My family uses WAGS a lot for various needs. It’s boutique-y, but in a really good way. Welcoming to all, but not horrible fluorescents like a pet smart. They have a reasonable selection and lots of little opportunities for clients to have a quality experience.Thank you for being around!

Well stocked high end dog and cat store with friendly employees. My dog was given treats and I was given help fitting a harness in store. Prices were all comparable to buying the same brand online direct, and with no shipping and the chance to try things on and play with toys before buying.

The people here are wonderful and you can tell they really care about animals. Brought our pup in for her birthday and let her pick out a toy and treat. Good times.

Lovely dog store. We needed a new harness and double latch leash for our pup. They were very patient with us as we he tried on numerous harnesses. We went with the orange ruffware, love it! We also got him a toy from their large selection, as well as, a cupcake from their dog bakery. It came with a candle because he turned 1! Would definitely come back if in the area.

If you're shopping for dog things anywhere else you're missing out. Pretty much everything in the store is what I (a dog trainer, Pupgrade Dog Training) would stock myself in my canine centered store. Great selection of items that trainer approved and a whole slew of food and treat choices that are fantastic. Plus the staff are happy to check if they can special order stuff for you if you don't see what you need. I don't go anywhere else because there is just no need!

Love local pet stores! Wags is amazing for single ingredient dog snacks, we got turkey feet there last week and my pup was all about them! I took my mom and she really enjoyed the selection of raw frozen foods. They even opened up a box so we could see how it was packaged.

I thought this store was small and cozy. They had what I wanted. I loved the staff especially when they acknowledge me when I walked through the door! I also love the bin of treats that you get just one or a couple ( it helps when you have fussy dogs)!

I hadn't been to Wags since they moved stores until today, and WOW! It's probably 3x the size with an awesome selection of food, apparel, and all sorts of toys and gear. The staff was also super friendly and helpful! I can't wait to come back with our puppy once he's fully-vaccinated 🐕

This place is wonderful! They carry safe and ethical products, the staff is very knowledgeable, and their birthday cakes are darling! I don't know if the doors were easy to open from a wheelchair as they were propped open, but the ride in was smooth.

We took our dog in and this was the first “pet store” that she felt comfortable walking around in! Quite the miracle. They have a wide selection of food/treats (our primary goal for the trip) and a pastry case as well. So cute! I wish they had a bit more toy variety but we have enough of those anyway. They also have a selection of harnesses and jackets which are going to come back for. The employees were nice and gave our dog lots of love and a couple of allergen free treats. It’s a bit of a drive for us but we are definitely coming back!

I accidentally bought dog food here for my cats. Even though I had opened one of the bags, they graciously let me return both, I exchanged one and they refunded the other. This is the kind of amazing customer service that surprises and delights customers and keeps them coming back. Will be back here for the great service, great products and good vibes.

Superb little pet warehouse. Staff is always so helpful and great listeners. Great selection of dog food with is awesome because out dog gets bored of food easy. They also are so good of no hassle returns of the dogs don't like the food or have allergies. Great raw and wet food options. Great experience everytime I step foot into this place.

I love this place. I needed a no pull leash for my dog, and they helped me out and even let him try it on and let us walk around the store. Also, they have shoes- and showed me how to put them on and also let him walk around with them on. The employees are very attentive to their customers and are super friendly. They make sure you get what you need.

I highly recommend Wags....They have a very good selection of quality foods for cats and the staff will graciously special order anything they don't have in the store (it's not a huge store so they cannot carry everything; my one wish would be for an expanded selection of cat foods). I have been especially impressed with 2 employees there who are very knowledgable, friendly, and provide great customer service. My cats and I thank you, Wags!

Wags is a great place! We were looking for dog shoes and we were helped by a knowledgeable young lady. She fit the shoes on our dog perfectly. It's a fun place and they have a wonderful selection of collars, treats - just about everything to pamper your Furbaby!

Love Wags! We've been going here since we moved to Eugene in 2012. Always friendly. If you ever have an issue with a product, even food, they happily return or exchange it. We had the hardest time trying to find a food that didn't break our dog out. They worked diligently with us and we FINALLY found Acana grain free that worked!!! They also sell an amazing no pull shoulder harness. Best harness ever invented!

Staff is always so incredibly helpful! I love their selection of goods and how you can special order a product from a brand that they carry but might not have on the shelves, for example Small Batch freeze-dried patties!

Bella just LOVES when we stop by here! They have treats!! LOL She did have to show off her latest trick to get one, her beg!It was her birthday last month, so, we got her her free birthday treat! Also, got her some wheat free pumpkin biscuits!She enjoyed sniffing everything, as she always does when we visit.

They special order my dog food for me, and even keep track of my purchases. My dogs LOVE going in and getting treats from the staff. They only stock good products, and it's locally owned!
