Yo. Let me say, off the bat, this store was a little short handed today. If Kroger would be willing to pay the fine people who work here MORE, the store would make MORE money. That is not the point. The point is to bleed a community dry to the point of a useless dry husk. Then move on. My experience today with the people working here was a good experience with fine, helpful professionals. Yes it was. My shopping was easy and speedy. I may have to return to this store. Okay!

So this is one grocery store I will never be going to back again. I don’t know if they feel like they get paid more to like act a certain way towards like customers or profile customers, but as I’m like having my items in my hand walking towards the self check out I’ll, this lady staring down short glasses literally from the store Distance stop stocking items goes to self check out another employee is And working and I just set my things down first barely like to ring up. She walks over to me and says oh are you doing those items all separate, I’ve scanned one item and entered my phone number and then I am scanning up my donuts, I enter her number of what I have and then she says that I have more than that number and pretty much makes me count them and then I have the small dish in there that she tells me that is gonna be completely separate and tries to charge me like more than what Even posted for after this lady, you know through all my items and making me feel very uncomfortable and like pretty much embarrassing me in front of all the other customers I just kind of avoided them all and just like walked out feeling super embarrassed for some reason even though like I didn’t do anything wrong, but she sure made me feel like I did.And that’s the customer service, there

This is perhaps the most frustrating store layout Albertson's has.Need water? It's in the candy aisle. Need candy? Take a few laps until you find it. It's nuts in there.

This Albertson’s always has a check stand open if you don’t want to do self checkout, and customer service is more pleasant than customer service at other Albertson’s locations. Always check for red tags, “manager’s specials,” and use the app to clip digital coupons to get the best prices. Check to see if items you want have any additional manufacturer’s coupons on the app before checking out to maximize your dollar.

your 50% of products discounted is false advertising. Product is scanned at a regular price which is narked up high and the price on the sticker for 50% is already listed. I can get better prices at winco. And your emplotees in self checkout don't know how to do cashiering very little training. Huge disappointmeent at rhis store

I want to give a shout out to the young woman at the store who asked me if I found everything I needed today. She was stocking the shelves in the shampoo aisle. She asked me if I was finding everything and I said no I could not find the free tortilla chips. She went to the back, said they would be out in about an hour. Then found me later with the chips. Kudos to her for going above and beyond to get what I wanted. Thank You.

Christie S. gets 5 stars for going above and beyond the call of duty. On more than one occasion she has gone out of her way to help locate an item for me. I dislike so much when an employee tells me... "if we have any it should be there" or "If it's not there we must be out" without even checking the back.

I needed to make a return and I didn’t have my paper receipt, but on your J4U app, you can pull up a copy of your receipt which includes the date, time, payment method, your name, and information from entering your phone number on it, it’s an exact copy of your physical receipt, and when I attempted to make the return, the store manager was incredibly rude, and almost combative about me making the return, stating that “my digital receipt showed nothing and meant nothing,” keep in mind, I showed him my phone, which had the exact receipt on my phone, very unpleasant experience and I will never shop there again.

Reminds me of my childhood and going with my Granny's too the store. It's well lite, plenty of room down the isles. Easy to read signs, and it does feel like home. It may sound weird talking about a Grocery store like this but it's the truth.

In general Albertsons used to less expensive and less crowded than Safeway but since inflation hit that's no longer true. The price hikes have been outrageous and higher than the inflation rate the government states. Some of the checkers are not very friendly and don't initiate greetings.

They don't check or clean the rentable carpet cleaners. Rented a rug cleaner that had been sitting in store filled with sewage water! I drove one block and could smell it turned around brought it back. It already leaked in the back of my car. Only help the store would give is to say somebody else messed up. It has been sitting leaking contaminated water in the front of the store for how long? How many shoes have tracked it around the store? Their mistake will cost me hundreds in lost items and cleaning fees.

I have waited for far to long in line on more then one occasion for medication pick up fill times are longer then 2 days there's nothing more frustrating than waiting in line for an hour only to find half your medications are ready the other half are not this is happened to me also on more than one occasion more like three or four my recommendation would be to call ahead so you can decide if the medications are on the shelf before you find yourself disappointed and having to wait for them to be filled or them not being able to fill them at all until the following day call first! And remember for the lunch hour they are closed for 1 hour.

This is a great store. But due to the rise in fetynol and other hard drugs. They should upgrade to have security patroling in parking lots after sundown.

I work at a childcare and Jonathan in the dairy department is a gem! He's always helpful, happy to accommodate my large orders. I hope a manager at the store sees this and knows that Jonathan is working hard and a treasure to this community.

We came here for some deli fried chicken and coleslaw. The guy in the deli was greatWe only went to the deli but as we walked through the store it was in good shape and well stocked. The deli department looked good.The store was clean as well as the parking lot.I recommend this place.

Always stinks like a sewer. When I ask about it they said it was just the fish from the counter. That's nasty. It shouldn't smell like that. Stay away from their fish.

The place had good service and a lot of good people. Some things are more expensive and sometimes they are not. But the quality has always been good. If you are on a budget and or having a tough time geography wise, they can be very close.

Probably the friendliest staff I have had interactions with at any grocery store. The shelves are well organized and more often than not if an item is out of stock at the store the shelf tag will reflect it with a temporarily out of stock tag over it. It's the little things they are doing right, and it shows.

I find some of the employees are short on patients. Otherwise the store is clean and well organized. The has actually been through some significant rearranging and added some new products and let's just say made it more user friendly i noticed that there are far less animal toy particularly for dog's. Please anything but the Dog Toys RUFF RUFF! Has anybody noticed the pharmacy lines are like standing in line for the soup kitchens any more you really might want to wear a diaper. They'll be happy to sell you a package. Lol.

I never have a good experience here the only employees who are decent are Starbucks workers and they tend to not even get my drink order right no matter what I order. The store would smell so bad you could hardly walk through half the store, that has changed recently which could be just cause of the change in seasons or they are actually dealing with the cleanliness of the meat department area, which was disgusting. I wish this store was better than it is because it's close to home making a quick stop at the store easier but due to the cleanliness and horrible customer service experiences I have not to mention other issues I don't go to this store and spend the extra money on gas to go else where. I don't recommend going to them!
