This pharmacy has the worst customer service in Hermiston. Particularly a cashier today name Flor was the last straw. I will transfer all my prescriptions to a different pharmacy. Flor should not work with customers period. Her answer to any problem while rolling her eyes is, “This is not my fault, I’m just a cashier!” No one else is friendly to deal with either. But Flor is an idiot.

I called to see if my prescription was ready and was put on hold 4 different times and no I did not hang up the secretary took so long to answer it started ringing again and each time she answered she just put me on hold again

I remember why I stopped going to Safeway pharmacy. Unfortunately my regular pharmacy was out of the medicine I needed for my son and Safeway had it in stock. I called to check the status and the women was beyond rude with the worst attitude during the call. Asked me a question then put me on hold without listening to my answers and informing me she was doing so. I have never had a good experience with Safeway pharmacy.

Pharmacists are wonderful. A couple technicians have poor attitudes. I transferred to Safeway from Rite Aid and has been overall good service. Wait times aren’t too bad.

The worst. I've given this pharmacy 6 chances to figure it out. At this point I receive the text that my 90 day prescription is ready and I call them to read their own notes to fill it correctly. They tell me it will be a few days and this time now I've been waiting 8 days, a total of 14 days. So now I've run out. If you like having to tell your pharmacy how to fill prescriptions and it's okay if you run out for days, then this is the place for you!

I've used this pharmacy for 8 years and I have never been disappointed until now. Rude employees and it takes a minimum of 4 hours to get a prescription filled. THEN you better double check that they didn't miss any or gave you the wrong ones.

By far the worst pharmacy I’ve been too, I call 45-60 min advance and say I’m coming to pick up in a hr, and will still have to wait 45 min when I get there because the billing lady hasn’t done her job yet. And on top of that they are normally rude every step of the way. They need to restaff the entire department

The orders that aren't completely screwed up are rarely ready to be picked up when expected. I just waited 3 days and it wasn't filled, they charged my insurance for the prescription but didn't fill it. What kind scam is this?

Staff is wonderful. However the injection waiting room carpet is disgusting and smelly. Carpet really needs to be replaced. It’s a terrible face to put on otherwise wonderful pharmacy.

This Pharmacy Never Gets Any Of My Orders Right And They Are Always Rude ◽ I Have 2 Different Mental Illnesses And I Need These People To Get My Orders Correct Every Time ◽ Without The Right Orders I Don't Have The Right Medication For My Mental Health Needs ◽ This Is Very Frustrating Because They Are The Only Pharmacy In Hermiston Since Bi Mart Pharmacy Closed Down

I've been going to Safeway Pharmacy for 13 years, the staff is always friendly and when I bring in a script it normally takes about 15-20 minutes to fill.

Always a line regardless.45 minutes to give 3 people their prescriptions.Typically 5 people there and only one person actually working while other vs or gab with people in the store. total waste of time.

Everytime I go, I have to wait in line for at least half an hour. Then my scripts are never ready, and when they are...I have to wait in line all over again for another half hour minimum. There’s always 10 people there talking and laughing it up, but one person helping people. It’s the worst.

Whoever is running the desk and checks people out or even awnsers the phone always sound like they hate there jobs and everyday is a terrible day and they do nothing but give you attitude and are rude with there tones
