Bi-Mart in Junction City is located right in the heart of downtown. The location is perfect and within walking distance from just about any where within city limits. There’s a bus stop right out front of the store. There are handicapped spaces available, the door isn’t automatic. The women’s restroom is handicapped accessible. One of the best things that this Bi-Mart had was it’s pharmacy. The staff were very friendly and helpful, they knew what they were doing and the line moved fast. That’s one thing I miss about this Bi-Mart. The staff throughout the store are very welcoming, friendly and helpful. They allow service dogs and service dogs in training. The store is always clean and inviting with a great selection of products. If you want or need it, they’ve probably got it.

Employees are typically friendly & helpful. They ask if they can assist if they see your cart is still empty after 5 min of wandering around while you try to remember what you needed! 🤣

I don’t live in JC, but the one time I went to this Bi-mart tonight, was enough to make me super grateful toward the employees. I was there supporting a young woman w some quick shopping and a man came and tapped on my car window asking for cigarettes. We ignored him and waited about 10 minutes to go in. When we went inside he immediately approached us making sexual comments toward me and the client, and we told an employee and rushed to do the shopping. She took it seriously and informed her manager. We could see he was giving the employees a hard time and my client did not want to leave the store until he was gone, the employees seemed to all be aware we were nervous and after he left, the manager himself walked us out to our car at night because we were scared he would be out there. I’m very grateful for this not only for our safety but also reinforcing the standard of “safe, trustworthy adults” to the young woman I support and doing their part to help her and I feel safe in such a stressful situation. Thank you!!! ☺️

Just a heads up, they are requiring folks to show their bi-mart cards at the door again. This is a company wide update. Nov. 2023.Overall, this is a pretty decent bimart. I love the selection of things they have for camping, hunting, and fishing.

Bi-mART HAS ALWAYS BEEN ONE OF MY FAVORITE STOREs. They have a variety of things to make a smooth running home. And they still carry guns and ammo. It's employee owned by the people who work there. Thanks bi-mART FOR A LOT OF GOOD Years together...

The JC store is my favorite of the group of local BiMarts. Friendly knowledgeable staff, good selection of especially auto, plumbing, and hardware stock. However the BiMart stores over all are increasingly disappointing and here's why. Special prices now offered far more for prepared foods and junk foods than staples. Outdoor wear and accessories, such as boots, lean way more toward men's instead of women's, hey BiMart WOMEN need good outdoor boots too - and the sox to wear in them! Formerly, small appliances were priced more affordably but now even the sales prices are inching way up. Then lately the online sale flyers have confusing and contradictory pricing plus some items in store don't match the sale flyer in-store price. Some backyard poultry products are priced at DOUBLE local feed store prices, and worse are very often out of stock/not re-stocked sorry BiMart but my hens do not comprehend often-empty shelves! And as for wild bird supplies, yikes - overpriced even on sale! BiMart yes you COULD compete with the local Tractor Supply store - please do so with northwest and local brands, okay?! And with more competitive prices!

Tis the time of year for markdowns. Great deals from the Christmas stock and spring is in the air... The transitions are neat and tidy and the employees more than eager to put down the stocking and help with your project or locating items. Year by year the clothing selection gets better as their diy gets more "user level" the good news is B and I hardware is across the street. My suggestion, hit Bi-mart first the the hardware store. Your wallet will thank you.

Employee was great so this doesn't reflect him just reflects Bi-Mart as a company. Wait times for background checks for firearms.... you might read that and say not their fault, the state blah blah blah. But I recently discovered the reason the wait times are a month+ when you buy at Bi-Mart is because they don't do their customers the service of calling in the information they dump it into the system and let it clear whenever it clears... that's not customer service that's not caring about customers. Other dealers call the forms in and usually have your purchase to you in 24 hours on applicable business days.

This store is locally owned by the employees. The store is always clean and the cashier's are friendly. They are a mini department store with items ranging from garden products to groceries to electronics. It is always a go to store for all your shopping needs. They have "lucky number Tuesday" where you can win items with the number on your membership card. . memberships are $5 and are for your lifetime. Prizes are different each week and more than one prize is available. Numbers are unique to the store you first got your membership at. They now have a way to order online and pick it up at the store, sometimes same day. There are cyber deals where you get an awesome feal but can only buy the items on their website. Bi Mart is local, great prices and conveniently located in neighborhoods all over Lane County and farther.

A typical bi-mart. They have a slight unique variety of items and brands that seem to have a pretty good quality. They sell a brand of miniature dill pickles that are really good. They have changed their brand or the label but, taste just as good as it used to. They have bathrooms and all the workers are very helpful. They have everything from fishing and basic sporting supplies to pet food, human food, clothing section and cosmetics and hygiene. You can grocery shop and get all the things you need around the house. Oh yeah they even have a kitchen section and electronics department. Basically how things used to be with department stores lol.

Okay so my family has gone there for 29 years; always loved this member owned store....Until now. So we endured closing the pharmacy and having to deal with a very over loaded Safeway.Now they quit taking bulk cans (144 per visit) and put in 3 small recycling machines. This is very time consuming with waiting for an open machine, jamming and full machines.There are much easier methods to collect and count the items, if they have been shorted (honor system).I've lived in Iowa and California where the recycling systems arr so simplified....this isn't rocket science...come on.

It’s not very often you go into a store these days and find employees with smiles and doing their jobs happy.. I found that here today and great prices too! All the employees were very helpful and kind.

5 stars because I love Bi-Mart and having a store so close, plus I won Jerky on lucky number Tuesday.I have anxiety about going into stores with crowds so I waited until near closing.I didn't want to get just my free item so I picked up toilet paper and coffee too..I saw the teller from Hawaii who is so friendly and he had a customer so I bought chips.. he still had his customer so I went to the gal who is not pleasant with me traditionally.I said how much I loved their Hawaiian coffee.No response. I mentioned that I won Jerky and asked which one she thought was best.. either this or that, the two choices available..Her tone with me got me flustered.. I began to get hasty to end the transaction.. I slid my card too soon and was chastised."Next time wait until I am finished with the transaction"I looked all through my wallet for my card and nearly had a panic attack with the stress and anxiety that came during my transaction.Some folks only interaction with people are in a store.I like making an effort to be friendly, pleasant and kind.Some store clerks seem to make me feel that I am an irritant and a bother and it really can send me in a downward spiral emotionally.."Kindness is the finest" ♡ Shell

Bi-Mart is a really good store they have several different things in there from stuff Automotive, Electronics, Sporting Goods, Household accessories a nice Pharmacy plus a variety of other things. I can find items a lot cheaper there then at other bigger stores. Definitely one of the stores I like to shop at and the employees I've always been very nice and helpful.
