My little Jack Russell Terrier,Eddie, loves coming in for Doggy Spa! The raised bathtubs are very nice. Eddie doesn't care for the blow dryer though lol. The nail trimming service is fast and easy. The staff is always so enthusiastic to help and make coming in a real blast. Also, the prices and selection of treats are stellar. There are even fun toys that Eddie loves! I recommend this establishment highly

Such a great place and great price. It was our first time ever at a dog wash and it went amazing thanks to this wonderful place. They have everything you need within reach. And The owner was a super sweet and helpful man. We will definitely be coming back.

I didn't get the attendant's name but they were super duper awesome! Friendly, helpful and explained everything super well! Rocket didn't like it as much but we will be back!

I love this place and it’s people! They always are very kind and helpful in every way possible. My dog managed to find a giant pile of horse, poo and pee and roll in it. It was beyond stinky bad. Suds Em gave me some special shampoo that takes out the smell and another shampoo that helps with taking the stains out of her white fur and also a gentle wash for her face they even provided a bowl of super warm, sudsy water, to soak her harness in along with a scrubber, scrub some of the stuff off of it, I can’t say enough about how wonderful this place is. there’s nothing like it anywhere else!

This place is great! Everyone is super helpful and friendly. They have everything to self bathe and groom our fur baby without the mess at home!And very affordable!The first time we took our (rescue) dog there, she was terrified... they helped us coax her in and loved on her as much as we do. Now, she goes right in, hops up, meets others, gets her nails trimmed without issue and enjoys the yummy treats they provide as rewards.I cannot recommend highly enough!!

Very impressed with the service and friendly staff. Prices are great for nail trim and gland expression.My little senior doggo wasn't happy with any of it, and he will, and HAS, hurt himself in protest anywhere else getting his nails clipped if I can't hold him still during the process.The staff made quick work of his nails, protests and all. They even made an impromptu barrier to keep him from jumping out of the bathing table!I will definitely be taking him back again and would recommend people come and support their local business. Best $20 bucks I've spent in a while.

Just had the best experience here! My poor dog is severely allergic to fleas and after never having an issue with them I was at a loss of what to do. All of the staff was so kind and provided the best information on how to take care of the problem not only for my dog but for my home as well. The pricing was more than fair and the customer service was excellent. I’ll definitely be going back and recommending to friends!!

Our dogs love Suds 'Em Yourself! The bathtubs are huge and easy on your back. They offer multiple types of shampoo and grooming tools to use. You can get your dog's nails trimmed and anal glands expressed. They also offer dog ear cleaning. The dog treat selection is huge and affordable. There are other dog accessories sold that are less expensive than a pet store.(New dog harness for $5) You can save money by buying a bath card. Parking is free and the staff love animals. There is also a separate section for cat washing.

They provide everything to groom your boof. For a little extra, they will help trim their nails too. Pricing is reasonable! Our dog was super stoked on it. 9/10, 5 stars.

If I could give this place a 100 5 Stars I would. The place is awesome. The personnel are incredible. Our little pup loves going there. We have a black 5 month old little lab puppy that just has the greatest time going there and getting taken care of. So thank you guys.. You're awesome, thanks for everything.. Bruce says thanks too.

This place is brilliant! I have a 150lb dog and the tubs were plenty spacious with an easy entry. The staff is also really nice and the atmosphere was laid back. The PAWrice was also super reasonable. I'll show myself out.

They are so good with my boy, he had never had his nails done in time that i have had them because he was so scared but they where able to do it without him freaking out to bad and they let be with him to keep him calm. Other places ive taken previous dogs wouldnt let me be with my pup and then would complain that they were misbehaving. I 110% recommend this place

Great place/prices to wash your dog. Tubs have flat bottoms with non-skid mats edge2edge. (Ive not had a problem with the mats slipping). Treats 4 Ur dog, Great Service Assist, and was only $5 more for a trim 🙂

My filthy swamp beast of a dog doesn't hate this place, so I can't rate it higher. My dog is a sweet girl who loves playing fetch in the biggest mud puddles she can find and also loves hiking in the rain and splashing in puddles.She's also a rescue who is afraid of the world and new experiences. She's come so freaking far in the year that I've had her, but the groomer was just a place that wasn't going to happen.I love how I'm no longer trying to wrangle a terrified dog in my tub at home. This is much safer for both of us. Being able to stand like this seems to also be easier for her anxiety. We tend to go later in the day because she does still cry like she's being murdered, and they tend to put us in the back room. Is this to keep the other dogs from thinking they're next? Probably. Do I mind? Nope.My dog can also be reactive toward men. She's never had an issue with ANY of the men who work here. They take their time when they're around her and let me take charge of the situation. They're also patient with me, someone who can't always wrangle my dog into the tub on the first try. They realize that she's a scared girl who would rather be anywhere else and talk so gently to her. It melts my heart.She's getting better and better each wash, and her anxiety surrounding bath time seems to be decreasing. We still aren't ready for a professional groomer even though she needs it, but I'm absolutely delighted that there is an in-between option.

I have been going to this groomer for almost a year and haven’t had a problem. I was very surprised when I called a few months ago to schedule my three dogs and was told there was a 6wk wait. According to them, COVID had caused people to schedule out their dogs for yo to 12 months. I accepted that fact and scheduled my babes to be groomed. My original appointment was for 10/14. While on vacation I was called and asked to reschedule for the 10/17. I called the morning of the 17th to confirm the time and was told that it was scheduled for the 24th. Upon hearing this I was frustrated and expressed that to the male owner. He was very unapologetic and did not seem to care at all that I had been misinformed and that I had already waited 6 weeks for my dogs to see the groomer. I was very mellow and did not raise my voice at all but simply let him know that I thought it was poor customer service and that I was frustrated. He accused me of yelling at him( crazy that a female sharing her frustration in a calm adult way is misinterpreted as “yelling”)and threatened to simply cancel my appointment all together!!!! That was this owner’s idea of customer service…accuse the customer of yelling and refuse service because someone on your team made an error. I fully understand scheduling errors occur but this owner is sorely lacking in customer service skills. He told me he didn’t want me as a customer if I was going to be upset because of the error….WOW! I really thought this was a great local business to support until this negative experience. He could have turned that whole thing around with some empathy and sincerity. So sad We Suds Em!

(I have a German Shepard/Husky mix 5 month old) Great place to take your dog, especially a big dog that's too difficult to bathe at home. They provide everything you need and are there if you need an extra hand, add in the fact that they will trim your pets nails if you are unable to as well. Treats as an incentive for your dog's is also provided. Overall great place with knowledgeable and friendly staff that you can rest assured you and your pet will get through the dreaded bath time with a little less stress.

It was our first time with our puppy and the staff could not have been more amazing; extremely kind and helpful. Prices are fair and they have a lot of options for shampoo and conditioner, ear cleaner with cotton balls,, and even special soap for your dog's face. All smelled wonderful used natural ingredients like tea tree oil.Also, there are additional goodies like collars, leashes, bones, etc. You can also buy a dog tag and have it sent off for engraving - then it's mailed to you. Lots of cool options.*I did not make an appointment- we used self service. We will be back. 😀

Was my first time here today and I loved it ! I have a 90 pound long haired German Shepard so I prefer not to bathe her in my house. They provided me with shampoo,conditioner and brushes. As well as nail clippers and treats and towels. I blowed dried my dog and she looked fantastic. I payed 15$ for her bath. they also provide you with a apron so you don’t have to get your clothes wet ! will come again 💓

The staff was amazing, very kind and patient with all the dogs! The areas are clean and cleaned between each dog. You have everything needed, cookies, towles, ear cleaner, leashes. They even do their nails for $5! We will for sure be coming back and telling eveyone we know!

I wish I could give them a more positive review than five stars for this place!My dog is horrifically anxious with nail trimming. We have tried every training under the sun, every kind of desensitization, every different kind of nail trimming device. We've taken him to trainers and they've given up on him so getting his nails trimmed has always been a difficult experienceI explained all of this to them and they said no matter what they would get it done and try their hardest and they did and through screams and cries from my poor baby. We were able to get his nails trimmed and filed and cleaned up! They were so kind and patient with him. Such an amazing crew!

First time at a self serve dog wash. Service was exemplary, employees who love their job and truly care. What I loved is how much they checked in on you, and walked you through every step. In the end they also complimented me for the work I did on my dog, that meant a lot.
