OMG!! On 12/23 at 4pm....Your shopping cart "guy" wearing a black beanie yelled at me about not returning a cart to the cart return stalls as I walked it to other carts staged on the median to be led inside.He was extremely rude about it and could have handled himself in a more professional manner.I will now forever return BiMart carts and Dollar Tree carts to "your" stalls. If I am in possession of an Albertsons cart, I'm pushing that thing in the rocks and tipping it over. HAVE FUN DUDE!!

I love this store. The produce has the biggest selection in town, is clean and organized and the clerks are amazing. The only complaint I have is that every time I have gone to get stew meat or a pot roast they never have any- or the ones they have are huge and so expensive, over 40 dollars. I’ll ask the butchers and they say the bone saw is down and they only have these huge hunks of meat that just wouldn’t make sense for me to purchase. Stocking items for smaller families and just having more beef products would help. Otherwise I have to go else where and it’s not convenient in this area.But I do love the rest of the store especially the bakery and the produce!

Won’t be shopping here again, and probably won’t shop at any Albertsons again. Just stopped in to get some green onions and pesto for my small business. I was followed down every isle by a large man with a beard and long hair.Every time I saw this person he wasn’t shopping but either in his phone, or watching me.Finally, when I checked out, there he was, with no groceries, watching me walk out. It was very uncomfortable and sparked a panic and anxiety attack.I wont be a customer there again. Sad that people have to steal food when there is so much of it.From now on, I will spend my money on local produce, local markets, and local economies.Albersons could do better, but they choose profits over people…..

Tweaker lady working self checkout treated me like I was trying to steal from them because I did an item look up for broccoli and it asked a quantity instead of a weight which was no big deal it was 6 cents more but then she treated me like I was trying to steal from the store over the 6 cent broccoli difference she said. "Make sure u scan all of this" like I seriously was trying to steal from them over 6 cents I shop here all the time and after that unpleasant experience I won't. she was standing so close to me she was almost touching me rummaging through my cart. Make sure u get this Make sure u get that when I asked for some personal space she had an attitude I won't shop here again and I suggest nobody else does either

I just went into Albertsons for a couple items ,& will be the last time @ this Albertsons for a long time . I went thru the self check ( John walks w/ a limp employee ) said we will v right w/ you 5 minutes later I'm still standing there just waiting for an employee to check my ID . Another cashier was helping another customer in the self check, the employee was scanning her items for her ,what is the purpose of a self check if the employee scans ur items for you ? Just very rude & ridiculous I just walked out w/ out buying anything!!!

They never have hershey's dark chocolate syrup in stock and Bi-mart next door has better prices on a lot of the snacks I buy.Most of the people who work there are super nice at least

The worst experience I've ever had at a store in my entire life went to the self check out to pay from my food and it wouldn't take 100$ bill and the associate was already running around trying to fix the other self Check out machines so I decided after the 20 time I put the bill and just take my stuff to the line and they only have 1 lane open which is already bad enough so I wait to get my things checked out then the lady at the Cash register told me I won't be albe to check out your things other person over there might . So not being helpful at all I just left my stuff on the belt and walked off will never be shopping here again 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎get more helpful people hired here they are really lazy here

Huge Fraud! Albertsons puts out weekly ad with great meat/other deals heading the ad. Past 8 months these "great" deals are never in stock. ***FALSE ADVERTISING***

This pharmacy is worse than going to the DMV, It's as bad as bad gets, It dose not matter when you turn your script in or when they tell you it will be ready , it won't be ready, you cant call to see if it's done because they do not answer there phone, SO you go and stand in line for an hour to be told its gonna be a while , I'm currently looking for a new pharmacy,

This store is kept clean and well stocked, good specials and very nice flower shop inside. Close to a dollar store, mail center, small restarants, a walk-in plus drive-thru OCCU bank, pizza store, gas station and more all in the same location

The produce is always fresh, clean, and plentiful. They have a ton of organic options. The deli is well organized, and the people know what they are doing. Very neat aisles, with lots of room to shop without having to leave your cart at the edge of the aisle. The checker was quick and friendly. I would shop here all the time if I could afford to pay the slightly higher than average prices. I'm sure if I had taken the time to check coupons or find out what was on sale, I could have saved some money. I shop here when I'm either in a hurry or just getting a few things, or like yesterday, just felt like treating myself to an easier, more relaxing shopping trip. Also, Jon at the Royal Ave location is one of my favorite employees. He is really nice. and seems to take a genuine interest in making sure I find what I'm looking for.

I tried to ask my cashier a simple question (if they could see if something was in stock) that was probably more of a question customer service, an associate Terra chimed in and not only didn’t answer my question but went on to tell me tales of her cats. I tried to rephrase my question and ask for something else that would lead me to the item I was looking for and she was not willing to help, she basically ushered me out of the store without listening to a word I was saying. The lady is paid to listen to herself talk.2 stars for the original cashier who can answer a simple question.

Albertsons is always clean and has a good variety of items. The main complaint I have, is the prices. They often price their items twice as much as most places. They do offer some 'buy 2 get 2 free' sale. Once the sale price is applied, then it is a usually good deal.

They need a few more places to put the carts. I hate having to walk to the end of the row to put a cart away and leve my purse and kids in the car unattended. Has to be better placement option. Otherwise love the store

Albertsons is just what you expect from a grocery store. The prices are not out of line. The staff is friendly. They have improved wait times in the pharmacy. I do wish it wasn't necessary to play games to get their best prices.

Always has a fairly well stocked delivery. Good selection of fruit and veggies including preached and cut in containers. A lot of their food is higher basic prices but when you shop the sales items some are really good deals. Fresh meat deli as well. Walk in cooler for alcoholic beverages as well. Just a good ole basic grocery store. Albertsons and Safeway is owned by the same company now and have identical sales for the week.

Prices are up everywhere. But they're really up high at Albertsons! All I wanted was a basic bag of salad mix. And they were out! $2.29 not cheap but would've bought a bag. All their other options were $4-6! Nope. Just walked out. No salad that night. Nice bag at grocery outlet the next day, $1.49.

Convenient except for letting the US Bank branch turn into a single walk up ATM. Can still do minor banking there but not quite as cool as it once was. Great selection of quality produce and fresh offerings from the butcher.

The PIC was very nice and helpful. The cashier was very rude. It was about the rewards card it was about 6:30 p.m. and I believe they cut off their reward system in the registers according to Eastern time and really screw the West Coast people out of the deals. This happened two weeks in a row. We lost rewards. The first week the cashier was great and fixed the pricing issue due to the rewards being out of the system. It was the last day of the sale each time. Too bad. Bad service is just not acceptable.

Customer service woman at the Royal Albertsons was very rude, snotty, and completely unfriendly and unhelpful. Called to say my order was misdelivered to the wrong address and she started telling me it was on the way after I said I received a photo of the delivery showing it was delivered (to the wrong address). She did not listen, explain what was happening and was very rude about the entire situation. This happened around 3:00 today - just in case a supervisor might want to have a chat with this person and send them for more training.

This location is conveniently close for me for those times I just need one thing but I need it quickly. Albertsons is always more expensive than most other options, but they have decent sales and coupons. Not my first choice in grocers, but they always have what I need. Except my cat litter - they don't stock a lot on the shelves

I went in during a particularly busy time last week and a security guard was waving his arms around and loudly threatening a woman with a baby at the front of the store. I'm not sure what was going on and don't really care, but it really put a lot of stress on my shopping experience. She wasn't yelling back at him, or saying much of anything. He really dominated and overwhelmed the atmosphere with his temper tantrum. I was worried that he might get violent at any moment because he was so big and she was such a small lady next to him and had a little baby with her. I've shopped here regularly for years but will not be returning since this is what I might come in contact with while I'm just trying to get groceries. I've never seen anything like this in any other shopping center and don't want to ever again. I'm writing a review because this experience is still bothering me days later.

The food sold here is fresh, a lot of it is organic but the prices are very high for what you receive.The deli and food there is excellent. And people are so nice. The meat counter people are really helpful and pleasant as well.The pharmacy is totally awful, I have had to wait standing in line up to an hour at a time. They often have 4 people behind the counter in pharmacy and even with 9 or 10 people in line waiting there w I'll only be 1 check out person. And she can be very slow at her job.Most all of the staff here is friendly and helpful.

Always great shopping experience at this store in Eugene. will not shop in the Roseburg store. Managers are so worried about people using coupons and people trying to rip them off. Customers in front of me didn't have the digital coupon and the manager just made them feel unwelcome. When they left he started taking to me about the customer before me and really degrading them. This was over a dollar off coupon. They spent over 100.00. This is not the first time at the Roseburg store that this has happened. The upper Management needs to be retrained on what excellent customer service really means
