Staff is always courteous. As with any dollar general, the Internet is never available in those buildings. Kind of a downside considering you cant look things up online unless you are a manager. 5 stars for the employees, 3 stars for products always being the correct price. No stars for the black hole one must enter in order to get a "general" item for a "lower" price.

Disorganized at best, and if you attempt to return cans, the staff is extremely unfriendly and act as though you’ve done something to offend them, I am not the state of Oregon. I didn’t write the rules, but to throw away 10 bucks to make your life easier Simms less than ideal, would not recommend, probably use other stores in the future 👎bimart has better prices

Just trying to get through the check out, and not looking for a confrontation. I let the clerk know I wasn't feeling well, she kept leaving to check on questions, but it seems to me I was just another $ to her, not realizing I'm the customer with the $, she said, she owns the store, so I said ok. I guess when you own the store, you can afford to throw away $292.. sad!!

In a years time going to this store daily for my Java fixes, I've gotten to know the employees, yes we are all short handed but these guys always try their best to get the products out and help the customers with their needs, wants, and or questions. Never a dual moment and never ignored. This store and the employees are awesome. HQ HR, don't forget the people who make it happen for you!

I normally like this store. There is one gentleman that works evenings and is always so helpful. However I went there last night and there were two ladies working. There was absolutely zero customer service. It was worse than that, they were rude. It was close to their closing time so they were being very rude to customers. One lady came in about five minutes before closing and had physical limitations. They told her that if she didn’t think she could get her items and get out of the store within two minutes that she would have to come back. Then proceeded to talk negatively about customers in front of other customers. I was shocked. I’m giving three stars because normally I’ve had good experiences.

Store was clean, fairly stocked, and great choices for what was running the sales. Employees were pleasant, easy to move around the store even though the aisles were narrow. Barely anyone else there due to time of night which was great.Didn't have opportunity nor ability as far as I could tell to use DG account for coupons though.

The staff/cashiers at Dollar General today presented great customer service. They were friendly and patient with all my (many) product questions, while providing a variety of options. I will add, all items I purchased were reasonably priced...with bags in hand, I left feeling satisfied I'd made good choices.

I enjoy shopping at Dollar General due to the variety and price of products sold. The staff work to provide good customer service but are often short handed. Product seems to fly off the shelves faster than they can stock them. Customers need to be aware aisles are often congested with new merchandise to stock empty shelves. This can be a problem.

Im a simple guy, with simple needs. Dollar General has a very well stocked supply of budget friendly snacks, beverages, and heat and eat meals.If toiletries, cosmetics and other personal grooming items are in list, you will find, again, a well provisioned supply.Cleaning and laundry items are thoroughly covered. And, fellas, I've found that one of the female clerks can quickly get you pointed in the right direction for all of those "minor" mishaps that render my BEST shirt into the rags bin, can usually be handled. Ask away, they're very good.

I have been shopping at Dollar General for about a year now, due to a cut in income, and I think I am saving a few dollars in the process. Clean store, some good bargains, and nice employees. If you don't have to drive far to get there, it's worth the savings.

friendly employees great variety but boxes of merchandise/stock all over the place and kids running around uncontrolled by their parent(s) and pushing me out of their way made for a short visit. We had our bottles/cans recycled late evening, great service

Great store .. im not fond of the design of the parking lot. But the biggest problem? The whole management has designed this store to waste my time and all the employees think it's a priveledge to shop here. So I'll do more amazon shopping. I'm not waiting in line for 20 minutes any more to pay you

Check out is fast ,need more help stocking shelves and getting product out.it can sit In the aisles for over a week really frustrating. Male manager gone now. He was always talking not working standing around complaining about othet employees by the way WE CAN HEAR YOU. They can't get helium so no balloons over 1 year now some thing about corporate not having them added to delivery route .

I shop here often, my only gripe is general shelves are frequently empty and that is quite annoying, but the specialty/seasonal aisle is always stocked to the hilt. Mgmt. needs to get better at ordering and stocking!

I love this new store located on the North End of Lapine. The prices and digital coupons rival and beat Walmart and other Bend shopping places. The staff or helpful funny and enjoyable. I have made this a name stop for my monthly groceries and especially household items such as laundry soap toilet paper and hygiene items in my estimation I have saved over the last 2 months at least $400 plus gas. Worth going the extra couple miles to save

I have never been in a Dollar General before this so I really have nothing to compare it to. But it seemed very dark & claustrophobic. But on the other hand the prices were good & we found most of what was on our list.

The aisles are small so if they get busy it would be really hard to shop around. Cashing out was so slow too. But decent selection of what I came in there for.

The staff was courteous, but it's a dollar store. I just stopped in to buy some snacks as I was starving at the time. Had all the staples for curbing hunger in the last 30 miles of a journey.
