This is a great place to stay for a short visit while Cat fishing or hunting. It's quiet and cozy. No frills, not much to do other than hunting or fishing. There is a liquor store, bait and tackle store and a country store, marijuana shop and lots of DIRT . I wouldn't recommend staying during August it's HOT as HELL over there ! The Motel Manager Debbie ( I believ e was her name ) was really super sweet and helpful, though not present most of my stay. She did leave a number to reach her at as she lives "around the corner ". THANKS FOR A QUIET, RELAXING RESPITE !!

The whole place is neat and clean. And the bakery smelled so yummy. But it was the owner that was the best part. She was perk and enthusiastic but NOT to the point of being pushy. And her treats ARE just amazing!! Prices are good too.

My fishing buddies and I very much enjoyed our stay at Wayne and Dottie's cabins.It's everything you need for a comfortable night of rest after a longday on the river.Clean, quiet and affordable.

Awful, we booked a house for seven the night before they cancelled us and offered 3 so called cabins which were run down hotel rooms. Unsafe for my young grand children which left us with no place to staywe ended up having to drive a extra half hour from our destination because the double booked.. and the only response was "we tried to make it right.." not hardly. I will never stay here nor refer this place to anyone...

Not the greatest but not many places to stay in Huntington. A little money invested could make this a nice place. If they want to give you room 7 do not stay here.

Ok so I can totally see potential in this place but I definitely feel like it needs some TLC oven had no numbers on it so couldn't tell any settings towels were stained there wasn't a mirror in the bathroom or anywhere for that matterThe lady met with us very briefly charged us $70 all we had was $80 she gave us $7 said she would return with the $3 in a few and we never saw her again lol no window covering in the bathroom plus the shower curtain kept falling down it had hairs in the shower plus the shower head is 5'3 at best and is outdated to say the least no vending machines store nearby closes early no ice machines I don't think it's a total bust but definitely not worth $70 a night

We have stayed for hunting season a couple of times. It's comfy, close to the library, and the cafe a block away has good food and good service.

I have not stayed here. It does have 7 units with kitchenette. Kid and pet friendly. Restaurant, bar and convenient store near by.
