I've been a loyal customer for years and have had numerous interactions with staff at several locations from TMOBILE. I gotta say the crew of Isaac and Eric aka the Dynamic Duo on staff for my last 3 in office visits were absolutely the best and most helpful team around. Solved all my problems, answered all my questions, got my new phones, upgraded my services and added peripheral items all without missing a beat and saved me money. The place was packed and they handled everything with absolute professionalism and team work. Isaac absolutely was on top of his game and Eric, even being a new employee, still in training, handled it like a champ.No wonder people are switching to TMOBILE, when you have great service and great, informed, super helpful and friendly staff like this. Keep up the outstanding work. Thanks guys.

Went in right before Christmas to switch to T-Mobile. Found out my phone had a security feature that required an hour long wait before it would allow a transfer. Brandon stayed an extra hour after his shift to be able waive the transfer fees (despite his ride already being there to pick him up after his 11 hour shift). Saul ended up staying 45 minutes after close to get the new phones updated and the data transferred from all 4 phones. Both weee very friendly and nice throughout the whole process, even during the time we literally had to stand there and watch the hour timer countdown on my phone.I previously had AT&T and have been to several Eugene stores over the years and received poor service and extras added to my account that I specifically turned down. I was worried about going into the store but they made it a great experience and they got me the best deal.Definitely recommend!

Eric, Mike and Amadou did a great job setting up my phone and internet. When I got home I was able to set up the 5G internet and connect my security cameras and other devices easily. They did the hard parts.

Amazing humans. Shout of to Saul, Isaac, Saul and Brandon. Been a customer for years and have never been treated with so much respect and kindness. Isaac and Saul got us into a really good plan that upgraded everyone’s phone. Service was welcoming, professional and even sat with us for hours to make sure any questions I had were 100000% answered. Everything was perfect, correct and functioning properly before we left! Also the store was super clean and they provided hand sanitizer. ❤️

The manager of the store told me that I could get an upgrade to an iPhone 15, free Apple Watch and over $250 of in store credit if I just paid off and traded in my iPhone 13. I asked him, very specifically, if there would be any other charges and he said “no”.I paid it off and he gathered all the cool, new stuff in a pile on the counter in front of me. Then he said “oh, we would also need a $600 down payment for this to go through”. Then he explained how it was just a thing due to credit, past history with the company blah blah blah.I’m upset because he should have mentioned this when I asked about any other charges. He should have said “well it will depended on your credit, past history with the company blah blah blah”. Instead he did a bait and switch. Completely dishonest and theft in my opinion. He also bragged about being with AT&T for eleven years as a store manager. So then why didn’t he know what he was doing and mention other possible charges🤔Six days later and I’m STILL trying to get my $252 refunded by T mobile. AVOID this store if you don’t want to be scammed and stolen from!

Hi! A little over a week ago, I switched from AT&T to T-Mobile….and it was the best decision ever! Paying less and got an iPhone 13 free when I got 2!! The ladies in the store were so wonderful also! Very inviting and talkative! Very much appreciated and I hope you guys can get a pay raise, Brittney and Chantel (I hope I remembered the names right!!) lol you guys were awesome!! Sorry this review is so late lol

Samantha at the West 11th location is very helpful, friendly, and personable. I originally went in simply to get a new screen protector, but decided to ask if I was eligible for a phone upgrade. Turns out I was, and Samantha made the process of getting a new phone very simple and actually quite enjoyable. She did a great job answering all my questions, and in no way did I ever feel like she was pressuring me into a sale. My interactions with other staff members at this location have also always been helpful and friendly. Thank you again Samantha!

My experience at the 11 th street location was ridiculous. The management present said "oh you got a defective phone" and then told me they couldn't replace it since it had a small nick. Their totally rude demeanor seemed to indicate they were was obtaining some machiavellian pleasure in their position. (I don't know their pronouns)The phone. So you're saying manager or supervisor with your pink streaks and cold service that I received a dud phone, bad from the start. That's like selling someone a car that has a bad alternator and battery and electrical system and telling them hey, you drove it out of the lot so too bad, beat it.The phone is less than 4 months old.I'm searching for other carriers. I felt bad for the other person who was initially helping me. T mobile in general has been a nightmare of mistakes and bad service in store, and yeah I get service is stretched thin. This in store service was the final deal breaker. Bye to over 20 years of hair pulling bad experiences t mobile.

They said that I could get 2 free phones for switching over to t mobile, but turns out the phones were not free. They did not offer the free gift, or the $30/mo. internet to me like they did for the customer before me. Other than that, the experience was ok.Update 10/6/22 - Downgrading to 1 star because they told me at the store I could get 2 new phones AND a rebate to pay off my old phones. T-mobile headquarters called me and said those 2 offers can't be combined. Turns out the folks at the store can't be trusted to know what deals are available.

I have just recently switched from AT&T to T-MOBILE. Right from the start I could tell a difference in customer service and attention to customers needs. It is refreshing to see representatives taking the time to make sure your happy. Chantel and her crew have really gone out of their way to making the switch a great one. They were honest about what me and my family needed and took the time to explain the services so that there will be no surprises. Pro staff! Very friendly! 10/10 when it comes to simply being a proper employee. James, the store manager, seems like an honest, and reliable guy. There was a company error in regards to a 630$ reimbursement. James, as well as the other employees, did everything they could as an employee should, and made things right. Reliable place to go. I definitely recommend. Especially over Verizon.

I have been coming to this store for over 4 years. Unfortunately since about 2022 these new employees have had a terible attitude problem! The tall blond lady and the two bigger ladies have a VERY BAD case of I'm better than you syndrome.About 5 months ago I came into the store to pay my bill after a very long hard days work. I was sore and tired. They had attitude because I wasn't feeling their vibe they spoke under their breath saying sheesh lighten up... and giving very rude body language throughout the entire transaction. I kept my mouth shut and kept my manners through out Hoping this was a one time deal.Basically every single time I've come in to pay my phone bil since that day the regular staff have had the exact same attitude towards me smirks attitude comments under their breath rude forcful body language. Unacceptable I'm a paying customer I don't come to your store to hang out with you and talk trash or to get treated this way. Pooooooor job. I'd fire them.

Shout out to Lalo Hernandez for going above and beyond. Exceptional customer service! My experience could have been an easy dismissal however, Lalo took the time to meet my needs. I understand every customer comes in with a story and agenda and you can be the 4th or 14th customer that day... and as a rep you could choose to display a countenance that can be passive or sluggish but he did the opposite. He exemplified a good attitude and a willingly heart to help!

Awesome customer service! Went in to exchange my broken phone. Donte and Denny were extremely helpful in rescuing all my photos, that otherwise would have been lost, despite the hopeless circumstances. They were really nice and knowledgeable and I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs help.

The team of Victoria and Lalo at the store off West 11th were absolutely amazing. They stayed 45 minutes late to make sure I was getting exactly what I needed to send to my son serving in the military.They are proof that T-mobile's commitment to our military isn't just words.
