Friendly and helpful staff. Not an incredible selection because it's a small place, but they offer a lot for the space they have. They recently moved to this location, and express plans to increase space and products. I almost always find my solutions here, but sometimes it has to be ordered. I keep coming back because the people are so great.

Every time I purchase something at this store, it's the same gripe! Nobody approaches me to see if I need help with something. Have to go to counter and ask. Not a big deal but it happens almost every time. Otherwise the store is great!

Even though this is an Ace hardware because of where it's located it feels like a small town family-owned hardware store. Everyone treats each customer like they're their next door neighbor and does the very best to try to help them find exactly what you're looking for. I always look forward to going here because they generally have everything I need in stock and more so the employees are the icing on the cake for the entire experience.

Ace Hardware is a really great store to get things that you need without having to drive to LaGrande if they don't have it and do help find it for you and possibly have it shipped to the store for you to pick up
