I love stopping at this store every chance I get. Each one has something different that I just have to have. Their varity dept always has something and the frozen food department is always stocked with a variety of good deals on good meals. Oh, and the staff is very friendly and patient. : +)

This grocery outlet is always clean and organized. Staff is friendly and always fast. I look forward to saving money and finding good deals. I do not recommend the produce tho unless you plan on using it immediately after purchase. Love this store and staff!

Today my niece and I were taking in cans, we do all the time, we were waiting our turn when this guy came up behind me telling us we had to leave he wouldn't take our can because they were dripping water now he's yelling at us to get out of his store, I told him he didn't have to be so rude . Then he said I wouldn't come into your home and do that yelling he was going to have to pay someone to clean it up then told us don't come back in either. If I could rate in the negative I would.

Great store for people that like shopping with a sense of uncertainty. These stores often change their selection of merchandise so you never know what you will find. Prices are good and they usually have what you need, even if it is a brand you are not familiar with. Great place to shop if you want to experience products from areas outside your normal travels.

Burns and Hines has needed a grocer like this to come in and shake up the competition. Having lived in Hines for years I would have dearly loved to have had Grocery Outlet in the community at the time, as whenever I'd come to one in LaGrande, Portland, Bend, Florence, Ontario, wherever in Oregon, I'd find myself parking to shop and stock up on good deals from fresh produce to organic goods.Had a chance a year ago to drive out and visit my friends in Hines. While there I visited and shopped this Grocery Outlet. Outstanding! Clean, well stocked, busy, fine deals, friendly clerks and managers, nicely done! Am really happy for my friends back in Burns and Hines, as this store is a real asset for the communities and the county. May they continue to live long and prosper.

Awesome price on 93/7 organic ground beef 1 pound 3.99. All the prices in the store I looked at were a good deal, it reminds me of a save a lot store or Aldi. Wish one of these was in Texas!

Love the store but there is one very rude employee (on 2 separate occasions) management didn't seem too concerned. They will lose.my family as customers if they are ok with unprofessional workers.

This grocery outlet has a better selection than most that I've been in the prices are freaking great, I mean like where else can you get a 3 gallon tub of ice cream for like 8 bucks.
