gardner has done work for me in the past , recently they sold me the flooring for my new 500sq ft ADU . they showed me their products and explained why this is better then that, why that might be over kill for a rental. they sold me what was best for a rental not what would make them the most money . thanks Matt

Gardener’s was great to deal with. They had a big selection of carpeting to choose from and made a good choice for us easy to make. They then proceeded to install the carpet during the period our house was empty between our date of purchase and our date of occupancy and nicely coordinated with our contractor who was installing and finishing hardwood flooring in adjacent areas is the home. And they did a great job.

This is my second experience with Gardner. They are so much better in all respects than the two other places I checked this time. I was looking for some luxury vinyl tiles that were not imitation wood and competitors had almost nothing. Gardner had a number to choose from and their sales staff really tries to help you. Cary the installer is very detail-oriented and did a great job, as he did the last time.

We purchased our first home and had the floors done throughout with the exceptional service and products from Gardner. The sales service provided by Jaimee S. far and away exceeded our expectations. She was patient with our endless questions and indecision and aided our greatly choices with her expertise. She was friendly and got all of the details right. Our installation team was professional and paid very close attention to really top notch craftsmanship for which I am extremely grateful because that is a very important factor to me. The manufacturer of one of our flooring products got some wires crossed on their end, but Gardner was fantastic about ensuring a swift and easy resolution without any headache at all. We also ordered blinds and Jaimee was outstanding with that as well. She knew the products and made excellent recommendations and provided clean and precise installation. Overall, I would highly recommend Gardner. We shopped around and I feel their service, selection, and installation craftsmanship sets them well above the competition. Thank you again for everything!

I needed new floors for my bathrooms. I loved that they carry a large variety of different materials. So many options!! Also everyone in the building was extremely helpful and kind and could answer all of my questions and even took the time to help me choose my material for the perfect floors in my bathrooms.. shoutout to the front receptionist girl, Sydnee! 10/10 definitely would recommend family and friends..

After several weeks of looking for a transition piece between which was an irregular line of flooring, I found someone to help me at Gardner. He explained how the transition strips would work with a curve and gave me advice on how to install it that would work. My order came and quickly. I took it home and it looks great!

Great selection and--even more important, to me--great customer service! I was looking for a small amount of a hard-to-find item, and needed it on a tight schedule. This was kind of a tall order, and I was calling all over the Pacific Northwest trying to find the item in stock. First of all, they were the most accommodating and helpful of the more than half a dozen stores I talked to. (I got the feeling from some of the places I talked to, that they didn't really want to mess with such a small order. The folks at Gardner, on the other hand, made me feel like a fully-valued customer, despite the small size of the order.) Secondly, they had a FAR better selection in stock of the type of flooring I was looking for than even the stores in Portland and Seattle that I spoke with. Very highly recommended!
