I love this store! It has a wide variety of fresh produce, specialty cheeses, wine and everyday groceries, as well health and beauty products, and their seasonal section is always on point! There is easy access to shopping baskets and carts around the store, AND fantastic customer service. The store is clean and the atmosphere is friendly 10/10 would recommend. 🙂

I have been going here for 20+ years averaging twice a week. Trying to return cans & bottles our Family has been charged deposit on has become ridiculous. After the move I tried to take some in, and they told me I needed an appointment. I called to make an appointment and was told they no longer take appointments. I took them back in and was told I needed appt again. I asked when the next appointment was and was given a time 45 minutes from the present so I decided to wait. During this period of 45 minutes not one person brought cans in for an appointment. I feel like they were just trying to discourage me from turning in cans and bottles.

Love the new Grocery Outlet location! Same great selections, same great folks! The produce is consistently good, and we are starting to be able to use the Go as our primary store.

I use to only shop here for what I needed, and go to Safeway for what they didn't have. Honestly I find the prices have increased dramatically since the relocation. Most people in town feel the same.Now I go to mcminnville once a week just because you are too expensive. Really need to take an honest look at your pricing.

Disgusting customer service. Lori hangs up when you simply ask what time there open and the address of the location. I called to see if there open after the storms which is a valid question after power being out. Check you're attitude Lori. Jenny needs to find help that can do there job instead of hang up on customers. Don't shop here. Safe way is down the street and values customers. Read the other reviews, over priced there priced the same as other high quality groceres selling stale old products. Yuck 🤢

My mom and I used to love to visit the previous larger location of Grocery Outlet every time we would visit Lincoln City, and spend a lot of time going through all the different inventory and selection of items in the store. We would even plan these trips with extra spending money to purchase a ton of items, but the new location has maybe 1/5 of the amount of items, prices have increased and are comparable to other retailers, then paired with unfriendly customer service and staring at us impatiently in line when providing our own reusable bags asking if we would be packing our own bags because they were “awkward” for them to have to pack them for us, we have decided that was the last time we will ever shop at The Grocery Outlet in Lincoln City. It is no longer a highlight of our beach trips which is a shame. Pretty disappointing how rude the cashier and other employee standing with the cashier were to us as customers as well. Disappointing experience all together!

I think it's nice to walk to shop & I bet I'm not alone. The Hwy 101 bus is nice if it's stormy out. Either way, VERY nice to be able to carry groceries home in a pack on my back & not my aching arms!!! The person who complained about parking is welcome to my unused spot. Change is hard but adaptation is possible. For example, I've adapted to McKay's banning shopping backpacks by no longer shopping there.Grocery Outlet's post-move layout is clean & fresh, & I enjoy seeing what's new on the shelves each visit. Nice to find organic dairy products. I'd love to see more locally sourced fresh seafood (that's the one thing I miss from McKay's other than their charming mood music). Last but not least, on behalf of sea life still swimming in the ocean, thank you Grocery Outlet, for not using plastic bags!

I really use to like this place before the move. The new location is cleaner and that is the only positive comparatively. The parking stinks. The main problem is the inventory it is horrible , I would say it is a quarter of what they use to have. You used to be able to find a variety of great things at great prices. Sadly I have gone here three times since the move and I have unfortunately come to the conclusion that I will not go back.

This place doesn't deserve to even be open. There stuff isn't any lower then Safeway or mckays but I would pay the price different anyway . I will never set foot into that store again. Today we stopped in real quick to grab a few things cause sometimes they have cheaper stuff and we took our dog in as we always have for over a year and one of the employees got a attitude with us saying " dogs aren't allowed in here unless there certified service animal . I told her we have been bringing him in here for a year and no one has said anything. We even brought him in to the new store and no body has said anything . I told her he was a service animal and as she walks away she yells throughout the store I'm just doing my job.then comes back up to me saying she didn't like the way I talked to her when she was just trying to do her job. Rising her voice to the point of her shaking . I commented ' wow great customer service you have. A few more things were said , I didn't even finish shopping ,I got her name we checked out and we left. She overheard me asking for her name and came back around saying very loudly and with attitude " it's Anne my name is Anne. I told the lady that checked us out I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT INTO THIS STORE AGAIN . Your supposed to keep customers wanting to come back cause of the atmosphere and the way your treated not make them to were they never wanna come back !

You can get good deals here. There shelf stable items are rarely the same, so if you find something you like stock up! I was hoping to find pre-made sandwiches, a deil section or at least some to go snacks.

I do not care for the new location at all. Terrible parking, aisles to close together, smaller store with a reduction of products carried. I will not be spending near as much time or money at this location. Took the enjoyment out of my weekly routine.

New location, about the same size as the other location. Parking is strange, Enter from the North end , not the middle, otherwise difficult to park on store side. Discounted and closeout food and household items.

New Lincoln City location is bigger, well organized, and clean. Nice selection of organic fruits and vegetables. They have pasture raised eggs and meats which I appreciate along with wild caught Salmon and other seafood. I feed my dogs raw organic and hoping Grocery Outlet starts stocking organ meats too. I even found casein A2 milk once which is the only milk I can drink. Hoping they are able to supply it regularly at some point. Nice selection of seasonal decor and as always the staff is awesome!

Attitude of morning stockers, prices and availability of products is not good. Other GO stores have lower prices on the same items. Like the pitted dates are $3 less in other stores and many of the snacks. My friend Kathy sais Newport OR store is less on many of the same items.

Clean store. I mainly go there for pots. In the spring, they offer some beautiful ceramic, heavy-duty pots for great prices. The new store is clean and well stocked.

Love this place! Has some great organic food and grass fed cheeses. Friendly staff, great prices. The new location in Lincoln City is much closer to my vacation home so I'm super happy about that!

Before the move, well stocked, bright open large layout, great parking. After the move to the new location, poorly stocked, claustrophobic dark layout, terrible parking, ada completely ignored. Use to love visiting this store, now it's a nightmare.

I was just there to return the bottles and can that I have to pay a deposit on and a lady who's shirt said owner came out and was extremely rude to me and said can't you read the signs we aren't accepting cans but the law says they have too. I just spent the time and money to get them up there you need to be nicer to people.

A local secret. Best pricing Good selection, however, based on seconds, dented, others logistic issues, overstock, etc.One caveat, keep in mind to check 'pass due' dates. If it's on sale at a discount grocer... there's prolly a very good reason.The new location has installed many freezers...a boon to crazy people like me.
