#broyhill 72.5in electric fireplace. Only need a couple of hand tools. Everything is pre-drilled and it's pretty self-explanatory. Unfortunately, the pieces weren't cut square in our kit, and there is a visible 1/2in gap between the fireplace frame and the book ends because of mismatched lengths. The doors have beautiful metal screen insets but unfortunately, because of the mismatched lengths the doors tilt inward. My last "grrr" (irritation) is that the fireplace controls don't work both directions. If you set the temp at 68 and you want to change it to 69 you have to press the button 28 times 67, 66, 65, 64..... until you reach the lowest setting and then it resets to hi, 89, 88, 87, 86...... I mean it's minor but it's 2023 and I'm no longer impressed with 1980 tech.

J@¢k@$$ Jay Inslee, being the governor of Washington State, I don't SHOP much in it... taxes are too high, and the dumb@$$ is always trying to raise 'em some more. Can y'all say "taxed enough already"?Fortunately, I live less than an hour from the Oregon border, and Hermiston.We went to the Hermiston Plaza to do a bit of Christmas shopping. Found some reasonably priced, off-the-wall kind of stuff that we HOPE is unique enough to impress the ones on our list.Big Lots is a bit of a blessing in one respect and a bit of a 'letdown' in another.The aisle to checkout is somewhat confusing, but the holiday staff is courteous, respectfull and efficient.We were able to find gifts for MOST on our list for less than $25.00...and, no sales tax!Gotta say... giddy up.

I hate when somewhere advertises a big Clearance blowout and the stuff on Clearance is marked down...example; was $25.. Now only $24!!! Not a clearance price. Half off is a minimum for clearance!! C'mon!

It's been a long time since I was in a Big Lot's. I must say they have come a long way if this store is an example. The store was well stocked with some extraordinary sales. The store was clean and well organized. Staff was efficient and helpful. I am impressed and will be back. Thanks!

Hot and cold experience. Went to buy a mattress as they had the best price in town. Waited 15min for the furniture person to finishe with someone who bought nothing, then she HAD to take her break. Another very nice fella came and got it and loaded it while we waited for her. We paid and left. One great employee one who was mediocre at best... but a good price.

Yes I do like Big lots of employees are really helpful I was in a wheelchair this next this new year I lost my leg and the people there were absolutely helpful I love everything about Big lots their employees are just friendly and helping and help me a lot so we love them I will tell everybody to go shopping there.

New layout at the register is a complete bummer. I've always spent 200 to 400 monthly and now I hate going because check out is a 1000 x worse than before and it wasn't all that good then. They definitely don't want anyone buying very much at a time!

The store had a great verity of items to chose from! Though I thought that the prices where as high as any other store! Though I thought that "Big lots" was a kind of store that you can get name brand products for a fraction of the price. Though when I cas there today I felt that the prices where as much as Walmart or any other store for that matter!

Ordered furniture and they gave us a date but they didn't stick to it and they made excuses until I canceled our order and got a refund. No one even tried to contact us back when we were contacting them.

I could spend a lot of $$ here. Lots of fun merchandise. It's probably just me but it seems like prices have gone up for everything. Even at Big Lots. But their shelves are stocked.

Hermiston store filled to brim with merchandise. Mostly noticed Holiday items overflowing their shelves. Narrow isles, many blocked with objects to limit direction of customer flow. Went from one end to another to find gift bags, wrapping paper, tape, cards... On way to event and thought it would be simple.. Layout of this store seemed confusing. Had to ask several times where to find items that should be located together. Staff helpful and sweet. Others shopping also appeared frustrated.
