 days for my script. Some days are better than others at the pharmacy and I guess this wasn’t my day. The store is nice, they have a wide selection of sundries. The store staff is friendly and helpful. But the pharmacy is not. Good luck.

I had a great experience at the pharmacy and the store. I forgot to bring my prescription on vacation, had my doctor call them and they were able to fill it within the same day. Pharmacists and store clerks were all very nice, everybody had a great attitude even when busy. Picked up some supplies while I was there as well. The store has decent selections of everything I needed.

The pharmacy here is such an improvement over what Walgreens has become. The hours are good, and my prescriptions are filled ASAP. The store itself needs some TLC, but I'm happy I switched to the pharmacy.

Have used this pharmacy for years. The staff have always been friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I pick up prescriptions for my elderly parents as well as myself so am there often. Even when they have struggled with staffing (like everyone else) they get the job done in a timely matter.

This place is horrible. Don't give them a day, or even two to get your prescription. It will take much longer as they claim to be two weeks behind. They chat with each other behind the counter and don't acknowledge customer presence. They seem to struggle with the computer system and they frustrate nearly every customer that walks in. Soon enough the only business they will get is tourists who don't know any better. Literally the worst pharmacy I've ever been in and as a local I will definitely spread the word. It's a shinning example of poor business practices. Don't waste your time! It's too valuable!

Seriously the WORST customer service EVER!! I had a prescription to pick up and I recently pitched gold rx. The prescription was about $6 more than it was supposed to be and I asked them to run the gold rx. Janine said “it’s already ran” and I told her that was the good rx and that I had recently upgraded to the gold which made it less expensive. Janine huffed and said “is it really worth the couple of dollars?!” I said yes it is and she rolled her eyes and said “fine it will be awhile” I waited while she helped 5 other people and then helped me. The whole time I’m waiting the pharmacist Christina just sat there putting in prescriptions and talking about her daughter to Janine instead of helping me. Literally the customer service is the worst!!! The only positive thing I can say is the really nice lady there named Jamie she was so sweet and said “just so you know it only took it down about $6” I told her I knew and thanked her and she said “every dollar counts these days” she was just super nice and definitely turned a horrible experience into half way decent!

I will never shop at Rite aid or use their pharmacy. I understand a lot of places are short handed but they don't give the employee the right to be disrespect. The moment you walk in Rite aid the first thing you see is rude employees. I had to pick my daughter's meds up before I went to work I was told they was ready but had to wait for the only pharmacist that was there cause she was using the restroom. 20 minutes later she walks up front while on her phone. She made me late for work and she was very rude. I will never shop in there again with how rude and unfriendly they are there.

My wife has a tumor that is non operable. On 3 visits we had no idea what was happening with the RX the doctor called in and walking in to talk to the Pharmacist. They didn't even order the medication (we now have 3 tablets) for sever pain. This has happended 3 times now. Today we were told they will get the medication in "several days" but our insurance only covers after 8 days. We are paying out of pocket, who cares about the cost, my wife will be in dire need without the medication. Repeated failures, I know your short staffed, but your clients are dropping like flies, Stores empty, time will tell. Very disappointed and saddened, why are you even there?

Staff do not answer the phone a lot of the time, so just to get info on the progress of my medications , I have to drive 14 miles round trip. I am a senior with medical issues as well as my husband who is 8 years older with many medical issues. With gas at $5 a gallon having to drive there just for info is ridiculous... STAFF NEED TO ANSWER THE PHONE considering they are usually at least 700 prescriptions behind from what I have been told from staff.

When you open the doors at 7:59:30 in front of a customer, you do not lecture them about how it's not 8 yet and how they "aren't allowed in" for 30 more seconds when they they make their purchase at the counter. Had it not been early and this utter rudeness hadn't taken me by surprise I would have left my emergency diaper purchase on the counter and left. Apparently customer service and kindness are lost virtues here at least with the older woman serving at the front today. Im a local and won't shop here again. I'll take my business elsewhere.

Then pharmacy closes whenever they feel like it with zero explanation. They never answer their phone, so it's impossible to check prescription status. Then when you go in and they're actually open, there's a line the length of the store being served by one employee.The only reason to get prescriptions here is because the other options in Lincoln City are somehow even worse. Looks like it's time to go online...

Jennifer, the pharmacist is wonderful! We recently moved our rx’s from Safeway to Rite Aid and it was the best decision. The entire pharmacy team is friendly and helpful, but Jennifer went out of her way to help us. The entire team has been a joy to work with, I just wish we had made the move to Rite Aid sooner!

All prescription at one time...a first. No multiple trips, every month for scripts.OK, that lasted one month. Wow, the incredible amount of frustration just to get two scripts, unbelievable. I understand the service sector, especially healthcare has taken a hit. Along with Bi-mart closing South end Rx and did six 5 closing Florence location. Leaving LC and Newport tight and operating with prn/agency staff at times.But just maintaining the website would go a long way When you suddenly can't check refill box and the phone repeatedly tells you no one is ever going to answer (yes it's intended).I no longer get my months worth at once but must shuffle my crippled body there 4x for each one. Accepting partial fills on the 5th visit, that again, increase my my travel. Travel that is exquisitely painful.

I would give the pharmacy a -10 if I could. I have literally been trying for the last 20 minutes, I even called the store it self. I asked if the pharmacy was on lunch or had a line the female Asa aid no.... So whoever is in the pharmacy shouldn't be. The lady on the phone when I asked what was going on her response was "I don't know" not give me a moment and I will find out for you... Horrible customer service... No surprise most of the time employees does not care about customer service. What if I was calling for my heart medication, blood pressure, antibiotics. As seen in the photo I have been trying to contact them...

Went with wife to Walgreens for flu shot.Did not turn out well. Drove across street to Rite Aid to give them a shot, excuse the pun. The whole Pharmacy team has excellent moral.Management knows thats kind of important. Jennifer helped my wife and as usual I got into her business. Jennifer was very PROFESSIONAL and rehabilitated me on my fears on multiple shots my wife NEEDED. I'm guilty of being too protective. Jennifer was logical and explained to me perfectly what I needed to know.I should of gone to Rite Aid first. I'm guilty of not shopping their more often as everyone I have ever had contact with is more than helpful.

They are behind by a week on medications and my prescription was due for pick up on Monday they wernt able to fill till Wednesday and I was i. Withdrawing they had no sense of urgency or care that was happening to me. I switched to Walgreens pharmacy

This Rite Aid has to be the worst Rite Aid in all of Oregon if not the noted states. If you plan to get medicine here might as well not bother because they don’t answer the phone and you have to wait up to three or 4 PM by the time they fill the order. If you complain there’s just a bunch of irrelevant excuses take your business elsewhere.
