Had to call Locksmith Eugene for a vehicle lockout in the evening, and they sent a tech over to help out right away. I was a few blocks away and they got there in under 5 minutes, got me back into my car, and let me know they could fix my key fob for a way more affordable rate than going to the dealer. This fixed an issue I had with having to manually lock/unlock for the last year and a half when I hadn’t even expected that level of service. Josiah was the gentleman who helped me out, and he was super helpful, efficient, informative, and just a genuinely cool person. I’d 1000% recommend these folks to anyone.

These guys did a great job. I helped a friend unlock the keys from their car around 2am. The service tech was prompt and had us fixed up in about 30 minutes. Service call was around $200.

Came home from a two week long trip to a dead battery and the car key not working to unlock the door. They arrived within 25 minutes and were able to unlock my car, jump my battery and even make a copy of my house key. Great service and I highly recommend them.

24hr locksmith service in the Oregon area! This business helped me out of a bind. I keep a lock on my fuel filler cap (so people can't steal my gas). I left WA state, and forgot the keys to my fuel cap. Luckily I was able to stop before running out of gas. I had plenty of fuel to drive to this location, and they picked the lock within seconds! Normally they charge ~$300 or so for the lockout service. KEEP AN EXTRA SET OF KEYS IN YOUR CAR! However, this locksmith was fast, friendly, and very professional. THANK YOU!

Called for door knob assembly to be installed. The door was not installed correctly and their service person stated they could fix these type issues too. The rate for that service was $120 per hour.Service personnel called and informed me the job was done total cost $295.My tenants couldn’t open and close door or lock it? Called them back sent another person they tried to fix it no luck. I asked the person to have the boss call me back so we could figure out how to make this right. No call back. Had to call another person to repair it properly $100 works perfectly now. Terrible customer service.Do not recommend.

Paid $95 for a back up key for my car, discovered later that it only works for the ignition and doesn’t open my doors (after getting locked out.) I called back to schedule a time to come back and the woman on the phone took no responsibility and eventually ended up yelling at me. I had been satisfied with the service until then, asked to speak with someone else once she couldn’t calm down. Haven’t heard back about fixing it.

Called yesterday with specifically what I needed from them. Got quoted a price and a time when they were supposed to come out to my house. They never showed up. I called them and he said that the person who was supposed to come out was now not available. I said, why didn’t he call me. He said I don’t think he had your phone number which I specifically gave them yesterday. When I asked for another time tomorrow and what the quote was going to be-it was $200 over what she told me yesterday. Horrible way to do business!

They also took the initiative and called and since there was a technician near me, they as a courtesy came to me! The technician was knowledgeable and did a very good job and did so quickly, and I was able to stay in my much cooler apartment than out in the sun!

Great guys! They worked fast. When I got back in my truck I realized they accidentally broke the door lever assembly, so I gave them a call. They took my information, ordered the part and will replace it! I highly recommend. They are very professional and take accountability, which isn’t always common for companies nowadays.

Needed a spare key fob after losing one of mine. They ordered one in they said was refurbished but it looked brand new. They called me in a day early and got me in the same day, and it cost less than half of what the dealership wanted to charge me! Charm (the technician) was great, worked quickly, and we had a nice chat afterward that made me feel very welcome as a new resident of this town.

Ev was amazing! She put my mind at ease and was friendly from the get-go. She explored all options before having to drill my house lock after I left my keys inside. And they replaced the door knob with a temporary "not smart lock" for a reasonable price! The service was very affordable and they showed up in a timely fashion.
