Came to Lincoln City for vacation from the other side of the state and needed a few things I guess I forgot.. I went into this store twice and at first the experience was ok. Nothing out of the normal.Before I continue, I want to point out that I am the Night Time ASM at the Dollar Tree where I live. I am an employee for the same company!So, It seemed these employees were used to tourists. Out of the norm for me and my tiny town, as I'm used to loyal, familiar faces.The 2 cashiers I came in contact with both times seemed cold. Just doing their job. Which is fine, but I take an Abundance of pride in my job and being as friendly as I possibly can.The first visit was a quick one, as I wanted to get back to the hotel after a very long drive. 2 days into my trip I came back to just compare this store to the one I work at.As it always happens, you enter a dollar tree for 1 thing and end up leaving with a cart full.As I'm trying to check out, my DISABLED children were causing a rucus. Which luckily did NOT bother staff or patron. It did however distract me and caused me to leave something important behind.In fact, I left my debit card on the counter. When I called, the employee that answered told me to figure it out on my own.When I asked her to simply look at the counter I know for a fact she is standing at, she handed the phone to another employee (the manager), who at first, did not understand what I was saying.I asked "really?! You can't just look at the counter I know your standing at?" The cashier said "well I mean I guess I can". However, she instead called a manager and the manager then went to look in the safe. The card was not there, which I knew because I know where I left it. I was the last patron in that line and the cashier went to break. It could not have been turned in as there wasn't anyone around to find it and turn it in.The manager said it couldn't be found, sorry and good luck.But guess what?!? It was found, but by absolutely NO help by the staff.Now, I know leaving my card behind is 100% on me, but the LAZINESS and RUDE TONES AND BEHAVIORS of the staff was 100% on them!I've walked the parking lot at my store to find the stupidest things for my customers.. why? Because I pride myself on good customer service.Again, not their problem i lost my card, but definitely their problem their staff is rude to customers.I would write myself up for telling a customer to figure it out. .Staff was rude and not at all knowledgeable about the job they work at.

Well everything is pretty much $1.25 an item that I purchased. Except Halloween cards still .50 each. Best bargain ever! And I personally don't mind the .25 increase. It's still a whole lot cheaper than regular stores. Went to a major craft store and couldn't believe the prices. Never used to be SO expensive.

Unfortunately with hyper-inflation, it's the dollar+ tree.No doubt, pricing is still incredible, however. Parking is large lot, Wheelchair accessible, and friendly employees.The carts have developed a large pole, which is always a thorn in my side. Others may feel differently, it's a personal irritant.

I like Dollar Tree and this one doesn't disappoint. I like the shorter aisles (more of them).Checker today was very positive, nice way to be in line.Friendly staff. Good location. Pretty easy to get in and out. This is always a stop when we are in the area. I do wish it was still $1 and not $1.25 but it is what it is.I like to get crafty things (paint, coloring books, etc) for the littles. Great place to get greeting cards. Lots of selection.

Shopping went well. Seems a lot friendlier that over a year ago! Thought I'd give it another chance. Clerk we had seemed friendly! Named Brook, we ThankYou Brook for your kind service! Good to see people smiling no matter among all the chaos in the world! 😁😊 I found everything I needed except my bath soap, I've looked at over 3 dollar trees (only place that usually sales it) I hope it comes back! Dial hypoallergenic with the light green wrapping. I use other soaps too but this one doesn't irritate skin like others. There's some socks we like too that dollar trees hasn't sold in a long while! Annoying when something you like us at dollar tree, then no longer there or rarely shows up again! The store seemed clean! Other Customers too were even friendly! I always seem to have a good experience with people in Lincoln City Oregon! Keep up the good atmosphere! 😁 ThankYou for having a dollar tree! Hope Oneday for WinCo!? 😁Have a good day to all!! ❄️

The staff and service in this location is amazing. I just can't support all the price changes anymore. Might as well go to safeway pretty close to same price now days and better quality.

I really hope my experience is an anomaly as far as the bathroom goes. It smeeld as if someone had peed on the floor days ago and it was never cleaned up. It's always hard to trust a store that let's it's bathroom get like this. The store was packed with people and no concern for space or health. On the positive note, it was very clear it was. Avery local community place and the employees cared a great deal for their customers. Lots of checking in with them, health family, pets etc. I know that can make a place the best in the world for those who live close.

This store is fine and always has a friendly staff. I feel they are understaffed because there is always extra stock in boxes all over the place.My biggest complaint is their loudspeaker system is very loud. I have ptsd and sudden loud noise can trigger me into an anxiety attack. It happened twice while I was there and with the store being somewhat full, I needed to leave my items and leave the store. Please consider lowering the volume of the loudspeaker system.

Great location! At the end of town so you don't have to fight traffic to get there. Tons of parking, and next to the Grocery Outlet, another fun, discount store. Most of the employees are pleasant, but not all, the reason for a half star removal. And the other half star removal was for inventory. They offer a lot of diverse products, but very heavy in the toy department. Unfortunately they are sparse organizational products and kitchen items. I guess if you have kids, this is the place to get a bunch of toys for cheap. My kids are grown, sooo.... 😏

Who don't like stuff for a dollar I know I do, specially at this dollar store friendly staff and great products! Always have stocked items and never a time I dont find what I'm looking for! If they don't have what you need you can buy a case online of what your looking for and have it shipped there!

Nice big parking lot here. The folks behind the counter have always been friendly to me Anyway. As Dollar Tree is what it is, a place for reasonably priced consumables. It's pretty handy.

I won't support this as a local store going to a store to try to save on prices Now they have items up to $4.00 dollars. I can go to other stores and pay for the name brand stuff at that rate and have quality and better products.

I would say this place is fine. So far there have been no issues or whatsoever. Its just whenever I enter the store there's always one product that I am looking for that isn't there. Lol. Overall, I would recommend the place despite the size, its clean and organized and the staff are polite and accommodating.

Great selection including large seasonal stuff, plenty of household goods and a fridge and freezer section. Wide selection of snacks too, some name brands. They also have nice balloons and supply helium. Staff is always very friendly here, both around the store and the cashiers. It is a nice location right next to McMenamins and Grocery Outlet. I like that they have restrooms because my toddler son always has to go!

Staff were VERY AGGRESSIVE towards me forcing thier mask mandate, refused to serve me because I wasn't complying. Its my God given right to breath and wearing a mask is not law therefore I should have the choice in a place of public commerce! Will NEVER BE BACK!!!

For a coastal town store it was huge on the inside. The variety of items was almost overwhelming at first. I could find almost everything I was looking for except for a couple items. The pet selection leaves much to be desired for a dollar store. The staff were friendly and polite.

I liked Dollar Tree better when things were a dollar. Perhaps they should rename it Dollar 25 Tree. This Dollar Tree is kind of dingy and dark, but the product is there and the prices are the same as other Dollar Trees.

This is a giant Dollar Tree. Seriously, it's huge. It has everything and more that the regular Dollar Trees have. And, the staff is super awesome to boot! Very friendly and helpful.They also have the PERFECT mugs to do the Sharpie paint pen crafting with.

I think this is the biggest Dollar Tree I've ever seen! We only went in for lightbulbs and drinking water, I swear, but there was so much, how could I resist?? *hoarding goblin noises*

Went there this morning for birthday card and birthday bag. The employee that was there left before 9am. It was cold and rainy, and she came back three minutes after they were supposed to be open with another person. Service is not important to this location, or they would be open on time.

One of the largest ive seen, with more diverse items than all others I've been to. People weren't particularly friendly, the store wasn't particularly clean but it wasn't crowded and the price was right.
