Brand new owners are the best people I have ever met! They honestly have the hugest hearts for all animals and are super helpful and knowledgeable! My Lucille Ball Python I noticed was looking rather pudgy and then i noticed she wouldn’t wrap around my wrist like she normally would. I brought her in and, after being checked at the door for mites, they heard me and did some magic. Turned out she was blocked and we ended up with a pile of poo n pee on the floor. Poor baby! She is feeling much better now and I am so grateful! I just wanna give them all my money lmao!!🤣

The owner is very kind, reasonable prices and he goes way out his way to help you learn more about reptiles and helping you make good enclosures for your reptiles. 100% recommended. My favorite reptile store and has a huge variety of things you could need for your reptile pets.

The Reptile Room is the best (and only) pet/reptile/arachnid store that I go through. The animal quality is amazing, both for pets and feeders. The pricing is very reasonable, especially considering the great quality you get. I am new to collecting tarantulas (3 of which I have bought from them) and ask a ton of questions. They are extremely knowledgeable and patient with me and my learning. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new scaly or eight legged friend.

Jon is very knowledgeable in every aspect of reptiles. He takes the time to answer any question. From something as simple as tank size to setting up a bioactive vivarium. Always takes the time to listen to his customers and gives the best advice. He isn't out for your wallet. He is out there for your pets best interests. He won't try and upsell you something that you don't need. If he doesn't have it he can either get it or tell you where to get it. I highly recommend Jon at the reptile room. You will not be disappointed. He is a man that loves his Jon and wants nothing but the best for all of the animals he cares for and sells.

The Reptile Room LLC is by far the best place I've found for all my pet wants and needs, as well as for answers to my millions of questions! The staff here cannot be topped neither by friendliness or knowledge. This store is not only nice and knowledgeable about its products but they truly care about the needs, health, and happiness of the animals there. A million times better than the experience you get from bigger name franchises. The quality of product, animals, and information is unsurpassed. I highly recommend this shop, check them out and you will not be let down!

This place is amazing, very helpful and friendly. We go here often for bugs, but this was our first time boarding our dragon over the holiday. John, the owner, was incredibly willing to work with our schedule of coming home and dropping our dragon off. Prices are always more than fair. We truly don’t have any negative things to say, this place has been wonderful.

My favorite place to go to get supplies for my reptiles and frogs. This place is absolutely amazing and have great customer service. They care about the animals there and make sure if your getting a new reptile you have everything u need and give you any information on them or great sources to learn more! Its also very convenient to not have to leave town to feed my reptiles anymore! 100% recommend this store and I will always go to them.

My daughter wanted a snake and I didn’t know where to start. I’m absolutely thrilled with the experience. He worked with my budget till I could pay in full a few days later and held the snake for me. He was patience with my 100 questions and set up my entire enclosure so it was ready to go when I took it home. 10/10 I would recommend and I’ll be back!

As a first time snake owner I’ve had ample of questions for him and he’s always been extremely willing to give recommendations, discounts, or even free materials. There’s a reason why I drive to this store from Salem and it’s because the hospitality that is provided goes above and beyond. Awesome people, beautiful reptiles, and the prices on their live feed is crazy good. I use to go to Petco to feed my skink and the last time I went, I spent $10 on a whopping 4 tiny horn worms that turned out to be dead. Needless to say, I was furious. I turned to Reptile Room and they have containers full of fat horn worms for $15, enough to last my lizard over a week. I have since broken up with Petco and go here regularly for all my reptile needs. I can't sing their praise enough.

Bought my 10 year old a whites tree frog here a little under a year ago, and have been coming back ever since. The owner was more than happy to talk with my kid and answer all her questions, and he's always got kind words and good conversation when we come back in. The shops always tidy, and the animals all look happy and healthy More than happy with every purchase we've ever made, and we look forward to purchasing another pet here in the future. Very glad there's a shop like this in Lebanon.

I came by a few weeks ago to ask some questions about set up and care for a bearded dragon. I've wanted one forever but felt a bit intimidated with all the conflicting info I've found in my research and really wanted to talk to someone who could answer those questions. The young lady working was amazing, answered all my questions, and was super supportive in every aspect of our conversation. I stopped by another local reptile store earlier today just to check it out and I had a few more questions I wanted to ask since coming here. I was there less than 5 minutes because I was made to feel like I didn't belong because I'm not an expert already. I'll be stopping in to get my new baby later this week from here because of the excellent customer service I was shown when I came by last time. I will also say this will be my go-to for all my future needs for my soon to be new buddy because of how amazing they were to me from the start!

Hello. Updating my review since the business has since changed ownership. Still a fantastic business and staff. For being a somewhat niche hobby, having a reptile store nearby is not always a given, and having these folks here is a great plus. I need to buy feeders for my Python regularly, so I’m in there every few weeks. Stock is always good and prices are competitive. Please consider supporting our local small businesses and shop here before going to petco or amazon.

The shop cages are always clean. I had them order a chameleon for me came in about 4-5 days. He came in great shape. I showed him the water fountain and he filled up then we showed him the feeding cup and he emptied the cup. Our little guy is very healthy I couldn't be happier. I look forward to the next one

Small, but excellent. This is not a huge reptile store, but they are going for quality in everything that they have. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The prices are very reasonable. We would drive over from Lincoln City just to visit this place again.
