They don’t help me today they scheduled me a appointment with them to have my puppy fixed and they proceeded to do the exam to have phoebe fixed and have a pre exam and they do the exam tell me that they were not gonna to fix my dog I said I don’t want a exam for no reason and I wanted it for her to be fixed .. now i have to go pay another person for another exam because she was over 50 pounds they were not going to let me be a client after asking for my exam records they told me that they would not let me be a client.. because they are too untrained to do this job you can’t tell me this before I waist my time taking off work to be here you schedule a appointment and waist mine and your time the reason I came here was for a exam to have my dog fixed so I don’t think I should have to pay for that because you can’t train the people that answer the phone to tell you there’s a 50 lbs weight limit and the first thing you’re assistant did was weight on my dog of 68 lbs and stick me in the room and give me exam .

This is my first experience with Eagle Fern and it's been great so far! We got Blue as a rescue, I started calling vets to get her checked out asap and Eagle Fern got her in within a few days. They're nothing but sweet to her and made lots of helpful recommendations.

Best Vet Ever!!! They are amazing to work with, fair pricing, and just all around awesome. I called and they couldn’t get me in for emergency. They recommended Dove Lewis, then proceeded to call me back the next business day to follow up on my pup. This top notch customer service is why I am glad to have found them. We have been with them for about 6 years and they are always awesome.

My 6 week old Toy Aussies isn't doing well. He had been puking n diharea all night. They are running tests now. The rest of the litter is totally fine. Poor baby. I did not have any appointment but showed up when they opened and they were able to get him in right away. Great vets, great vet tech's, great office staff. I'm very glad they are here in Estacada

I used to love coming to this vet. Been coming here for over 2 years now bringing in my furry family members. However, more recently I have been extremely disappointment. It seems they are overwhelmed and overbooking. Every time I set an appointment time, I'm always 15 minutes early and still end up waiting over 15 minutes minimum past my scheduled appointment time. Not only that, but I tried to schedule several follow up for vaccines, as they need to be done at certain times between each other, and THEY'RE the ones who schedule them for me. They call me the day before to tell me the dates are actually not correct and I can't do the vaccine follow-ups that early even though they scheduled my appointments 2 weeks before. So then I have to wait even longer now for the vaccines since they're already fully scheduled. And every person on the phone tells me something different and I have to explain myself to each person on the phone what I want. This inconsistency and forgetfulness is very unprofessional. If you're that overwhelmed, stop booking so many appointments.My family and I will be looking for another vet in Sandy and no longer go here. Very unfortunate, but I much rather drive to a vet that knows what they're doing and isn't over booking themselves.

We've been coming here for over EIGHT years for all of our animals. We recently scheduled just a tech appointment for one vaccine on a Saturday as that aligned with his age/vaccine schedule. (Keep in mind we had a vet appointment three days before this one, but it didnt align correctly with his age, a mistake on their end, so we had to come back on Saturday)Anyways, we arrived 10min early to our appointment time, called them to check-in, told them where we parked, what make and color the vehicle is etc, they told me someone would be out shortly. 20 min later my husband received a voice-mail asking if we needed to reschedule our appointment? Confused, I called them and they said they didn't write down where I parked, so again I told them right outside their front doors, then was told again that someone will be out shortly. After 45min I called the vet asking if our dog would be seen today, they asked me again where I parked, so for the third time I told them right outside their front doors, this time I was told they would let the vet tech know. After waiting 55min with my three kids in the car, we left. My husband called and spoke with the front desk to let them know that we left. About 10min after that phone call we got a voice-mail from them saying that they came out but they didnt see our car, said a simple sorry about the wait and said to give them a call back if we would like to reschedule... It was over an hour before they even came out.. I'm beyond disappointed in the lack of service that was provided today, and I doubt we will be back.

I waited three years to get in to this clinic only to be thoroughly disappointed in my first visit. The front staff was very pleasant. But they did not inform me that I could not go in the room with my pet, so everything was done outside. The vet tech was pleasant, but the doctor was, rude, lacked compassion, confrontational, and just not very kind. I will not be returning 😿

The staff were all so sweet to my dog. And the vet was very thorough in her checkup of him. The wait was not long at all. The place was very clean. I will continue to take my dog here. They also trim his nails by appointment.

This place is a joke. Don’t go here. Was told that they could get my dog in today for an emergency visit, when I called back 2 hours later, they said they couldn’t get me in for another month and a half. Does that make sense? I will not be going here ever again, and I’ll make sure to let all my family and friends know of this bizarre interaction.

Hardly ever calls my dogs prescription in right or the first time requested and Makes me call in for refills multiple times a year even though I only need blood work once a year. last time I had an appointment I got two reminder calls and then when I got there they told me I didn't have an appointment. I asked them about some new growths and bloating that my dog had and they ignored my concerns.The lack of communication within the office is very frustrating.Edit: got my dog a new more competent vet, they had to request the record transfer multiple times to get my dogs records. also turns out that bloating and growth that I had asked them to look at is actually a problem that needs to be addressed and I'm so glad that they could ignore my dog's health.seriously the worst vet office/professional office of any store I have ever dealt with in my life and I don't know how they have such good ratings. Probably because they're the only vet in the area.

Although they are friendly, we won't be doing any further business with them. We have been getting the runaround with them every time we call, and they always schedule out for appointments for vaccines and the day before the appointment, they call and tell us they can't because it's too soon for the vaccines to be administered. Even though they're the ones who scheduled them in the first place.

I’m disappointed. Moreover, Sasha is disappointed. We have been becoming more and more dissatisfied over the years. This morning Sasha was denied service, too busy (I understand) but not at all helpful while our dogs face is blowing up by the minute. I loved this place and Cynthia but this really let me down. Nearly 16 years and she was blown off when she needed them most

Eagle Fern is the BEST! We took our St. Bernard somewhere else when we first got her. The vet was Ok, but had many very bad reviews online. A friend recommended Eagle Fern. We started taking her there and have been beyond pleased!!! I would recommend them to anyone! They have great puppy and adult programs making it affordable!

Dr. Measday is the best. We brought in our beloved Jake after being screwed around with by the Banfield Pet Clinic. She was thoughtful and not overly aggressive, offered options about approaching his new condition, was so kind, and took REALLY good care of him. I'm sorry we didn't go to Eagle Fern in the first place as we were trying foolishly to save some money. What were we thinking?? But are sold on them. The whole animal care team is THE BEST and we're so happy they are our care team for Jake and miraculously in our neck of the woods.

This Veterinary Clinic spayed a just over 6 month old German Shepherd PUP without notifying the owner that spaying before the growth plates had closed, around 18 months of age would significantly increase the chances of hip Dysplasia. A quality vet would have known that and advised it not be done until said age. Or. Maybe thinking about future profits? Because hip replacement surgery would cost thousands.
