Once again Hi School pharmacy has let me down by not doing their job!!! I needed a medication for my husband asap due to a heart condition and it was sent to express scripts by mistake. I called Hi School pharmacy to get it filled they said express scripts had already billed my insurance and they needed to reverse the claim.I called express scripts and they told me Hi School pharmacy needed to call a 1800 number to get this done and Hi school pharmacy refused. I tried the explain to Hi School pharmacy that express scripts said they needed to call the 1 800 number and Hi School pharmacy told me it was my job to call.I called and spent almost 1 hour plus 3 representatives to get it reversed and they kept telling me Hi School pharmacy should be calling I explained how they refused. Finally i got it reversed and I called Safeway rather than Hi School pharmacy and Safeway told me that Hi school pharmacy can't refuse to do it.This is not the first time HI School pharmacy has done a poor job, I'm surprised they are still in business i guess its because its a small town if the only thing i can think of.

This was a joke. Ladies night was not good. Check out line was to long for anyone to stand in. Handicap people was lost. I had 3 pillows, 2 house plants, a warming thing to put in the microwave for sore spots, a calendar and a French press but couldn't stand long enough to get to checkout. Put things down and left.

Love the goods they sell. Been a fun store for my entire life however once again customer service is no longer a thing they rather follow you and watch n talk about you than ask if someone needs help what's wrong with the world today

Went to buy what I needed & as usual I find a couple other things I wanted! The main thing I got had a tag 2/$3 & the other had a tag that said $24.99, but tag on shelf said $10.. Well the cashier was polite at first, but when he started ringing up my purchase, the 2/$3 were ringing up as $5.99 ea & he manually entered the $24.99. When I told him the correct price, he rescanned the $24.99 item & it pops up as $10.., but wouldn't believe that the 2/$3 were right!! I went back & pulled tag & gave to him! Watch them, no apology, nothing just attitude!! Lady in front even said good for you! It has happened to to many!! What is wrong with this, ripping people off isn't right! Then got into car & a couple of works come to car window, asking if we had bought a clothing item, nope, just stuff & will go somewhere else from now on...

The staff in the store are great. But when my husband went to the pharmacy, they were out of his RX and instead of assisting/providing any help, all the technician said was “good luck with that.” Super rude and unprofessional.

I was summarily dismissed at 2:01 with a sorry closed. I didn't even get to ask if I could buy allergy med. I personally didn't want to start stuff (because I don't want to be that person) so I walked off. But you could have at least asked me what I needed.I get that you want to go home early on a Saturday but you lost a bigger sale.

This is the second time I have unfortunately had to deal with Emma. She is the rudest, most condescending person I have ever dealt with. I will no longer give this place my money. I will drive to Sandy where employees understand customer service. I will be sure to pass my info to everyone I speak with.

A couple of their cashiers are very helpful and friendly. The rest of them range between rude to just not courteous and professional. I go here often, and will see if I can get the names of the only two quality employees I have met shopping there. Today I spent 10 minutes waiting for 4 employees to help one person with about 20 small items check out. There wasn't any complications with her checkout they were mostly just hanging out while I stood next in line ignored for 10 minutes. I had to walk out, ran out of time.

I like High School pharmacy mainly because I used to go to the first and only store there was. . Right across the street from Fort Vancouver High School, hence the name. in the 1960s.But also the service is great and everything I need in the Estacada store.Larry Ellis

Usually excellent customer service in pharmacy. Yesterday, they dropped the ball on communication regarding a new prescription they were out of. However, they were kind and accepted their error and offered a possible solution. Although frustrating, one mistake will not turn me away.

Friendly store staff, helpful pharmacy staff, and reasonable prices. In addition to medical and garden supplies, they have lots of awesome trinkets. They sell many useful as seen on TV items, cosmetics, small appliances, gifts, food, camping supplies, clothing, and decor. They offer good deals and great sales. The Just4You program lets customers easily keep up to date on sales. Management cares about customer satisfaction and store quality.

Cute items, fun gifts, everything holiday available here with some of the best decorations I've seen anywhere! I highly recommend this place but I don't. I want it to be kept a secret, except they deserve the word to be out there. I can't wait to go back

been going to this pharmacy since i was a child. had to call it quits after several months of mishandling on the part of the pharmacy. the techs are kind and cordial for the most part but once the pharmacist decides he doesn't like you, good effing luck getting your medication. there were multiple issues i had leading up, willing to just assume they were isolated incidents/miscommunication between my provider and the pharmacy, until it was undeniable that it was targeting. i called in to request a refill of a non-controlled medication (that i will go into withdrawals of if i miss a dose) a week before i ran out to give the pharmacy ample time to both reach out to my provider and fill the script. i call them a week later to confirm that its ready for pickup, and they hadn't even sent out the request to my doctor yet! and again i assume it's just a mistake so i dont say anything and come back in five days later after again not hearing from them and already going into withdrawals, and they tell me its still not ready. at this point im thinking there must be something going on at my doctor's office so i call them and they tell me that they didn't receive the refill request until FIVE MINUTES before i called them. for everyone keeping score at home thats 12 days of them not doing their jobs. this in combination with the other 'mistskes' and ridiculous hoops they started making me jump through to receive prescriptions ive been on for nearly a decade with never any issue, it became clear that im just not considered a desirable customer anymore.fortunately Fred Meyers is cheaper and has better service anyways.

Do NOT buy cosmetics at this store. It is the first mainsteam one I've come across that will not accept returns or exchanges. I purchased about $20 worth of items at a store in the other podunk town out here, and a conference of 3 people were determining whether they would do business with me to return/exchange, vs. my having to go back to the other store. The huddled employees turned to me, asking what I had. When I said cosmetics, a steel door clanged shut. "Cosmetics aren't returnable," was the response of the doughy man, terse but mumbled since most of his face was diapered. When I mentioned the anomaly compared to EVERY OTHER STORE in this and the neighboring state where I'd ever bought make-up, doughy man shakes his diapered head and tells me "I don't know what to tell you. Thats our policy".I realize there is no way for a store to financially recoup from returns of cosmetics. Nevertheless, it has been my solid experience that most stores still extend that option as good customer service, with the understanding that most makeup is expensive, and customers would not be nearly as inclined to purchase anything new or different if all sales were final.Hi-school pharmacy, the Estacada, OR, store at least, does not care. If they insist on being such hardasses about it, they need to conspicuously post in their cosmetic section that all sales are final. Considering the disorganized, rather rude, and dismissive attitudes I experienced at this store, I wont be shopping there again any time soon. Their prices are wholly unimpressive anyway.

They have a great assortment of odd things, essentials, and unique trinkets. Their prices are a bit high, but I can't imagine the cost to supply and restock. Their pharmacy is efficient and their plants during peak season are pretty great. Good store all around.

I was in their yesterday very first time. Brought 7 items that was about 22 dollars worth ;my bill was $51. As I am walking out i take a look at my receipt I notice I was charged 30 dollars from the previous shopper. After showing the clerk her mistake she didn't believe me.said Idid buy those items. Over 10 minutes later I told them to check their darn camera. Finally got my 30 bucks back.

I’ve been trying to get a hold of that store in that pharmacy for two weeks now and I get user busy and I hung up on me Lee you cannot talk to anybody at Hi School Pharmacy in the pharmacy or the store I don’t think I’m the only one this is happening to how come just hasn’t been fixed I live with you for a run in and find out what’s going on I need my medication

This is the only place that I know of locally that you can literally walk in at anytime they are open, request a COVID vaccination or a booster and not have to wait. They have you fill out very minimal paperwork and give you whatever shot you are requesting and then you are on your way. Make sure you bring your little vaccine card so they can update it with the new vaccination or booster information.

I've been shopping here for over 2 years however I will never be setting foot in this store again. I've always shopped with a backpack on and I've never been told that I have to leave my backpack at the register. I keep my medical supplies in my backpack in case of emergencies. As I entered the store today I was immediately told to leave my backpack at the register. Not only was the tone very aggressive, I felt disrespected and judged. Next time say please, and watch your tone.

I went to the pharmacy I had 5 minutes when I went to front door the lady that greets you looked at me and said u can't make it to the pharmacy . I was only 30 seconds from there..I can't walk very good..I told them I haven't had my medicine in over a week and she said ...NOT MY PROBLEM...That's B.S
