Staff is great! Still trying to figure out what is wrong with my cat. Went in to find out the problem and found other issue's I didn't know she had. We scheduled surgery and hopefully she will recover fast. They give you a breakdown of all prices so you don't get stuck with surprise charges. I am grateful for their service!

Doctor Cox is a very caring veterinarian. I’ve been taking my cats there for several years. She is very compassionate and caring individual along with her entire staff. I highly recommend them.

Ive been coming here for a long time. Spent thousands here on my dog. Doctor cox’s has always been nothing but rude to us! Completely dismissed everything I've told her. Seems more interested in selling me the most expensive plan instead of trying anything else first!! She held my dogs back legs and let him go face first off the table. She completely dismissed me the owner of the dog, the one who pays the bills and would only talk to my girlfriend who doesn't own the dog! Who doesn't know whats going on. We had a appointment and it took a half hour to get in a room then another 15 for her to come in tje room and say so he isn't eating?? Not once was that said or his issue! The last time i will bring them any of my animals! Never have i been treated so rude and dismissed and my dog completely ignored!!

This is a great veterinary clinic. Dr. Cox is a wonderful vet. She has the ability to explain her diagnosis clearly, without being condescending. She has changed my dog's life for the better. Her staff is the best. Very friendly and professional. We are very lucky to have this clinic in our town.

Back in June 2023 I had taken Sadie my American Bully to the ER as she was profusely throwing up and unable to keep anything down. It was found that she had an obstruction and had only a day to have it removed otherwise she would turn septic and die. This was on a Sunday. When I got home I started emailing veterinary clinics hoping to find someone to save her life. The next morning I was awakened by a call from Countryside Animal Clinic telling me that Dr. Cox can perform her surgery and to bring her in as soon as possible. I couldn't get there fast enough.Dr. Cox saved my dogs life and i couldn't be more grateful. Since then Sadie has become a regular client and I couldn't think of a more caring and compassionate doctor to entrust her care with.

Awesome vet! I took my dog there for her annual check up because a friend said that they take their dog there and they love it. I am so happy that they reccomend them! This is 100% the best vet I have ever been to! Everyone was very polite, not pushy, or trying to over sell their products to you. I left knowing that that's where I will be taking my pets from now on for sure!

I think I found the only place I will be taking my animals from now on and its this place. They always squeeze us in on such short notice and are very reasonable, caring and friendly. Thanks again for not seeing just our cat on such short notice and saving his life. But our dogs as well. It means the most to us, but mostly our boys.

They are wonderful caring staff. Our boys were patients for a few years. Jack, Howard and Henry never had any sort of anxiety about going to the "doctor". In the future when we are ready to get another furry they will be our go to vet. It was nice being so close to the office, we live in Eugene now but will drive to JC because love the caring from the wonderful staff.

Got in on here for non-emergency status When the other 6 vets I called were booked up! They got my pup a certificate to fly to go back with me to Alabama for a family emergency. Super grateful.These guys are the best. They even got our pitbull back there with no muzzle.. Love this place for For babies

Doctor Cox and all the other Vet assistants here are the greatest. I'd been taking an older dog here pretty regularly for nearly 2 years before we had to figure out end of life. Doctor Cox even sent a hand written condolence card after the fact which definitely helped. I no longer work in JC but will still be bringing my other dogs here for any sort of Vet needs that might arise.

Dr. Cox was very kind and compassionate during our emergency visit following a disastrously scary day with our 9 yr old dog. If not for her professionalism, care, and concern our dog would not have survived the incident. I was pleasantly surprised (if one can be pleasantly surprised about unexpected bills) the cost was reasonable for he services provided especially compared to what the emergency vet would have charged (IF our dog could have survived that long since the nearest ones are Springfield and/or corvaliss).Thank you for saving our family member!T.Jones

We love this place. They take such good care of our furkids. Everyone is super friendly. Dr. Cox provides excellent individualized care for our older dogs. Recently we were across the country with our 15 year old dachshund and they were able to help us through a serious scare with his back. I can not thank the Countryside team enough.

We have five stray cats we’ve adopted, one arrived fully grown/after the neighbor passed, and two pairs of brothers and sisters that arrived as kittens/adolescents.So far, we’ve had to take three of the five in for issues.The Veterinarian and Veterinarian Techs have all been very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I can truly feel and see they care greatly for animals.They are also very patient with the animals and pet owners in the exam rooms.I definitely recommend the great folks at Countryside Animal Clinic to others near Junction City.I believe the prices to be fair as well.Thank you, and I hope this review is helpful to others.

We scheduled a C-section for my French bulldog. Dr.Cox “cleared” the puppies after the surgery and sent them home. Within one hour of being home, I noticed one of them had a blatant cleft lip. I immediately notified the office and was assured someone would get back to me. No one did, the puppy passed away.They did not check his nose or mouth, which are the main things to check when clearing a puppy. This puppy could have survived if this had been caught. It was completely neglectful that they missed this.Days later, I called the office to notify them the puppy had passed away and received a call from Dr.Cox stating she was “sorry” and it was an “oversight”. She said it might not have been obvious. Sadly, that is not true as you can see in the photo. She then blamed the nurses saying they cleared the puppy and not her because she was “already back in surgery”.I will be notifying the Oregon Board of Veterinary Medicine of this malpractice. It is extremely negligent to clear puppies without even looking at them!I’m sure this office is fine for simple things like shots or check ups. However, I would not trust my pet’s life to be in their hands.
