Emily is the only real MVP here, she analyzes the order every time and looks for cheaper options to compile all the foods. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because this place makes you pull forward every dang time. ITS NEVER FAST.

I usually do the drive thru and honestly I’m just over going at all - every time I go in my order is wrong (I only order 2-3 items usually) any time I ask for a few additional things that I do get charged EXTRA for I never receive them. If I ask for something to be left off go figure it still seems to make its way on. After the 3rd time of making an order and going back through to get it fixed I started to feel like an a**h**e… and I don’t understand that since I had spent MY money there - it’s not some free handout. I make less than you and can do my job- why can’t you? (Ps I have worked there before not that hard.)

Been getting our order wrong a lot lately, kinda tired of coming here. Didn't get a receipt so thought I'd make a review here. Hubby had to repeat himself 5 times with our vehicle off, the person taking our ordered sounded stoned and lo and behold our order was completely wrong! Lady that took our order didn't know what a chicken mcgriddle was and hubby clarified at window and it was still wrong.

The managers always stand around but force good employees to do more and let their favorites have it easy. Saw one named victoria steal from the donation box and the other managers do nothing. If you have so many managers maybe do better with your customers AND employees. Ridiculous.

McDonalds food is so-so. Their main competitor which I will not identify other than it has a 2 letter abbreviation has good fries and better tasting burgers. And since McDonalds now charges more than a dollar for drinks it has lost its edge in being competitive. Any place that sell soft drinks are make a killing on anything over a dollar.

Window gal tried giving us someone else’s order. Then she told us to pull forward to wait for ours. Few minutes later someone brings our food which was correct but did not bring our drink. Unfortunately we didn’t catch it until we pulled out into the interstate. Was only a #3 and a plain hamburger. Nothing difficult with the order. 🤦‍♀️🤷‍♀️

yeah, I spent 20 bucks on mcflurrys, it is so cold we door dashed them. they were half empty. literally. whoever made them. wow.I guess I better add that after typing this review I called McDonald's and told them about it. night manager said to come back any night and she give me 2 now for free. so overall I gotta give her a 6 and shake maker a 1. for a 3.5 average.

Playground removed!!! We have always enjoyed stopping here on road trips, but will not in the future because the indoor play area has been replaced with additional seating

I worked at this location fore about 8 months and had a very bad experience. Management was almost constantly unprofessional with me, the HR manager (Martin at the time) yelled at me using vulgar and unprofessional language on one occasion, and didn’t even as much as apologize to me until the GM (Robbie at the time) made him. My hours were cut just 2 weeks into my time there due to “unsatisfactory work” although I was trained very little and I was condescended frequently for doing something incorrectly despite my lack of training. I was constantly promised I would get my hours back but I never did, by the time I had left I was only working one day a week and it was just five hours a day.

Came in for a hot tea, sat here drinking it, waiting for 84 to reopen due to weather. I consistently heard lady's cussing up a storm, and complaining 🙄..happen night shift 845-945pm. I understand that this is the kind of world we live in and lol it's McDonald's. I use to work there about 20 years ago so much has changed its ridiculous, you wonder why customers get upset these days and go viral in videos as a Karen or male version of a Karen. ....

It's McDonald's. What else do you expect?This one has a great lobby and a even larger eating area. Much more embracing than the one I work at. However my time there was average.My mcgriddle was wrong, but I didn't mind since I was gonna leave in 10 mins. Server was efficient, but almost robotic in the way they rang up and served the order. I hope you guys treat your employees good.3/5 stars overall, if I ever come back to La Grande I might consider this McDonald's again.

Bk in this town has been closed down and replaced with, I think, a pizza place. So had to go here. Excellent service is a rarity at McDonald's anywhere, but this one managed to do quite well. Prices, though, are out of this world. No need for a $10.00 Sausage sandwich. It is Oregon, though, have to support all those drug addicts and politicians.

If I could give this McDonald’s, zero stars I would because the lady taking our order was rude not helpful should not work at McDonald’s or anywhere that has costumer service. Breakfast at this location ends at 1030 every where else is 11. We were 10 minutes past, the lady was super rude. I’ll never come back yo this location and the lady should be fired
