Wonderful butcher with selection that you can not get at a standard grocery store. The staff is very helpful and accommodating. They cover a variety of options from a discount freezer, to quality local wild options for duck, rabbit, etc. Plus smoked and specialty items. Wish I had something like this near me.

Seen on the freeway that jerky was ahead😋😋😍😍 .. sooo its a must definitely stop an grab a snack..! the jerky strip was huge an yummy got the peppered jerk.. they also serve sandwiches & soup, sausage's galore 😁.. just look at that!! I'll be stopping here again!

Their prime rib is the best. We could almost cut it with a fork it was so tender. Meat sticks and jerky are great as well. Staff is friendly and helpful.

I love going to Hine's for my meat purchases. It's less expensive than anywhere else in town. It's never crowded. The staff are all really helpful. They let me pick which steaks I wanted and really engaged me with appreciation. They pointed out the frozen meat freezer which is always marked down 20%. They take EBT (SNAP/Food stamps).They are really helpful with everything. They make their own sausage, jerky, meat sticks, bacon and marinated meats. I go there every month when we get our EBT before I even go to the grocery store.

Great service, great people, FANTASTIC FRIDAY SPECIALS!!! Be there at noon on Fridays. You won't be disappointed. If you love BBQ, you'll love Fridays at noon! Also, during the great toilet paper scare of 2020, they gave away toilet paper with every $10 spent. They're basically a delicious charity. You won't be disappointed.

Great meats, amazing staff, and reasonable prices. The country bacon is so delicious. The ribs (seasoned or not) were fantastic. The breakfast sausage was also quite a treat and often goes on sale. The staff was always very generous and accommodating. We are no longer in the area and this place is sorely missed.

We walked right in got a prime rib and ordered another for Monday. Great place! Very clean and they do an awesome job on wild game. Summer sausage is probably the best I've ever had. Keep up the good work.

Extremely clean butcher shop, outstanding customer service. I was blown away by how nice ever employee was. We dropped an animal off for processing and they called 2 days later with it ready. Unbelievable quick. We also bought some ribeyes for dinner that night. Holy cow were they delicious!!!! I highly recommend Hines Meat Company!!!!!

These people have it figured out. Beautifully displayed meat case with friendly knowledge staff. From the thick cut Ribeyes to the Landjaeger, breakfast sausage, chorizo and chicken. All fresh and tasty.Nicely done Hines!

This place is so amazing it should be called "a cut above" steaks just melt in your mouth they are perfect with the local fresh morels the jerky the cheese the ugh everything. Employees are fast and friendly this is my go to for any meats.. also they hang wild game for you which we appreciate so much last year we took a buck and they came early and opened shop to take him in just great people all around

My goodness not only do they have the BEST meat in town they also take EBT!! The meat is delicious there products are high quality I would recommend buying there meat over Walmart Safeway or grocery outlet any freaking day of the year! I will not stop buying there meat now. Hillbilly jerky is the bomb ! It is a unique taste explosion for the palate. Has the best meat in Eastern Oregon. Have had prime rib, for Christmas. Briskets for bbq. Do I dare say? It's a party in your mouth !!

Ever since Hines has opened they have been a go to place to get some of the best meats in town, may be a little more pricey than other places but you definitely get more than your values worth out of everything you purchase. And we absolutely love the daily deal they have every friday that changes to something different each week.

The best place in the area to buy quality meats! They also have local made cheeses,grills grill chips. We only buy our meats there and always prime rib at Christmas. They will even smoke them for you!!

The Sausage Samples we're a way to start and their was 10 different kinds and all within a Reasonable price and the Bacon there was 10 different kinds and even Beef Bacon. Not to mention all the Beef Cuts and fresh Ground Hamburger. This is why the 5 Stars. Also Coming soon a Deli and a Restaurant.

I did a great job of cutting and wrapping our beef had a very very good selection of pepperoni style sticks of different flavors different cuts of meat in their case and they will custom cut anything plus they have a sales floor with fresh veggies mostly from local farmers
