Bought online some discus fish but I have to move out so must cancel the purchase. The seller accepted the cancellation, and promised a refund of my $1200 but it never happened. After 20 days, the seller try to charge a 20% restocking fee (nothing ever shipped). After a month, the seller from this affordable pet solution dare me to charge back with Paypal because they know Paypal do not cover live stock charge back. Got to call my bank and get the money back. Wasting a month for this try-to-rip-off seller. Beware when u buy online from this seller.

I paid David Heppner of Affordable Pet Solutions, $1200 for some fish in Dec of 2013 (almost 6 months ago) and the only thing i got in return was excuses after excuses after excuses. Never shipped my fish and is extremely difficult to contact. Extremely bad customer service. I paid him $1200 and he doesn't even respond to my calls/texts/emails. Be careful doing business with this seller, didn't ship my fish and refuses to refund my money, beware, THIEF/SCAMMER !!!
