Heather has groomed our dogs since 2005. We have always been exceptionally happy with the way she has captured our pet's personalities with their styling. She has listened carefully to our wishes and carried them out beautifully. She has also made suggestions to help us keep our little friends well groomed in between appointments. Speaking of appointments, Heather has been willing to work with us, making room for our fuzzy kids when it's most convenient for us. Maybe I'm gushing a bit, but I have good reason - CK9's the best! :)

Heather and Siarra were absolutely amazing. They took phenomenal care of our chihuahua Paco. They are total pros. Paco is not a fan of grooming and they put him at ease. Highly recommend this business.

My 9 year shitzu loves Siera to cut his hair, trim nail s and everything a groom comes with. Max is a stubborn dog and Sierra was extremely kind and patience with him. She did an excellent job on the grooming we will be back. I recommend everyone to take there dog

This pet groomer is located next to Delta Oaks Veterinary Hospital. I have taken my shih-tzu to them first for a touch-up and then for a full haircut. I am very pleased with the results. Kaitlyn did a fabulous job -- she will even brush your dog's teeth for $10!

Very displeased with the grooming and customer service. After a poor quality groom spoke with owner who promised to fix issue but only exasperated it. Was then promised a refund for service then proceed to scream at me saying they did a service and are incapable of refund as it was the card company. HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO BE AVOIDED! I was THEN told not to comeback as they were so busy and didn’t care or need my business. Will never patron again!
