Super cool place and people to work with. Jason helped us find our new, split king adjustable bed and mattresses.We called around before hand to check things out. Jason at Carpet 1 answer everything we asked.Jason treated us great and got us an awesome price. Everyone there are really nice. Smiles all around.(I do know a few carpet layers and they give high marks for that too.)

I rarely review but Steve's team from Carpet One in LaGrande was exceptional when they refloored almost our entire house. They worked with us to accommodate furnishings movement and adjusted flexibly to changes in circumstances. They were not only extremely pleasant to the customer but also it was a pleasure to watch them operate as a precision team Their product reflects a level of enduring quality and they even finished well ahead of allotted schedule. Very highly recommended

We don't live in town, and Ann went above and beyond to let us know how things were going. She sent photos before, during, and after the installation. She even took care of picking up the finishing strips, and putting the sealer on herself. The installers were also able to do some minor repairs, which allowed the project to stay on schedule.There was a delay in getting the materials, but that was not the fault of Carpet One. The floor looks great! Thanks again for all your help.

Total experience was awesome! Tasha walked us through the process and set up the installation in a very timely manner. She was knowledgeable about her products and yet let us make our decisions. Zachary did the installation skillfully and efficiently. He was very professional and showed up at the time arranged and put up with our dog!. We are definitely going to be using Carpet one again

I recently purchased new carpeting from Carpet One. Ann was incredibly helpful by educating me on the options and guiding me to samples that would be most appropriate, and helping me choose samples to take home. She came out and measured, again confirming my choice was appropriate, reviewing seaming options, scheduling installation, etc. The installers Steve and Garrett were also wonderful. They were prompt, polite, and excellent carpet layers. We could not be happier with the entire experience and our new carpet is PERFECT! Like everything else, it was a little longer process due to supply and labor shortages right now…… but we’ll worth the wait. Thank You Carpet One

Working with Tausha was amazing. Her level of professionalism, patience and genuine care is something you don't find every day. The floors were installed throughout my house so quickly and efficiently. I walked in and cried.....they were beautiful and exactly what I wanted. I couldn't ask for a better experience. From picking out the flooring, setting a date for installation (and then moving the date, because, life), to finishing touches, Tausha was graceful in answering all my questions and being genuinely happy about my elation over the final product. I truly wouldn't want to work with anyone else!!

Tasha did a great job helping us pick flooring materials and had everything well organized for the project. The installers were super easy to work with and did a great job. The work was in a business and had to be done at night, so it was fantastic they had everything they needed. They even planned ahead and were ready to repair the floor where they found some minor water damage, it was great to have everything completed on schedule despite the extra work! All-in-all a great experience, will definitely use Carpet One again.

The installers were very professional and the sales staff was very knowledgeable. I loved the services so much in fact that I applied for a job with Carpet One and got hired!

For the most part it all went great. The only problem was being notified if and when installers were coming. I had to call and inquire when no one showed up on day of install. Most places call the day before to check with you on times etc. Also was left with 2 unusable bathrooms until I complained that installers at least install one bath so toilet could be reinstalled. Guess they didn't think I would need an installed toilet for 24+ hours??

just nowTasha! What a wonderful lady to work with! Tasha gave me a quote to do my floors… All hardwood which I wanted. I received the quote but in the interim Tosha came by my house and did a little investigation. She found that I have hardwood under the carpet that was installed in here. Of course we didn’t know what shape the hardwood floor would be in, but since I found out it’s actually in pretty damn good shape. Tasha gave me contractors that can re- do the floors , rather than replace. Tasha could very well have just sold me the flooring she quoted. You have no idea how nice it is to work with somebody with integrity and honesty. I was thoroughly surprised and grateful. If I find out any of the floors are not “fixable“, then I will go to Tasha for the rescue! I highly recommend her and the Legrand store! Give that lady a raise! Thank you Tasha!
