My cashier Neilie was the sweetest ever! But the other worker Bonnie was disgustingly rude, especially to Neilie. I have never seen a manager or coworker treat an employee as badly as I saw Bonnie treat her when I came in. Nobody should ever treat anybody that way, it made me so sad and it was hard not to speak up. I will not be supporting a business that allows any treatment of this kind.

My cashier was sweet and tried to hurry things along for me but the other employee was RUDE and unprofessional. As I entered the store to shop I asked to use the restroom because I had an hour to kill before my appointment and I thought I could use the restroom and then take my time shopping. But was told by the other employee the restroom was out of order. So, I rushed through my shopping to exit and find a restroom. As, I am checking out the RUDE employee says to my cashier, "well, I'm going to use the restroom, " Between the rude cashiers that they have and never knowing if the employees are going to be seeking when you shop there It's really almost not even worth saving the money to go there.

Waiting through the horrible lines just to have the cashier be a raging bish to me, did not help the crisis I was going through. It's not even good deal anymore. F-ing joke

I was so disgusted with the lack of cleanliness of this store. Things are not organized at all. When you walk in all you see is mess and clutter.They have merchandise stacked on shelves so high that you can not see what you are looking for, and if you touch anything on the shelves there is an avalanche of other things that fall, in my case it was picture frames. It is sad that the Manager of this store does not take pride in their store. It is so not welcoming and I will not go there again.

To tell you the truth. Dollar tree is the cheapest store in town. It's really only a dollar or less for everything in the store. I go there every chance I get. It's easy to get to if you coming from pendleton on the I 84.got off at island city tak a left go to the stop lights make another left and the first left that you can make there will be a rite aid on your right and about your 10:00 the dollar tree. Dont be shy. You'll find that it's hard just to buy just one item. Have a great time.

We went in today and the store was filthy. Panhandlers outside cursing customers. Dirt and leaves all over the floor inside and I don’t recall any trees outside. Looked the same way when we were there a few months ago. Inventory in boxes cluttered the aisles making it hard to navigate and find anything. Employees standing around talking to each other when they could be cleaning. Need new management.

Great people, however they're very slow. Today there were 7 people in line, but they didn't call for help although two other cashiers walked by. The manager was off, not sure that was why. But it needs to be addressed.

The store is very dirty and the shelves are a hot mess. When I questioned a clerk about when they clean the store, I was told their vacuum broke down. A new one was ordered two weeks ago and the floors were supposed to be cleaned daily. The floors and shelves have been a mess for much longer than that. There are stores in town that sell vacuum cleaners. This is the only Dollar Tree I have been in, so I am not sure if this is a localized issue or not.

For my firat time ever I exhausted myself just with dollar tree shopping. Lol. Happy to see they are finally getting a larger variety of stuff so I don't have to drive to baker for better selection. They still have a lot of organizing to do though. Never can find the right lid to containers or right container to the lids. Unless of course you spend 1-2 hours in there looking through everything with someone tall enough to reach the top shelves where things get hidden or tucked away 😂😜

1 of my favorite places to shop, whether I need art supplies to zip ties if it's a small quantity I can usually find it there.I love the sweet customer service reps that they employ. So knowledgable & very curious.5 stars everytime .

I was not impressed at all. There was so much stuff in the aisles that you could barely get to the shelves, and the some of them you couldn't. Sad to see that it's went so down hill.

Well-stocked inventory, great finds, overall the staff is friendly and respectful I just wish that they had back up cashiers for the evenings when it appears busier and for freight days. Love this store and its workers

very messy dollar tree store 🤦‍♀️ like stuff on the floor messy i almost stepped on some item that were just all over the aisles and also short staffed to where i was standing in a line of customers down almost half an aisle waiting just to purchase 1 item

This is the most disgusting store in La Grande. The floor literally always so nasty. Terrible management. I can’t believe they would look a store be this dirty. This is a last resort for me to shop

Needs a good cleaning up. Scarely looking employees with tatoos showing, wild colored hair, facial piercing, need better personal hygiene. Does not include all staff

They are a great bunch in there but I was looking for sugar n dry creamer dispenser for my church, did have one but not what I was looking for. And I was looking for pumpkin spice tea lites, but only seasonal☹️

The one thing I can say is that this dollar tree is not big enough. It's always packed and hard to find things the way it's all just jammed in the isles . It does usually have what I'm looking for but shouldn't have to dig around to find things .
