Grateful for the Mini Pet Marts with their multiple location. Covid-19 pet food shortages hit everyone but they were there to help. Offering to call other stores, suggesting alternatives, and being friendly during this crazy time. Love their pet meds section great variety.

This place is terrible!!! No! No! Young lady on the cash register was highly rude I never been to any kind of establishment and being treated like that in a harsh manner. If customer service don't know how to be nicer than that then there are plenty of younger people will love her job.

I have been buying almost all of my pet's food and other necessities from Mini Pet Mart for over 7 years now. I started at the 20th and Main St location and was so impressed by the love that they showed, not only to my animals but my family as well. I've now moved and shop at the Santa Clara store next to the Fred Meyer and I love that they also have shown such compassion for my family, four legged ones the most. Keep up the great job, you will ALWAYS have my business.

Very friendly staff was looking for pet stairs and couldn't find any not only did they have them they had at least 5 different types of them and they were priced about the same as on Amazon but I didn't have to wait a week to get them or pay to have them sent to me
