I’ve been going in there a long time I went in there this morning Monday the 14th I got a few things. I also got two tall Budweiser‘s.I have one every afternoon it’s been 2 for 7$ I got several other things their prices are high, but they are very convenient and everybody’s been nice. I looked at my receipt and I did not get the discount for the two I went back in the young lady took the receipt went talk to somebody in the back she came back. She handed me the receipt and said that’s not part of the sale. I told her I’ve been getting them two for seven dollars for weeks. She said not part of the sale walked away she would not even talk to me in a rude manner. It will not hurt their bottom line that I will not ever buy anything there again it’s out of the way, but unfortunately, or fortunately, I’m a man, a principal and I stick behind them. I will not give my money to somebody just rude to me.I’ve been going in there for years three or four times a week

Apparently zero isn't an option! I went into this location this morning. There was a crew there working on machines. I got nosey and looked where they were working and that is completely unsanitary and as a manager myself you should be ashamed of allowing your store to look like that regardless if that spot is covered by a machine or not! Its called DAILY CLEANING! You should all be fired for allowing that to occur in your location. I WILL NEVER go back in there to get anything let alone hot food or slurpee's and I will gladly let everyone know as to why!!!

No words can describe the pure lack of common decency and just awful rude behavior from the manager there, she is a complete windbag who does nothing but belittle her staff by basically bullying them either to their face or behnd their backs. I was in utter shock some of the things she was saying to me during the interview process. I never have had a manager tell a potential employee that she is trying to " get rid" of some people there just because she doesn't like there a work or claimed they were incompetent and would verbally assault them for asking questions.. her hole tone when talking to them or even me was just awful , she talked to you as if you were stupid and has no knowledge of how a manager should run a proper store with out insulting everyone who is doing their best with what they have as a store manager. I was offered the position but after that frightening ordeal I just ignored her calls and texts messages.

If I could, I’d give this location specifically a zero star rating. There’s been on multiple occasions with multiple cashiers, who've been disrespectful and rude. A certain employer called me, to follow up on my compliant I filed with another cashier, and basically victim shamed, and made me feel as if my complaint with a certain cashier was personal, and not professional like I intended it to be. I told this person that I felt disrespected because the cashier would make offensive comments and complain about their job and having to cash us out all the time. Mind you, my family and I are frequent shoppers at 7-11 and has put in a fair amount of cash into buying from them. I let their comments slide multiple times, giving them chance after chance to not make any offensive comments towards us, and continued on with doing so.

Called so many times to ask if they had puppy food no answer what so ever show up at the store there are 2 male employees not one customer don’t understand why they even have a business phone that would of saved me a tripWhat doesn’t sound right???Them not answering the phone or you guys not having puppy food either way I know not to ever call

this store has been out of the cheese for the nachos and hotdogs for over 3 weeks....they have also been out of the white zero ultra monster drinks for atleast 2 weeks. hot dog buns were not warm and were hard and stale.

Was not impressed in the store at all. I went in for a hotdog and they didn’t even have half of the condiments you would need for a hotdog. When asking the worker about it he was rude and said they are all out and would not help us any further with it. The worker there was very rude the entire time no customer service whatsoever will be calling and complaining to the managers about this. If you work in customer service learn some customer service

This store always makes a fresh pot of coffee when you ask... Except for today. The lady refused to make a fresh pot. She said they only do that before 10 am. Total disappointment
