Drove 32 miles there to buy sone toe warmers because their website listed them as "available in store". When I arrived the checker said that they had just put them away for the season yesterday. They refused to get them out of the storage. If the website says it is available do not count on the items being available at the store.

We buy all our chicken feed here, and recently started buying our cat food here as well (cat food at Wilco is practically unaffordable now). Very competitive prices and great inventory, we love this store and drive from Springfield to get our goods here.

We are avid shoppers for TSC for all our farm needs and have always been great! Well expect today, my worst experience at TSC ever! Was looking for cattle vaccinations. Ashlyn who was the only one in the register was NO help! I asked if they had any, and she told me to look and see! she was rude and not helpful at all! This has NEVER been my experience here! It’s super disappointing

Very odd reaction from cashier when asking for help to look at a safe, The cashier got on the intercom and ask if anyone was willing to help a customer?Happy someone was willing to help us out!! Big thank you to this employee he had great customer service 5 stars to you!!!

Came here for a truck tool box, they helped us measure the bed of the truck for a perfect fit. David and Angie were absolutely amazing and provided some of the best customer service I’ve ever had. They were extremely helpful and helped so much!

Best thing that has happened for people that have dogs that hate having baths it's all right there and it's only $10.00! Well worth the drive for me!! All the associates are super helpful and friendly! Never had a bad experience ever! Thank you tractor supply

I've always loved going in this store they are always so friendly. I had great experience today. I bought the wrong chicken food and they let me bring it back opened and exchanged it for what I needed. Very thankful.

I walked in the store in Junction City,OR and was greeted immediately. A store clerk noticed right away that i was looking for something in particular and asked me what it was I needed. I told them I needed good rain gear and I was pointed in the right direction. Keep it up guys you rock!

Poor customer service. I purchased two gates and the sales clerk told me to go to the side gate to pick up and Laos the gates. I waited in the rain for 15 minutes, then walked back into the store to get help. Say a sales clerk selling the gate I had just purchased to another customer. I knew it was the gate I had just purchased because there were only two gates in stock. They refunded my money. I think I should have been offer compensation for thus mistake. I will now need to search for another gate or put shipping to get in sent to me. I purchase hundreds of dollars of feed and supplies at tractor supply each month. Not a happy customer.

Great place to shop, especially if you have pets. Their pet section is extensive and they have a dog washing station which they provide everything for. They also have clothes in tall sizes which is awesome for people like me above 6'6". The employees were very friendly and helpful.

We had gone in during the big toilet tissue hoard, to see if any was available, none was. Not a big deal.Purchased a few other items and while there checked on fencing products.The pricing is comparable to Home Depot, Lowes and Jerry's.Overall, not a bad place, I asked about a veterans discount, they do not offer one, so we will not shop at TSC.

I had never been to a tractor supply before, and I didn't even know this one was here. I was looking for a wire jenny online and it popped up for $40 at tractor supply. It said they had 2 in stock and I could pick up in store for free. I called the store to verify before I drove the half hour to Junction City to which I was told they don't carry those. I said "are you sure because it says you have one in stock for $39.99 pick up in store for free." he looked it up and said oh I guess we do, that's my department too! do you only want this or do you want to do shopping when you get here? I decided to check out the store so he just put my name on it and they had it up front for me. I drove the half hour to JC and checked out the store. I bought a few fruit trees a big jug of glyphosate and the wire jenny they had for me at the front. When I got home I noticed that they charged me $49.99 for the jenny that was and still is $39.99. I called the store and told them that it's an hour round trip for me and that I was overcharged. They said I had to drive back to the store to get the correct price. I asked if they could take 10% off my ticket to make up for the gas it will cost me to drive back and after some deliberation they said they could only give me 5%. I said well that doesn't quite cover the gasoline but I guess I will as I really wanted to give this store a shot and if I got pencil-whipped for $10 It would ruin the store for me. I drove the half hour to JC and brought in my receipt to which they were only willing to offer me a $2 discount on my purchase when it cost me probably $8 in gas and an hour of my time. I own a couple of retail businesses and I know how much it costs us to retain a customer when we make a mistake(and it does happen!) we go above and beyond to make people happy because I understand market share and realize that people can spend their money anywhere and I want them to spend it with us.These employees have zero concept of customer service and the corporation knows they are false advertising. Nowhere on the website does it say prices may be different in person. If you look up an item at Home Depot they will tell you exactly how much an item costs and how many are in stock at a particular location. If they mess up they will easily take care of it to retain your business. At TSC they kept trying to turn it on me saying "did you tell the cashier that it was cheaper online? Obviously no, or we wouldn't be in this situation. If I had only bought the one item I would have noticed but since I never even saw the item on the shelf and I bought other stuff as well I didn't notice. They kept acting like it was my fault saying that the employees don't know if stuff is cheaper online and acting like I was trying to get something for free. The company knows darn well they are pulling the Old Oregon Bait and Switch. To offer me $2 for an hour of my time (I'm lucky if I get one day off a week)and the $8 in gas I wasted was beyond insulting. I returned everything but the jenny and I won't be back.Even knowing they lost my business is really no resolution, I feel so slighted by this whole experience. I guess I will try to greater appreciate the stores that actually want my business.

Tractor Supply is a national farm and garden store which also has a range of home-improvement products. At this location, the staff are friendly and helpful. However, the selection of products is a bit random. For instance, they have a big grilling display, but don't carry smoker pellets. I was also surprised that they were down to just the display model for a certain grill in early May, the very start of the season. I'm still waiting to see if I will regularly shop here instead of JC Farm & Garden and Jerry's.

The Tractor Supply here in Oregon is just as convenient as the one where I shopped in eastern Pennsylvania. The employees are very knowledgeable and helpful. Whenever I purchase heavy items such as animal feed, I'm asked if I need help loading it into my car, which is nice since I'm 70 years old.

Ordered a 12x12 ATV Canopy. Showed up at the store to pick it up and the box was almost completely demolished so I refused to accept it. Ordered the same exact thing from Lowe's and it arrived at my house, completely intact, 4 days early

Great place for everything rural, farm, agriculture, and pet supplies.Pet grooming at back of store.They even carry welding supplies.Electric fence materials. Bird and hummingbird feeders, lawn equipment and chainsaw maintenance supplies, and a lot more.Only thing they were out of so far (for me) was/is high visibility orange Duck brand tape and neon orange safety tape.Even if you don't/aren't buying anything, it's interesting to walk through and see what they have/sell.Hope this helps.
