Nothing but problems. Every single time I have gone to this pharmacy to pick up my prescription they have some excuse as to why it isn't ready. Every. Single. Time. I never once had a problem with pillbox but they don't take good Rx and my pills are way less expensive with it. I figured it couldn't be that bad from everything I'd heard. Nope, it's worse. This last time I told them that I wouldn't use them any longer and would have another pharmacy transfer my prescription from them. Rite Aid deleted my prescription before that could happen. Save yourself the headache. I'd rather use Pillbox and pay 3-4 times as much to save days of getting some excuse runaround while I'm out of my meds. Good riddance.

They literally do not answer their phone. I was on hold for over 20 minutes and could not get an answer. Then I finally got an answer from the retail section of the store and she just transferred me back there and said to call her back if it didn’t work. After calling and calling for another 5 minutes, I just gave up. This is unacceptable for any store, but especially a pharmacy. They don’t even have a way to leave a message and get a call back, it just bounces you back to the automated system over and over again.Edit: They got better for a little while, but they have now started just hanging up or sending you back to the menu. I’m done with their repetitive issues with meds, their lack of communication when they are ready, the slowness with completing orders with promises otherwise. (It takes 3-7 days) I am taking my business to Safeway Pharmacy.

Wow rite aids all over have gone down hill. I deliver medications for roadie and everytime I pick up at a rite aid there is an issue at pickup never with the medication itself but with pick up time. Only with riteaid though. And always ends up in a driver sitting for 4 hours on a job you get 8 dollars for and because rite aid is late it affects your ability to do more work and your ratings what a joke. Not to mention customers always say it's on the driver. Man this whole privately owned rite aid thing is a joke or maybe it's something in the waylter here.

This store/pharmacy is terrible answering their phones. I've tried calling 5x as of today to make sure a prescription has been sent in, only for it to be in vain. I don't drive and walking isn't an option. The phone rings so much that it keeps being picked up by the automated service again.

Every pharmacy in our area is flooded with prescriptions and vaccination requests. I have found the staff at the Oak Street Rite Aid to be kind and have been greeted by a staff member every time I have come in the door. My prescriptions are filled in a timely manner and the text alerts tell me when they're ready. I love the pay-ahead feature so I don't have to wait. It makes pickups super easy.

Horrible customer service. Just when I thought nothing could be worse than Walgreens in Albany. I had an appoinment for a vaccine at 3:20, I arrived and checked in at 3:05. I was told they would start working on it. At 3:30 I asked for an update and was told they were working on it. At 4:00 I again asked how much longer this was going to take and guess what same answer. Finally at 4:20 I was called in for the vaccine. Not sure why you have to make an appointment if they are just going have you wait an hour. Atleast have the desency to let people know how long its going to take instead of telling them that you're working on it.

Slowest pharmacy in Linn County. If you’re in a hurry, don’t bother because they are understaffed. This leads to employees that don’t value your time and reply in a RUDE manner.We called in prescription 24 hours prior and I spend 20 minutes in line and I’m told it’s not ready and will be 1/2 hour. When I tell them this unacceptable, I’m told “we get 600 scripts a day”. I don’t give two sh*ts how many you get, if you want my business have my script ready and DON’T BE RUDE!

Best Pharmacy in town! I decided to give Rite Aid I try after having numerous problems with other pharmacies and I'm so glad I did. The staff is friendly and helpful. I get a call to let me know when my prescription is finished. They are always quicker than expected. If there are ever any insurance issues they always seem to figure it out quickly. I've only been by once when they were out of my certain type of medication and they had it ordered in and ready for me early the next day. I'm very grateful for them, they've made my life much easier when it comes to medication. Thank you Rite Aid Pharmacy for doing your jobs well!

I have been using rite aid pharmacy for close to 5 years. Granted most of that was in the Corvallis never had issues with them. When I moved I attempted for over a month to transfer my medications to Lebanon. Still not done because they haven't accepted the transfer. Yesterday my doctor sent medications over at 2pm. I came to the pharmacy 5 hours later and was told that because I did not call then and tell them the orders were sent, they never filled them. I have never had to do this, why have digital systems then? I was Told me come back in an hour they would fill them immediately. I left went home and figured I would get them on my way to work today, they should be ready right? No they just told me it's a 30min wait they were never filled. This is bul****t. I have never had such issues. This location needs staff or something to help make improvements needed to help customers. I'm not one to normally post a review but enough is enough.

Drive thru to pick up Rx is okay, but it can take more than 24 hours after they get the prescription before they fill it, and that's poor service. The store is clean and the cashiers are nice.

Absolutely horrible!! Waited 2 days and 2 hours for medication that was sent in and my mom in luv had been out for days. When we asked the lady at the counter to run it thru insurance she looked at us and was extremely rude and told us that wld take longer. So we waited another hour and listened while ppl came thru and faced the same issue we faced.We will be transferring to another pharmacy asap.

First time here (usually use the Corvallis store) and was pleased by the composure and patience by the staff at the pharmacy. Sure, we waited for our boosters.... But the customers made such a show of nastiness toward the staff that the wait time didn't last long! (Looking at you lady who threw the f-bomb numerous times in front of children.)Oh! And indoor mask mandate is still in effect. Just a friendly reminder for the five customers who "forgot".The pharmacy 5 out of 5. Customers 0 out of 5.

The pharmacy is horrible. Won't answer phone calls, takes days to get a refill when they confirm they have the prescription from the doctor. Has you wait upwards of 30 minutes just to tell you to try again tomorrow.To NOT take your prescriptions to these people. Go somewhere else to get better service.

I had a really frustrating experience with this pharmacy today:One of the pharmacy techs was interacting with a mother-daughter customer pair in a way that obviously denoted non-work friendship. My issue has to do with the pharmacy tech not encouraging her friends to wear masks inside the store - even though there are numerous "Masks Required" signs everywhere. I strongly feel that is extremely inappropriate as an employee in a healthcare adjacent facility during a pandemic where the current omicron variant is wreaking havoc to be complicit in such behavior. As a male and a person of color, I grew up under constant threat of being incarcerated for not following guidelines of various kinds; during my interaction, I asked the pharmacy tech if there was perhaps some cultural considerations I'm not aware of justifying people - both her friends (the mother & daughter), as well as three others behind me, waiting in line (all of them Caucasian) - not wearing masks. Adding insult to injury, she just looked at me with a confused look on her face and told me that she wasn't allowed to encourage mask use due to corporate policy - as if I couldn't see the "masks required" signs everywhere and wasn't aware that here in Oregon masks are required in all indoor spaces. There is not a drive-through option at that specific store (the Rite Aid on Oak St. in Lebanon, Oregon) because they have that part closed. Without a drive-through option, customers like me are forced inside the store to fill their scripts. That pharmacy tech is complicit in creating an unsafe environment and blaming her actions (or inaction in this case) on her employer perpetuates the unsafe condition of that facility. It also demonstrates incompetency - especially since the state of Oregon's additional requirements for licensed pharmacy techs includes 20 credit hours of continuing education, one hour of which must be patient safety. I imagine that patient safety CE credit is heavily focused on SARS-COV-19 these days, and it would make sense if part of that credit hour was on the importance of people wearing masks to help stop the spread of COVID. In order for me to continue to fill my prescriptions at that facility, I need to know what Rite Aid plans to do to increase customer safety.

My 8 year old daughter and I went in to get flu shots my was quick and easy but when it came time my daughters turn she lost it in a breakdown and the pharmacist Blake French was so amazing. He was very patient with her and was trying to pep talk her it took close to 20 mins just to be able to give it to her. He never got frustrated and after he gave her 2 suckers and a whole sheet of stickers. He was amazing!!! Thank you

Pharmacy here is an absolute joke. Called to check on a prescription that was faxed in the previous day and they had no clue what I was talking about until checking their fax machine. One of my prescriptions was for an operation that I was having 2 days later. Never recieved notification if anything was ready. Definitely lost my business.

If you depend on getting medication in a timely way, go literally anywhere else. Help is inaccessible, they wont even transfer my prescription to another pharmacy on time after requests have been sent for days. This has been the status quo for months and it's not improving.

I don’t like giving businesses bad reviews if I can help it, but neither my wife or myself have ever had a prescription ready at the pharmacy when we went to pick it up.Even days after the doctor prescribed a medication they still didn’t have it ready and always told us to come back in half an hour. Crazy, I will never be going back.

I have had problems with them for the last year!! their app doesn't work for me to refill my meds, website doesn't work to refill my meds, when I call the automated system it doesn't work to refill my meds and when I called to try and get them filled by talking to a person, I end up waiting on hold for over 20 minutes and nobody answered so I hung up and transfered my meds to Walgreens

Not very good at being a pharmacy. If you have a prescription sent there you will also need to call ahead to confirm they are actually going to fill it because as a rule they don't fill prescriptions there till you are waiting... Even if you wait a full day. And if you complain about it they tell you they have so many prescriptions that are behind with that they could not possibly fill them all. Think about that, they are so behind that they couldn't hope to catch up so they don't even bother filling prescriptions till you are physically there waiting. UPDATE: The email address included in the reply (when cut and pasted) does not go anywhere. LOL. These guys really need some computer help. The folks there are friendly for the most part but that insanely long backlog of prescriptions in the computer system needs to be addressed.

I was left on hold for 53 minutes before anyone bothered to see what I needed. They clearly don't value their customers. They weren't even sorry about the wait, and unhelpful for the matter I called about. . It must be time to move Rx service.

Daughter had surgery. Dr gave us a pain script. Turned it in at noon. They said be ready at 3. Came at 3:30 not ready another hour. Call at 4:30 its ready. Go inside and its not ready another hr. Call at 6. You cant have it today. Daughter was too sick and couldnt understand the reason. THEY HAVE NO RIGHT TO MAKE HER SUFFER THROUGH THE NIGHT AFTER HER SURGERY. IM FILING A FORMAL COMPLAINT WITH THE OREGON BOARD OF PHARMACY AS THIS IS THE SECOND TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED!

Make sure you come here if you want the most awful service possible. They'll even roll theirs eye at you when you ask for your inhaler because you need it. They'll tell you that they've been busy,and you just need to remind them it's just a box off the shelf and doesn't need to be counted. What a joke.

Absolutely love the service at this store , generally I would go to Walmart or a discount store but the employees are extremely nice, and helpful. Rite Aid became the place I go for quick, convenient service. Plus they offer cash back on debit purchases.

The Pharmacist was short and rude to me when I asked to buy insulin syringes(reciting the exact size) this is for my diabetes and well-being of my physical condition. I find myself getting glared at, and the Pharm Tech used a condicending tone when talking to me. Then after they said they were out of the 10pk and if I wanted to pay $47 for 100pk I could do that. I just turned around and walked out.

The pharmacy is aways 1 - 2 weeks behind. If a doctor phones in a prescription you might get it a week later or you have monthly prescriptions you will get it a week late, no matter how important it is or if you run out.

Meds are more expensive and they do not price match. Hindi-cap cart is kept in the back by the pharmacy an employee has to go get it for you or you can walk to the back of the store but if you can then you do not need it. It does have a drive up if you do not need to go inside. I have found Great prices on cigs and sales that rocked inside on many items.

Prescription was called in YESTERDAY.. stop by at noon today and the lady says it isn't ready..wth?. Says i should call first. Umm no, the dr called it in.. It should be done!! Super inconvenient to sit in a hot car with a crying baby and a complaining child because people cant just do thier jobs as they come in.. Ugh..
