So far both my visits here have been pleasant. We have a bearded dragon and are quite happy that they carry live Dubia roaches and super worms. They were alive and healthy insects. So hard to find a place that sells good insects.

I ended up stumbling upon this store and am glad I did. The staff are all quite friendly, and the store is clean and tidy. They also have shredded beet pulp which is fantastic! I usually go to Wilco, but over the last several months, they are consistently out of beet pulp, so I am glad to have found a store that supplies it.

Well established, nice variety of healthier food brands. Well stocked with interesting pet supplies. Willing to order for you if they don't have something you want. Prices competitive.Good customer service. I like this store. For some folks it's location in Forest Grove might be out of the way. However, I've noticed this last year , it's getting to be quite busy in the area.

I've been buying chicken feed, dog food and bird food here for years. All the staff are nice and they load heavy bags into my vehicle for me. I've never had a bad experience here.

I just called and asked if they had miracle nipples. The man who answered the phone didn't know what it was, so I explained that I need a syringe with a rubber nipple on it. He said they have a bunch of different kinds of bottles and syringes like that. I go in and there's one bottle kit and 5 syringes. No tops. Nothing to attach. I explain to the woman helping me that I had just called and the man I talked to said they had a large variety to choose from. No apologies, she just argued with me instead and told me that's not what he said. 🤣Horrible customer service.Not to mention the prices are ridiculous. Even their feeder fish are expensive. Save yourself money and stick with PetSmart. Or go to aloha feed. It's worth the drive.
