Great salsa, horrible customer service! We found a local salsa we love however our last jar had cardboard pieces in it! IN the salsa jar! I emailed the company from their website contact us to let them know TWICE with no response. I offered to send them pictures so they could figure out the batch, etc. and heard nothing from the company, we returned the jar to the store. If you care about your product and your customers maybe a follow up would be appropriate?! We won’t be buying Sweet Creek products again, they taste great but they obviously don’t care.

Support Local Elsewhere. Food is ok, but beware if you are looking for work or to support a company that cares about their employees. Highly mismanaged and very disrespectful if you are not in the family. Sad to see a business that leans into the idea of community happiness fail so miserably at actually making those connections. The owners/managers seem very unstable, were terrible at enforcing covid safety measures, and schedule their employees erratically, with no consistent direction, which is why reviews about bad customer service are also on record for this place. Hopefully they sell the business soon to someone that can save it, respect the employees, and return the focus to a healthy, supported community. This is honest feedback from someone who has watched them mistreat people for months now from a safe distance. Bottom Line: Rude and Childish Owners

We had the pleasure of trying Sweet Creek Foods albacore tuna, raspberry fruit spread and blackberry fruit spreads. They are outstanding! The tuna is fantastic directly out of the jar and the fruit spreads taste like fresh berries; not at all overly sweet with a bright flavor. I cannot wait to get more!

Horrible! Got in line to order food at the sign that says "Order Here" waited 10 minutes only to be told when I tried to order that I had to go get in line where it said "Pay Here". What?? Now the other line is too long and I've got a hungry irritable two year old. Really? Woman who appears to be the owner looks up at the sign and snidely says "Oh yeah, it does say order here, doesn't it?" but doesn't offer to help or take my order. We left and won't be back.
