Not Dollar Tree, it’s $1.25 tree. Horrible experience! There were only two cashiers and one of them was “busy” on a computer at register #2! All the while there was a line almost all the way to the frozen food section in the back of the store. The cashier at #1 register was barely even acknowledging the customers, but chatting with the gal at register #2!! Everyone in line was very upset, including me! I don’t understand why they over work their employees and not giving them enough staff. I’ve heard that they can’t keep their employees, now I know why! I’ll never stop there again if I go through Junction City again!

This dollar tree was great. The one in my city is always trashed. This one was clean and the employees were nice. Nice change of pace!

The manager seems to judge people based solely on their appearance, so be warned! Pretty sure it was the manager who called the cops on me.I bought some snacks here and was eating them in my car. A police officer came and said that someone called, saying that I was doing drugs but could see that I was doing no such thing, so he left. I needed to use the restroom, so I went back in there to make the request and was denied. I wouldnt say the manager and her staff acted openly hostile because they werent. It was more like unpleasant. I didnt raise a stink, I just left. My bladder was only like 3/4 full anyhow. It could wait.

Often when I go, I feel like a pest for buying too much.. but today the cashier was kind and made me feel like a valuable customer. I wish I had gotten her name. She is not one who has helped me before... that I recall.Another employee who I see often was helpful to me and didn't seem put out when showing me where an item might be.I wish the long time manager? had a friendly, "I am glad you are back and that you help keep our store in business" kind of attitude..Kindness to shoppers and employees goes a long ways.Another cashier encouraged my cashier to take her lunch break mid check out.. as I scurried to get out before holding up any customers with just a few items to buy.. That seemed thoughtful.I felt honored that my cashier completed her time with me💖 I appreciated her kindness!!

Great little store with lots of festive holiday items. You know, and if you did not, you do now. Everything is $1. Fast help. Great snack selection. Get your greeting cards here. Easy in and out with large parking lot.

I went to the Junction City Dollar Tree to buy batteries. They have a good selection of sizes and there are packages of 4 or 8 batteries. 2 or 3 different brands. The Dollar Tree always has SO much stuff to look at... From knick knacks to food and drinks to socks. There are tools, cleaning supplies, paper goods, greeting cards, toys, craft supplies, holiday things, and lots more. The one thing I would warn about are the bags they use to put your purchases in are VERY thin and tear way too easily!! I recommend taking your own reusable bags. If I forget my bags and use theirs, my items don't usually even make it to my car without the bags ripping. Staff is friendly. Store is always clean.

The Dollar tree was a very good visit. The store was really clean. And all the workers are really nice. I went in to get some popcorn. They had exactly what I was looking for in Stock.

Bought 5 picture frames. When opening them, they broke to were they were unusable. When brought in for a return, business refused to process the return as it was not in its original packaging anymore (i.e plastic wrap). After some convincing they let us exchange them. Very disappointed with their customer service. When prices are raised and the quality is still the same, can't be upset when customers try to return defective products ‍

We love taking a trip to the Dollar Tree I mean everything is just $1 - unless shopping the small discount area and then it's even less lol You get what pay for and sometimes even more! The face wipe packs are a great deal and the natural roll on oils are amazing! Great for a cheap "fend for yourself" kinda dinner as far as the canned and packaged food is concerned, there's a decent selection. From kitchen and bathroom needs to food and drinks, toys and crafts, party supplies and gardening they have some decent selections! Even plain colored t-shirts and sometimes footwear, the dollar tree has your basic needs especially if money is tight and you're in a bind. The staff is friendly and helpful which is always a plus. When I asked about an item the lady voluntarily called in the back to see if there was more and there was so we got what we were looking for. She went above what I see from most retail stores and people in general. Enjoy stopping here - especially for ice cream and the air conditioning when it's hot out 😉

The dollar tree store is always a fun place for me to stop in and buy what I need at a good price ($1.00) but I always love visiting with all the really nice ladies that work there they are bubbly and highly helpful, they actually go out of their way to help you. It's also a great place to bump into a few neighborhood friends also. Wouldn't you agree people?

Most days we have a good experience at Dollar tree but last night was not one of those days. The cashier was having issues, which we all have sometimes, so irritating but whatever. However a male customer came in with no mask so she offered him a disposable mask but he ignored her and kept going. My problem was that she did nothing after that. She let it go, she didn't call her supervisor, or press the matter with the customer. I know that standing your ground can be a very uncomfortable but necessary part of working with the public. (I know from personal experience). I also know they do a hard job and want to congratulate and thank all of them (those in customer service) for being out there helping all of us to keep going at personal risk to themselves. That risk is why I mentioned the need to make the uncomfortable choices about risk takers, like the shopper w/o a mask.

Appalling amount of unmasked patrons, but what are minimum wage retailers to do about asinine selfish patrons‽ Probably never go back to this location due to unsafe shopping conditions. To all the d-bag-shoppers not masking: why is it so difficult for you to do the right thing‽ You are selfish.

Just like any other dollar tree everything is a dollar products are fairly good most are well worth the dollar and some fall short if that but you get what you pay for and that's a dollar worth of product staff is friendly and helpful usually not enough checkers but not over crowded store is usually clean and well stocked and a wife range of everything from home to auto to food and so on an all around type of store

Rude customer service. Had asked if I paid for balloons could they blow them and I would pay for that as well....lady said no we don't do that here. Then pointed at these ugly balloons and said we only do these ones. I replied to her I'm willing to pay extra for it and she said do you not get it......we don't blow up personal balloons after I purchased them. The other worker was polite and apologies for her rude Co worker.

They always seem to have a little something you might need or can use. A great place for inexpensive items. The staff have always seemed friendly and helpful. (In my own personal experiences.)

Everything was fine exept lines it wasnt swamped but customers should get priority over recovery especialy when there isnt much recovery to do the average person just thinks they are waiting because the second employee is slacking off.

The only reason I give it 1 star is at 5:20 pm there was 1 line of customer's from the checkout clear back to the frozen food section in the back. There was 2 women at the cash register. I ask aren't using the other register she said she was trading the girl and the other employee was on brake. I don't know where there from but most would either help get that line of customers down at the very least or GET THE OTHER EMPLOYEE OFF HER Break. She could finish it in probably 5min.
