One star to cover three complaints. 1)Website is terrible; despite selecting my store (and clicking through on Google to that specific store) every page every search on the website shifts me to a store an hour distant. Have complained to mgmt, does no good. Website upselling everything just like Amazon does hey PetSmart you aren't Amazon please make web shopping more user friendly! 2) returned item in unopened package with receipt (within prescribed time allowed) but cashier was completely unable to handle this routine transaction, finally as people in the LONG line at the ONE cash register open were starting to grumble I just accepted a "gift card" in lieu of putting charge back on my credit card. 3) a LOT of empty shelves and recently noticed huge increase in price in the items they do stock. Shopped there for years as I live w-in a couple blocks; now so disappointed just switching to other better run local retailers. PetSmart clean UP your ACT please!

Love this place the lady that helped me get everything I needed was a super nice person . I decided to put this baby fancy bearded dragon in a 20 gallon tank . The dragon loves it so much . I’m taking good care of the dragon 🐉. I got fish and a bearded dragon from this place. If there was a fish that looked kinda sick then she just gave me a new one witch was amazing.

Searching for sensitive skin dog food. One of the associates stocking shelves was very helpful. Would have been four stars except for only one cashier and a long line.

It was a great experience there were lots of dogs and lots of friendly people the one thing I will say is they could have been a little bit quicker with getting a second cashier but that's just a general thing that's not necessarily a personal thing.

Didn't work for me. They seemed to have a pretty good selection for perfectly croomed little dogs you can keep in your purse. They didn't have any of the items I came in for. When I asked an employee about an item for my farm dogs, they scoffed at me as if I was a terrible person for keeping my dogs outside. If you have working dogs, you are probably better off going to a feed and farm supply for the things you need.

This is my favorite Pet Smart location on Chad Dr in Eugene. The staff are fabulous - especially Karen Hall who had been our go to dog specialist for nearly decade!We recently rescued a new pup who is very enthusiastic and energetic so we think he would be great at learning agility. We came in looking to see what was available and spotted this fantastic starter set. He loves it so far!See you in a puppy class soon!

I had a great experience but wish that we could leave a tip for the groomer at the checkout. I feel that this would be a better option for those who don’t carry cash.

My toy australian shepard had her first grooming appointment today. Alyssa did an amazing job listening to my wants and needs when it came to my dog’s grooming service. She gently approached my dog to let her get used to her and knew how to handle her well. Alyssa also gave accurate timeframes for when her appointment would be finished and made sure to go through all my recommendations. At the end of the appointment, Alyssa gave me an overview of how the appointment went and wow did my pup look amazing!!! Couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend Alyssa.

I really like this place for my pets not only for their good products decent prices but the fact that the pets can go with you into the store it's like a amazing treat to them cuz usually they have to sit out in the car are the people here crate the very helpful

Daniel grooms our 8 year old shih tzu. He is amazing. She gets all the bells and whistles. It's amazing how she looks, and all these years, i thought i was doing a good job😅 picture is a week after her grooming.

I use to go here regularly years ago to purchase tropical fish. Then I visited couple nights ago on 8/18 and found at least TEN tanks with multiple dead fish! A few tanks had one or two dead fish. It was extremely grim! The tanks had been neglected long enough other fish were picking at the carcasses, some bodies were starting to discolor, and white fungus covering the fish. Also black algae growing and many of the tanks. Needless to say, there was no one available in the fish department. I saw two staff members working the floor and another at the register. Still, it doesn't take much time to remove all these fish once they die. Clear sign, this store lacks management and basic care.

Gr8 place to buy your pets needs. They have a very nice Vet clinic and grooming area. Staff are very friendly. Parking location isn't the greatest tho.

I love the variety of betta, snakes, birds, parrots, and other animals. Besides, I love petting the cats and watching black orchid betta. Black orchid betta are my favorite. And the cats, birds, and hamsters.

Why do all PetSmart locations only have two people working at any time? It makes it impossible to get any assistance. I am sure this sucks for the employees too.
