I’ll give this two stars for existing and having what we needed but other than that this is absolutely the dirtiest dollar tree I’ve ever been to.Things streamed everywhere and the floors so gross in my shoes I still didn’t want to walk on them.If I would have needed the restroom I would have waited.From the looks of the mess I can’t imagine this is a one day experience. This looks like a tornado swept through while the staff was napping.

For a very cheap and convenient store, I cannot complain! They get what they get and they have what they have. And they have almost everything you need for a household in the way of little things. They don't have of course TVs because those aren't $1.25 . But everything else you need that are in the price range of $0 and $1.25 are there! Also, there's always employees that are smiling 👍☺️ Good all the way around!

This is thee WORST place to shop. I'm not sure about any of the other stores but the one in hermiston is absolutely HORRIBLE. DO NOT GO THERE unless you want to be followed around with the manager having employees grab at your purse demanding that you give them whatever you got that's "good" inside of it. Most unpleasant experience of my LIFE! I have NEVER been thru something so ridiculous in my life! Not sure but I am almost positive one was on some kinda drug because she kept trying to do acrobatics with her tongue outside of her mouth. Yeah, you read that right. I will NEVER go there again. Seriously, use caution if you do.

Today, as i walked in, i noticed the line was so long with only one checker. They finally called another one in after a few min. But still, after shopping and taking my time, the lines were still so long, and they didn't move fast at all. When it was our turn , i noticed our checker hadn't said like 2 words to anyone! So i put my own recyclable bag on top of my couple of items so she could use my bag. Well, Brenda (was her name) looked at me and said, " Can you pick your bag up?" I was like, OK, so i did then put it down where she bags the stuff, but oh no, she didn't bag my stuff i had to. Not that my arms are broke or anything it's just the attitude i got from her. It was like she thought she was better than everyone!! Sorry, Brenda, we all put our pants on the same way. So, with that said, i will pray for you to be better to your customers! On a happier note, I found these cute bags to put my peanut brittle in. Love them how they work good.

who doesnt love dollar tree? BUTTTTT this one is SO unorganized and willy nilly . Crew gets annoyed with "where are your ???" Oh I would buy it if it was where it belongs. Also, watched a dizzy customer (elderly female) ask to sit down and was told there was no place and went on cashiering. How bout the manager office chair when urgent? came off as "who cares" I made sure she got to her car........................

Generally has helpful and friendly staff. Wait times for checkout lines can sometimes be longer than desired but usually not. The majority if the time there is good variety of inventory. Could improve on public restroom cleanliness.

Dollar tree any day is chaos, and then you add December and Christmas and doesn't take long to look like an atomic bomb went off. However, there were several associates working on the floor trying to keep the mess cleaned up stock put out and so far everybody was friendly and nice and helpful it was a great experience today.

I've always loved this type of retail store. People were friendly & and it most likely because here you always feel you're getting a fair deal. It's fun to look for these treasures. The staff look really tired but always as nice as anyone could be after working as they do.

Come here all the time and bring my toddler too! I've alway asked for a dollar in quarters for her to use their quarter machines and today the lady was rude and disrespectful and said we don't do that here. Well your wrong and you just lost a long time customer for how you spoke to us and treated us over a dollar in quarters. Customer service is certainly declining here!

Dislike is a harsh description y'all. I'm afraid I can't really offer an educated evaluation because I didn't actually go inside. My beautiful wife was looking for occasion cards and waited in the truck.I'm guessing it's what y'all would expect... lots of cheap import... stuff. Hmm 🤔 imagine that.

Have alot of items for parties, decorating that make it affordable.Cleaning supplies/ household items/ items to keep kids busy.But my most go to item there are cards. Only 50c to $1. So much more inexpensive than other places.

I have noticed their customer service decline so much over the last couple months. I always come and buy massive amounts of stuff for my business and was shocked on how rude the gentlemen was he didn’t even wrap my wine glasses in paper. Just shocked in their lack of customer service.

Love this Dollar Tree! It's stocked with everything you need from party supplies to household items. Customer service is also great! Every employee at this store is helpful and has a smile when you ask for help finding a product.

Stores really need to be cleaned. Lagrande store is horrible dirty and so much laying all over the floor. Hermiston a little better but not much. Isles blocked with carts of things to be stocked in both stores.

It's a dollar tree, so you know what you get. Some things are a good deal compared to other stores and other things are over priced compared to other stores even if just a dollar. The store was a mess as a lot of items misplaced and the whole store looked unorganized.

I love Dollar Tree. I love it so much, I wish it was bigger so there were many more items for me to impulsively spend my money on. Dollar Tree is a store full treasures, awesome $1 treasures.
