I changed the type of mask for my CPAP when I restarted my cpap therapy. The old ones dried my nose too much. This 2 months ago. When I returned home and setting the machine up I realized they did not supply the new head strap, which in completely different. I called and was told that in one week I would qualify for a new head band. So I dug out my old one and went to pick up one of the old style nose pads. The following week I went and picked up the new head band and things were ok. Last week I went to pick up my monthly supplies. When I returned home I realized they had given me the wrong nose pads again. I called but there was no answer, and it was during business hours. I tried two more times before I was able to reach someone. I explained the problem and the lady put me on hold for a bit and when she returned to the line she said I could come in on Monday (today) to pick up the correct supplies. I had someone go for me because I was studying. I sent both new ones, the packing slip, and an old correct one. My partner gets there and is told I need to call in advance when I need to exchange and so they would not exchange for the correct pads. I did call, I was told to come in. But because everyone wants to be a boss or the one in control, they forget that they are in a customer based business, those items do not belong to them, they belong to the company. As soon as I find out who to contact to submit a formal complaint I will. If I had anyplace else to go, I would. Even my Dr and her MA made comments on how rude they were there when they called to help clarify info for me. I was going to buy a pair of compression socks but they had them for $40 same item I purchased online for $10. So beyond being rude, unorganized, and controlling, they are over-priced.

My husband came home on oxygen which was given to him at hospital. Our Dr ordered for a humidifier to attach to machine. I called 2 times last week for someone to deliver to our home. Today he got a call to see if he is going to need oxygen within his 30 days! I called them back to tell them not to bother to bring humidifier since they can’t seem to bring it and we better not be charged for it.I will go to Tri Cities for any more medical supplies needed for my husband and our family.Do Not go here

I was looking for a part that my dog had chewed up and I talked with the respiratory therapist Jan. The CPAP they prescribed and fitted me for the mask did wonders for me. I had forgotten how bad I was 5 years ago before I did the sleep study prior to major surgery. Needed to say that.

We've been in for ER care as well as surgeries. We've always had great care in both regards. ER doc took our sons asthma very serious and took excellent care of him. Dr. Crum replaced my husband's hip and the care he received in comparison to Lourdes was AMAZING! Nurses seem relaxed and attentive also they LISTEN which is nice.

If you're after a perfectly dreadful customer service experience this place is for you! How do you rate for ZERO stars? The only efforts being given here are efforts in rudeness, which they find effortless. If you hate your job, if you just hate other people, I get it, I will have some sympathy.Maybe consider looking into one of the many help wanted ads in our community that do not require you to have social interactions with the public? Treating people how you evidently feel inside will not win you any fans nor any business. Good Shepherd shouldn't be affiliated with such an unprofessional place.I see some other reviews about the hospital that are positive reviews. This review has nothing to do with the Good Shepherd Medical Center or Hospital. This is about the awful customer service being perpetrated down the street at the medical supply building on 11th street in Hermiston, OR.

Purchasing supplies for my sons Breathing machine I had my son with me , he is non verbal disabled. He was looking around touched a few things, an employee behind the counter said dont touch things. My son was upset because I had to say you cant touch things. She was rude about it just blurted it out made my son feel upset, very unproffessional.

So great place for medical supplies! The people are super helpful and so nice.I forgot to pack the power cord for my CPAP for my trip. I though I would be ok a couple nights without it but after the first night. Soar throat, massive headache, broken sleep. They had one for a great price! SO greatful!!!

There's a reason Umatilla County residents call this hospital 'Death Shepherd' and get their medical treatments in Pendleton, Tri-Cities and Walla Walla. This place is a joke, the doctors are inept liars and their record keeping is abysmal. If you value your health, stay as far away as humanly possible!
